An overall “good” experience. Beautiful decor, comfortable furnishings and a beautiful smell throughout - I loved the vibe when I first entered. Staff are for the most part… friendly. Truly a stunning setting, it has so much potential. The massage overall was a solid 2/10. Very minimal pressure and it felt like my toddler was massaging me lol. However the facial was amazing! My skin felt great after and even a few days later, it still had that freshly creamed look. I would give more stars but due to the price and quality of the overall service, I believe a 3 is a fair overall score :-)

Hubby and I indulged in the 'Serenity Couple' package to celebrate our birthdays. It was incredible! 2 1/2 hours of pure bliss. The venue is gorgeous and so serene, the treatments were divine...honestly I had the best neck massage of my life! She really worked those knots out! We finished off with a bubble bath with sparkling moscato and treats. Highly recommend!!!

My partner and I had the serenity couples package and it was amazing all the drinks and food included in the service were beautiful and the ladies were kind! I’m someone who needs a firm massage and they were amazing and kept checking if it was okay overall would 100% recommend to someone the place is beautiful.

I had a beautiful and indulgent time here. The massage was average, but very reasonably priced with a beautiful welcome drink and mini high tea on conclusion of treatment. The spa itself is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

3 star spa with 5 star prices. When attending a spa I like to feel a bit looked after. When we arrived here we were nodded over to some seats whilst the lady behind the counter blew bubbles with her gum. It kinda set the tone. Once the treatments started, the staff were very friendly, and accommodating. Unfortunately, our massage was so disrupted with constant banging and clanging around, sinks being drained, plus the music was on a loop and skipped every time it got to the beginning, it was quite hard to relax. A few times I think my masseuse was on her phone, and the rest of the time it was more like someone rubbing lotion on me than a massage. My partner said his was great though and really enjoyed it. The facial was lovely and my skin felt very clean and hydrated with no irritation. There were no robes that fit either of us and the bath was in a different room to the massage so we had to walk half naked through the spa, and worse, through the reception area to go to the one bathroom. There were no dietary options for the after bath snacks which I understand not everyone will cater to, but generally there's an acknowledgement, not just my partner gets snacks and I don't. If the prices were lower, it would have been acceptable, but I paid the same at evaiya spa recently and the experience was vastly different.

Love this place! I wish they had more locations. Very reasonably priced pamper packages, I enjoyed the "me time" package. The massage, facial and dessert with tea did not disappoint. You can also purchase products, skincare, their signature scent candles and gift vouchers. I will definitely be returning next visit to try out their longer services.

My partner gave me a gift voucher for my birthday. Lan Spa made my special day! Step in with smiley reception and welcome drink. Foot spa section was amazing. The treatment room was fantastic and private. I got a treatment with Carmal, she was excellent in her style and gave me some good recommendation about my skin. After treatment, I got a little high tea set with a candle as my birthday. It was a wonderful day. Thank you Lan Spa team. I do recommend, this place is perfect for indulge yourself and your love.

I have spent two hours at the best day spa in surfers. What a beautiful relaxing feeling you get when you walk in to when you leave. The package I had was just brilliant. Rosie was looking after me and she made me feel amazing. Firstly had a foot massage with a tasty drink to relax and then off to the massage room. The package I got was the refresh and revitalise. The facial was sensational. Overall I recommend Lan day spa if you want pure indulgence. Five star to you Rosie

Absolute BEST deep tissue massage I’ve had in years, or ever! I was happy with the service - for myself and my daughter (who is new to massage). Highly recommended! Ticks all the boxes! Take a "before & after" photo (we forgot to)! :)

Just took hubby here for a couples Bali bliss. The staff, furnishings, treatments cannot fault !!! 10/10 will definitely be coming back at those prices. Keep it up

Fantastic experience. The welcome drink and foot spa great way to start with ending in a delicious tea and sweet treats and fruit at the end. Joanna’s massage was one of the best I’ve experienced. Very aware of areas that needed work on and areas that were tender to suit exactly what my body needed. Highly recommend this clean and well presented spa.

Terrible facial massage and body massage. Booked in for “mummy and me” package to celebrate my mums birthday. Arrived at the appointment and was told to fill out a form which I filled out online. They provided drinks which I only had a sip before they rushed me into the room, I ticked the option for medium pressure massage. Neither my mum and I can feel any pressure. Asked the massage therapist to go harder they immediately said i have to pay extra $20 for firm massage. The whole 45 mins massage is basically rubbing oil on my back with no pressure.which is not relaxing.not worth the money The therapist that did facial on me exfoliated my skin however didn’t clean it properly before she put mask and moisturiser on my face. I checked my face at the toilet at the spa and I could see all this white dots all over my face and it feels rough on my skin. When the receptionist asked me the feedback I told her the massage was not up to standard and my skin was left with all these scrubs on my face. Instead of apologising she said it could be the dead skin on my face. I will need to go home and have a shower to rinse it off. What a ridiculous response ? I’m sure I understand how dead skin feels like compare to the scrub they put on my face. She also asked if I chose the medium pressure massage. I said I did. However she didn’t give me a proper explanation on why my the massage just feels like rubbing oil on my back Would not recommend this spa if you looking for a proper one that worth the money

I wasn’t going to leave a review as my overall experience was pleasant and the staff looking after me was great, however, I will never come back here for a facial. My husband and I got a voucher for the heavens package that included a massage and facial. Everything was going perfect until she began the facial. Immediately I got a stinging sensation and ask her to take it off immediately. After that, everything that was put on my face was irritating and my face felt inflamed. Afterwards, I spoke to my husband and he also said his face stung throughout the whole facial but felt uncomfortable saying anything. Since then its been a few days and both mine and my husband’s skin barrier is very damaged, peeling and dehydrated. I go to facials often and not once have I experienced this reaction. The skincare range displayed at the front (Skincueticals) is NOT what they use during the facials.

If I could give more stars, I would. My husband booked the Heaven package as a surprise for our anniversary and it was exactly that. The best massage I have had in nearly 2 decades, thank you JJ who was a master. I have really bad neck and back and all over muscular pain, and usually leave a massage feeling like it was a waste of time- not the case here. The facial, foot spa and hot bubble bath were also amazing, staff were lovely and you did not feel like you are in the heart of surfers. Will be bringing my kids here when we are back at Christmas. Highly recommended

I booked the ultimate rejuvenation facial and it was absolutely incredible. Bella was amazing and we discussed suitable skincare for my particular skin type. She talked me through all the treatments as she was applying them, explaining what they help with and what to use day to day. There was absolutely no rush to get ready or leave, everything is in your own time. You are also given tea, cake and fruit to enjoy afterward. I highly recommend Bella for your treatment and this spa in general!

I recently did the' Mummy and me' package with my 10 yo daughter- such a lovely and relaxing experience for us both. My daughter really loved it! The staff were so helpful and always ensured we felt comfortable. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Definitely will visit again! Thanks Lan Spa!

Can highly recommend Lan Spa after my Blossom package and mini facial. Chloe was absolutely amazing and put me into a deep state of relaxation, i practically floated out at the end. This was a treat to myself whilst on holidays on the Gold Coast and it was well worth it! My only regret is not getting a treatment at the start of my holiday too!! Every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere of the spa is remarkable and so pretty. It was evident that great care had been taken to create an environment conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation. My therapist Elysha addressed my specific concerns and tailored the treatment to my needs. She made me feel so beyond comfortable and the combination of her expertise and attention to detail left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. The cleanliness and hygiene standards at the spa were exceptional. I felt truly pampered and cared for throughout my time :).
