When so many other Myer stores have closed or become run-down in recent years, this store is a delight. Fresh, clean, open spaces. Three levels of quality products across almost every range you'll want at a wonderful variety of price levels, from intermediate to high end. The store is well staffed, with sales assistants highly visible everywhere. They know their products, listen to your needs and make suggestions, without the hard sell. Letting the customer know that you know best, even if it means that you can return to make that purchase another day.

Jaden from yd was very helpful with picking out a suit for my daughter's wedding. This young man went above and beyond. I hadn't worn a suit for many years and he helped me find my size again and gave me a great looking suit. Normally I don't leave reviews but I had to exchange the shirt and he made the process very easy for me.

I find this Myer has lost the plot since they revamped the store a few years ago. The Miss Shop isn't the same as the Brisbane store. Not much stock on the floor at all. I went to check out the Review & Forever New departments & not much stock & definitely not up to date with latest designs.

Looking for a school formal gown has been difficult due to my daughter gaining a lot of weight due to medication. But when I found a dress at pacific fair store I was greeted by Becca a sales assistant. She went above and beyond for me. We found a dress and she offered to help my daughter if she needed more assistance. I was shocked when she told me she’d only been working there for 9 days. Great employee showed empathy and was genuinely concerned.

Men's wear section is become smaller and not much variety. No longer sell Levi's in store. Dissatisfied.

Absolutely delighted by the experience me and my partner had here today! We went in just to have a look around and the ladies working in the fragrance section were amazing! They recommended many different scents and tried to find a scent we absolutely loved. The service was incredible!

I just bought 2 pair of Sandals. No staff around but eventually a very flustered young staff member helped and got the Sandals I was looking for. That was the extent of her help. I found her and thanked her for getting the Sandals, but more staff is required. A lot of business just walked away. Annie served us at the register and she was lovely. Very helpful and I didn't feel rushed. She helped put the Myer App on my phone, update my details and explained how useful the app is. Was a pleasure to be served by her. Thank you Annie. 😊

There is plenty of variety, many shops for all occasions. You could spend hours here, well, not me, but my wife could.

Did an on-line order only to discover I have been over charged on two items by over $20 - phoned Myer and was told the prices were different yesterday and to take a screen short of the website - yesterday - not possible of course as it had already updated. Requested to speak to a manager and then was hung up on. Shame on your Myer - you once were my favourite shop - not any more.

Called into Myers on our way to the carpark, glad we did. They have some great sales going on right now across really great labels. I walked out with some trousers, a Rod & Gun shirt, and a tee-shirt, all on sale. Great staff assistance as well.

Myer Pacific Fair. Super Saturday weekend. Lady at Clinique counter was so helpful and went above and beyond. Fabulous sale and service in Basque. Also ladies helped in shoe department as well. I love good service. It pays off as I am more inclined to buy.

On 16 August I and my husband visited the Rodd and Gunn main store at Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast. The manager was extremely helpful and professional and assisted us to purchase over $600 of goods. As she was alone at the time (early morning) she could not leave the store and had to message the branch at the nearby Myer department store to bring down items in the correct size for us to purchase. The Myer staff member (elderly and overweight female) that brought these items down was rude and extremely unprofessional. She had to make two trips and on both occasions glared at us, threw the items on the counter and said, 'I'm not happy' before marching off. The manager apologised for this staff member's behaviour saying, 'I'm sorry you had to witness that'. Later we visited Meyer and when this staff member saw us she started loudly complaining to a colleague, 'I had to run half my stock downstairs earlier this morning'. I'm so disappointed and offended by her attitude and behaviour. She should be grateful for our support of this business, not making us feel guilty for purchasing items. At the very least she should be disciplined.

Nine West section Corey was very kind and helpful. Definitely going back. Other staff members were kind As well.

I've been waiting in the men's shoe section for 20mins with no staff available to try on shoes, even after speaking to someone in another department. Just lost a sale. Ridiculous.

My wife loves this Myers. Especially the fragrance and skincare section. She gets lost with so many things but the staff are always so lovely and helpful in finding exactly what she needs for her skin. The ordinary skincare is very affordable, although she has expensive tastes for perfume and dabbles in Chanel which can empty the wallet, but it’s a treat and the bottles last a long time. Great place to shop and in a great location.

Went to Myers whilst disabled on crutches. Found that the exits direct from Myers into the carpark have been closed up which made it extremely difficult for me to get into the store. Once inside frustrated again to find the item I went to purchase was nowhere to be found despite the website stating it was in stock. Won't be rushing back anytime soon. Plenty of other stores around

Thank you to the lovely Joan and the other staff today, helping me with lingerie choices and sizing. They were very knowledgeable. Joan in particular was friendly and explained the benefits of their rewards system without being pushy. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

Fantastic shopping center. So much variety. It has everything you could possibly want and more! As a tourist it is impossibly difficult to navigate however there are helpful staff around to assist if you get lucky. It is so big it even has lounges for you to rest and recharge by a lovely water feature.

I'd leave a minus if I could. Was trying to find a new blush. No one attending the the counters when approached by a male employee who asked could he help me with something. I said I'm trying to buy a blush. He said Ow I can't help you with that, an I asked could he get someone for me. No sorry he said they aren't in today. When my daughter joined me still browsing and trying testers looking for the colour I was after. Jerry the Tool came over to every counter we went to walked behind it opening and shutting draws. If his object was to run us out the shop he succeeded and our $500 plus make-up sale went to David Jones. An to continue the slackness of this department store I rang to complain at the treatment but the manager failed to return my call. I see how her staff are so pathetic leading by example! Go elsewhere people where your dollar is valued.

Myers pacific fair is not even worth 2 star for customer service and the knowledge staffs should have on the place where they work. I have even two stars because I have been a loyal customer to Myer in South Australia. I have recently moved to Gold Coast. This evening I sent my partner to this store to get a couple of products. I searched online and it showed that they were available in this specific store. I sent my partner to get them and upon conversation with a staff, they had no idea about that and just said they don’t have it in the store. Moreover, they couldn’t find the product even when asked to order online for me. So, at first they said they are out of stock and when asked to process an online order, they couldn’t find the product online. I mean seriously. My partner had clear pictures (screenshots taken from myer online) sent my me to show to the staff to reduce confusion. Myers at Pacific Fair needs to have proper staffing with knowledge about their job and a better management.

Girls at the benefit store did not bother to greet nor ask if we needed help. They had clients and took ages waxing their eyebrows. Another lady was approached very quickly. So we just got the stuff we needed and asked the gentleman if he can put the items through to purchase he did not feel like he was not interested in serving us

I love Myers. I always find what I'm looking for. I did feel sorry for the one young man on the till though. Because of the sale he was flat out, and was remarkable considering the line-up of customers They need more staff on during sale times. Not fair on staff.

The place is wide.A lot of outlets such as clothing,jeans,shoes etc.The are public places that you can enjoy free music and free sits with a good view.As usual this place is crowded specially during holidays and week ends.
