It's a 5/5 for me because I almost always sleep well at Sleep Inns - and I had a good sleep here. The location is easy to access, there is good food in walking distance, gas and a Winn Dixie is right there.

This is THE PLACE to stop to get a few hours of sleep while on the road! Not only are the rooms clean, spacious and in good shape, the beds are really comfortable too, and they are reasonable with their pricing. Another place 4 minutes away tried to charge us $170, double what Sleep Inn charged us when we walked in at 2am, which is a ridiculous amount for a 2-star roadside hotel. The lady at the front desk at Sleep Inn was very helpful and she was in love with our service pupper, plus she was super accomodating, giving us a room close to a back entrance so our dog could go to the bathroom easily. Over all, GREAT experience, this will be our new favorite place to stay on our way to Florida!

Left a review yesterday and it seems to have been erased or deleted. Beware staying here. This hotel charged me for a room and I never stayed here. Accidentally booked a room via an app and realized we were an hour and fifteen minutes north of this particular location. Called the hotel immediately not even 60 seconds later only to be told there was nothing they could do to call the app I booked thru, well that app doesn’t take the payment, the hotel did. I’ve tried to contact this hotel for a week and have not been able to get in touch or receive a callback from a manager. The front desk folks say they never know when she will be in and she doesn’t have a set schedule. This was a honest mistake, we had been driving for 13 hours from The Keys and it was 10 at night. We were not about to backtrack 1 1/2 hours south on 95 especially with 3 tired kids and gas prices. I called immediately and tried to explain the situation and feel it could have been an exception, I don’t know why your hotel was brought up when we were looking for something closer to where we were in north Savannah. I have yet for a manager to call me back to take the charge off my card for a room I never used!!! To me, that is poor customer service and the review needs to stay up, as I have been talking to front desk and no call back from the supposed hotel manager or owner. Do better.

My wife and I stopped in after a long days drive from Baltimore heading home to Tallahassee. We arrived past midnight and was able to get a room. No issues there. Got to our room and as soon as we opened the door we were smacked hard in the nose with the smell of musty air, mold, and God knows what else. It was strong. Being tired we just wanted to sleep. The wall thermostat said 78, we turned it down to 68 but nothing. It would not lower anymore then 76 in the room. There was no soap in the restroom to wash up the next morning. The experience was unpleasant at best.

The pool was closed for repair. Nice and clean the pillows o I wish they still had some for sale. The breakfast lady was so nice and friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was the front-end Manager acted like she had a attitude most of the time. The rest of the staff was delightful.

Staff was rude when we asked for more towels even though housekeeping had not put the allotted amount in the room to begin with. The door to enter the building from the pool had the door knob taken off so you couldn’t renter. You had to walk around the building to get back in. The shower had very little water pressure and a slow drain. I don’t usually complain but for the money I paid I expect better. Especially if this is a Choice hotel. I thought the plastic sheeting around the check in desk was very tacky and cheap looking. I expect courteousness and helpfulness from hotel staff and I didn’t feel that I received it. Overall disappointed.

There was a musty smell the entire time. Breakfast has no protein. Walking in the front desk was using roofing plastic for covid separation and it looked like a crime scene. It’s not well lit in the parking lot. We heard the room above us for hours. I would not stay here again.

When I checked in, there was a couple on duty that I took to be the managers/operators. They were very rude. They acted like they were doing me a favor by renting me the room. Roomed smelled bad. When I checked out, a different lady was on the front desk who was also rude. I don't know what these peoples problem was but I will never dtsy in Brunswick again! Decent restaurants were a couple miles away.

Horrible experience, lazy attendant, I ask for clean sheets, because the sheet had a stain on it. The lazy lady gave me crumpled sheets, the first set were too small had to go back down to get another set. I asked for clean towels, she said come get them, they will be at the front desk. I would not want her to get from behind her plastic to actually help the customer. The rooms are terribly overpriced compared to the service, and the breakfast should not be called a breakfast at all.

Room was clean and staff was real good except for the troll at the front desk. Otherwise a 5. Breakfast was a surprise and good enough.

Poor customer service and very rude staff. We experienced an issue with our TV during our visit. We called the front desk and they put my wife on hold for 10 minutes. I finally went down to the desk and the supposed maintenance man, Sam, came up to the room and he proceeded to make a bunch of excuses that had nothing to do with our issue and then he started raising his voice at us as if we had done something wrong. I had to ask him to leave the room without the issue being resolved. He said he would come back. He didn’t. Never staying here or another Sleep Inn again.
