Unfortunately this was not done and so the candle now shines not with a beautiful motif but with a lot of emptiness. The candle could be picked up in the neighboring cell phone shop, but the shop was closed all day (according to the opening times it should have been open and there was no information anywhere). We would have gladly accepted the offer of a change, but 5 days before the wedding we were unable to bring the candle over for work reasons. One journey takes 30 minutes, with the candle being taken away and picked up again, I would have been busy doing that for two hours alone. We hadn't canceled an appointment because we never had an appointment.

Unfortunately this never happened, I waited for the call but no one answered. 2 working days later, I received a WhatsApp: "As discussed over the phone, I'm sending you...", but I never spoke to the woman from the candle workshop on the phone. So this telephone conversation never took place. I then contacted the candle workshop via WhatsApp and wrote that I would like to speak to the candle workshop personally to discuss further details. Unfortunately I didn't get an answer to that! I went to the candle workshop again within the posted opening hours. But no one was to be found there. I then tried twice over the phone. But no one answered or the call was rejected. Afterwards I wrote a WhatsApp saying that unfortunately I didn't find anyone in the store. But no one came forward after that either. As I said, the service leaves a lot to be desired!
