I got to see your very bad service, I had heard about it but saw it yesterday, My booking was on yesterday's date, on visiting the property receptionist asked to charge extra from the price.Receptionist's behavior was very bad and he was giving my example to the people coming there that if I did not pay extra money then I would stand outside, if he would give then he would get room.I called customer service 2 times and they put me on hold for 14 minutes and cut the call, On calling 3rd time customer care they said you wait on hold we talk to area manger and talk to property owner, customer service ne kha aap maine owner se baat ki h aapko room mile ga main receptionist ke pass gya usne phir dene se inkaar kar diya,After standing in the rain for 2 hours, I saw when nothing could happen, the customer service waved: so I left.I have seen the failure truth of such a big company towards your customers.People are humiliated by relying on (Oyo), and Oyo does nothing because they doesn't care.Your area manager and receptionist got their phones talked to, whose name was Rajesh, he said they don't give rooms below 1200,So why did you give me 998 May booking, So why did you give me booking of 998 May, I had called OYO and confirmed it, then it did not cost me 1200 rupees.same less And property owners also don't care about there hospitality and staff behavior

It is good and safe but there service is moderate. Room is good but the tv is not working. If you book from yoyo in love price but they don't provide room to you and if you give complaint about it to yoyo then yoyo don't respond on your complaint. So i suggest you to book hotel after you reached the hotel. Other wise everything thing is smooth and nice. View is good . Another service are overall.

Receptionist was not good. They ask for extra money. And hospitality was horrible. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience I booked this hotel from OYO hotel staff charged me 300 Rs extra and didn't even provided the receipt and property owner also doesn't care very bad hotel hospitality is worst.

Update: Message to the owner: If you're reading this, you're property is well placed, rooms are spacious and decent as compared to the pricing. But unless you get a proper staff i am sure you're property is not going to last for long. Last stay review: Stayed with them again thinking may be this time they will be better. Had far worst experience this time. The manager is an uncivilised rowdy. He has no idea on how to treat guests. He shouts while taking to guests and threatens them to throw them out of the property at midnight. He made the staff switch off the power to the AC and reported power outage. A total liar and an arrogant individual. I am sure he has never had any prior experience in hospitality industry. This guy should immediately be fired. Definitely the worst hotel experience till date. Last stay review: They allow bookings through Oyo and later deny check in. When you call Oyo they connect you to the hotel manager who lies saying there's electrical fault, when in fact they told me in face that they have seperate bookings so they can't provide me with accommodation. Why to accept my 3 day Day booking if they have no vacancy in the first place? They tell you there's a kitchen but after 1 hour of placing an order they ask you to order through swiggy or zomato as they are too busy. They also are too arrogant and have their own rules where apparently they can only accept aadhaar as a proof and not driving license or passport as it is their policy. Nobody is above the law. Places like these, care only about milking innocent customers for their hard earned money. Will never return. PS: I had booked through Oyo for a 3 day stay, all paid and confirmed. After 1st day they asked me to vacate citing they got other bookings for the room. Will give 0 stars but giving 1 star just because of good treatment from the bell boy Mr. Bijoy.

Good experience Pros: 1. Great location, on main road 2. Friendly staff, with good behaviour 3. Food service also available to rooms. Cons: 1. Food service takes longer to serve, food was not upto the mark. 2. TV was not working, AC was fine in my 1st visit, but not cooling in 2nd visit. 3. The guard and room service man always asks for money.

Service is not good. As it turns 11 they will force you to move out of the room. Wont allow any visitors even when they are using any hotel resources. It will be better to go to a hotel near railway station or in bankmore.

Verry nice marraige garden these also habe parking space but there is a bumper at the entrance which is too high and my car lower part always touches it. Btw the gardern is very big in size and nicely maintained. There is no traffic problem at the place. Peace out. Jai bharat

A big no.. bad saff , bad rooms, and in top of that shady place . Further, far from the city you won't find transport.

Good place for marriage/engagement events, one star less for having less parking space and should have been a bit more spacious considering it's meant for large gathering event.

Awesome Place for Celebration and Marriage Ceremony Occasions except the I'll behaviour of the Staffs who are actually of Third Class Garbage having some Road Class Attitude. But on the other hand this is really an Iconic Place with some really good interiors and Garden along with it's location making it special. Hope we find some better staff in coming days in place of these two nostalgic persons.

Worst hotel ever, hotel room cost Rs 1600, and room amenities not even worth 16 paise. The guard asks for money before leaving. In the name of room service, a water bottle worth Rs 20 is given for Rs 25. The health tap of the commode will be found broken, you can flush but cannot wash. Poor, poor, just poor. The only thing good is the view.

One of the worst possible places to stay. The owners have no idea of the rules and regulations. They assure you of giving rooms and then turn it down on slightest pretext. Zero empathy, Zero courtesy, Zero Service. Please think twice before wanting to book here for a stay. It seems they have rooms for other purposes. Pathetic.

This is a good venue for hosting marriage. It has around 20 rooms, 1 large AC Banquet hall, and a non-AC hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. It also has a lush green lawn. Staffs behaviour was not that good. But overall it's a good venue.

Worst Parking Space...traffic in front of the gate become chaotic during any event here..Nobody from management cares

Well maintained.. surprised to see the wedding resort.

Gardan is very good. Rooms are big and species. But cleaning need to improve. Soo peaceful in Morning and evening time. Food is good in taste. But thay need to add more milk in tea :).

Very nice place.....for marriage party or any other occasions....bt need to arrange car parking area.

It's well maintained and managed, we had a contact Mandal Da for support and request during our stay, we find him very supportive and polite, thanks for your service.

Although it's being owned by one of my child hood friends, it's a complete package of excellence and best in its class.
