Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city outskirts,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Aman and Preeti ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. This hotel deserves a negative rating because of the staff behavior. The reception guy doesn't know how to talk to a customer. We were surprised by his behavior. Parking facility is the only good thing here. Advice to hotel management - change tour receptionist else you are gone loose your valuable customers

First things for this hotel is , the location of hotel are in best location in main highway . Behavior of all staff are Good and polite.

Very pathetic poor service. I used to stay over here but not from now. During my last stay in this hotel air conditioner was not working properly. Bathroom flush did not work. At the morning breakfast table a hotel staff just served once to me and vanished away from there. No one even cares to offer a glass of water. Overall experience was nightmare. Just stay away from this property.

Rooms are good but the washroom needs a little more maintenance ...I was in transit from kolkatta to Mirzapur and had a quite good sleep ....food was good...The best part is The room service boy the bell boy and the guards were very well behaved and mannerd..i will give. 5 star to them ...all the best ...

Worst experiance at dining. First they served us cold food and then all the utensils were dirty. Also there was a hair in the bread we ordered. The bathrooms were very dirty and unhygenic too. Worst experience

The hotel is nice. Sadly I did not took any picture but the rooms are good. Food taste is very good. Though it's purely veg but you can bring your food from outside. The staffs are good and cooperative. I stayed for two nights. Complimentary breakfast was also good. Only thing this hotel is far away from town. So lots of traveling expenses and wastage of time.

Great location, very well maintained rooms, fantastic food and hospitable staff! There is dedicated parking space available in basement for 4-wheelers. A suggestion to the owner/management is to install sufficient WiFi repeaters in the floor corridors so as to aid the customers (especially those in rooms at the end of the corridors) to actually use the service.

The staff were very friendly, The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the location is also good. I would love to visit the hotel again.

Very nice hotal near govindpur, dhanbad. Rooms are clean. Room Service is quite impressive. Most important is secure car parking. Food is bit costly but worth to pay in the location. Rice and Dall is awesome. Mostly occupied for office working. Lobby area is species provided sitting arrangement, make it useful for meeting. They have facility to organize party or meeting.

Clean, spacious and quality rooms in budget.. Booked Executive rooms through a hotel booking site and got almost 50% discount.. booked it due to its location on highway...size of room was quite big and room quite clean...staff was very positive and helpful... overall a place worth staying ..

I will recommend this hotel for transit visitors. The management and the staff are very hospitable and took care of every nitty-gritty. The area however caters veg dishes so availability of non-vegetarian is hardly possible at any hotels.
