As a type one diabetic I am so disappointed in this gp facility. I have been type one diabetic for 18 years and not once have I had so many issues. If it isn’t them it’s the pharmacy connected to them. Several times I have put in scripts for there to be no script at all or for the pharmacy to not give me the full scripted. On the 9th of may this year (2022) I ordered roughly 12 medications I’d say, did I get any of them? No. As I knew they have been having online issues with their site getting scripts I ALWAYS email a screenshot of the medications I have ordered. I did so and didn’t hear back till the 17!!! Saying, as I would like a stronger pain relief and please may I have sleeping tablets, that I needed to ring to make an appointment on Monday. Monday comes and I’m completely out of needles but I think it’s grand I placed an order it should definitely be ready being 11 days later (20th) to get there and told sorry we don’t have a script check in with the doctors. Who btw were closed leaving me with NO needles and having to re use some which ISNT SAFE. I email the doctors saying I’m in “urgent need of medication” without stating which medication, get told come back at half four tomorrow the pharmacy will have a script for me…literally the only thing they could give me was needles because it was the only thing on the script they received. This isn’t the first time and is serious, I could have ended up in hospital and unless I get my medication soon, I will be. Life serious illnesses shouldn’t be handlers like this, my life is in their hands.

I cannot praise this practice highly enough, admin and medical staff alike. Sometimes all it takes is a little bit of empathy and understanding. This place has that in buckets, along with 100% professionalism and expertise. They have been so patient with me over the years (I have been ill for quite a while now) and never once wavered from being supportive to me. Thank you so much for all your help and support I would be lost without you

Changed to this practice 2 years ago staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you, doctors and nurses same would highly reccomend

Well organised to prevent spreading any infection. Had to wait a long time to have be seen by the doctor but when my turn came it was a thorough, unhurried examination. The best practice around judging from what I hear about other people's experiences.

Recently joined this practice having moved to Larne last summer. Had to visit today and was so impressed with everyone from reception staff doctors and treatment room staff there professionalism was second to none and was seen very fast not long waiting times . Every person was so lovely and helpful 👍👍. Thank you everyone. So glad I chose this practice.

Couldnt believe how bad our previous sugery was until we left. Larne Practice answers the phone, (like there waiting on you to ring) office staff, Dr's and Nurses are fantastic.

All the drs are very pleasant and professional, esp Dr Brown. Great manner in working with our baby, and virtually no tears after the three vaccine jabs!

A great family practice. Everything is properly done by friendly staff. I couldn’t praise them more.
