After
the
anticipation
came
disillusionment.
A
suitable
candle
should
be
designed
for
an
invitation.
Unfortunately,
this
order
was
implemented
without
any
transfer
of
the
candle
and
design.
The
invitation
is
in
landscape
format
and
a
candle
is
of
course
in
portrait
format.
I
was
expecting
something
like
this
to
be
brought
up
by
the
store
in
the
conversations,
about
how
the
formats
don't
fit
together
and
how
to
solve
it
instead
so
that
there
isn't
so
much
empty
space
on
the
candle.
Unfortunately
this
was
not
done
and
so
the
candle
now
shines
not
with
a
beautiful
motif
but
with
a
lot
of
emptiness.
Unfortunately,
there
are
no
previous
sketches
with
which
to
discuss
the
design;
instead,
you
end
up
with
a
bad
design
and
have
paid
money
for
nothing.
Picking
up
the
candle
was
also
a
pain.
The
candle
could
be
picked
up
in
the
neighboring
cell
phone
shop,
but
the
shop
was
closed
all
day
(according
to
the
opening
times
it
should
have
been
open
and
there
was
no
information
anywhere).
When
I
picked
it
up
I
was
lucky
that
the
owner
was
nearby
and
could
at
least
hand
me
the
candle.
However,
there
were
no
apologetic
words.
It
is
questionable
whether
I
will
use
the
candle.
Update
(05/28/22):
As
described
above
and
as
we
had
already
discussed
over
the
phone,
I
simply
expected
you
as
a
service
provider
to
address
the
wrong
format,
which
unfortunately
did
not
happen.
Then
we
could
have
clarified
the
problem
during
the
planning
stage
and
ultimately
used
the
candle.
We
would
have
gladly
accepted
the
offer
of
a
change,
but
5
days
before
the
wedding
we
were
unable
to
bring
the
candle
over
for
work
reasons.
One
journey
takes
30
minutes,
with
the
candle
being
taken
away
and
picked
up
again,
I
would
have
been
busy
doing
that
for
two
hours
alone.
We
hadn't
canceled
an
appointment
because
we
never
had
an
appointment.
