Restaurant area staff behaviour is very roude. Anything you ask with staff he look like angry. If you want to come with your family please don’t stay in this hotel.

Hotel Vivana in Dhanbad is the most disastrous hotel ! The hospitality of this hotel sucks a great deal , The management and the staff are of zero help and if you request them for anything or tell them for anything, they are absolutely clueless and act so dumb . My 85 year old grandfather and two year old baby, were made to wait in the lobby, but room was not provided to us inspite the hotel, having an entire floor empty. We were willing to book, but they only kept telling us that the hotel is full . The facility and housekeeping are of no help. This hotel is one of the most horrible hotels you could book in Dhanbad . Please avoid booking Vivana hotel .

Worst hotel, had a terrible stay here. The staff at the breakfast area is absolutely rude and unprofessional. The entire hotel had no Air conditioning at the lobby. The rooms are bad, bathroom smells terribly, TV is small. Breakfast buffet is absolutely the worst tasting buffet i had ever … and the al la carte menu food is terrible as well, upon complaining about food, the staff on the phone misbehaved and spoke highly rudely. Will never recommend this hotel for anyone. There was no apology given despite such a bad experience

I recently visited Viviana - The Business Hotel in Dhanbad (near Govindpur), and it was an amazing experience! The beautiful swimming pool, luxurious rooms, and stunning ambiance make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The Moksha Bar offers a great selection of drinks, and the food quality was excellent. The staff was courteous, and the overall hospitality was top-notch. A must-visit place for anyone looking for a great stay, fine dining, or even planning a special event like a wedding. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The staff were very supportive and kind. They helped us with everything possible. The rooms are cleaned, comfortable and stay is peaceful. Location is little far from the main city but a taxi or car can help you reach to the city. On the positive side of being on the national highway it's convince to go to airports (Durgapur, Ranchi, Kolkata, Deoghar) is faster as you are already away from the city traffic.
