What a wonderful place! I have been to meditation workshop and it was great - we did a lot of breathing exercises, different forms of meditation and learning mantras. The people there are so friendly and the atmosphere is just great. I truly enjoyed visiting this class and want to say thank you to the wonderful and kind people who run it. This place is really worth to go to if you are looking to learn more about yoga, practice inner peace, have your questions about yoga lifestyle answered or hang out with some like minded people. They run a number of regular classes and workshops in different parts of Gold Coast and I would certainly recommend to check it out to everyone who is keen on all things yoga, meditation or spirituality.

The best studio I've found on the Gold Coast / and Brisbane! The space at Mermaid is beautiful and they have a lovely team of teachers. They have such a huge range of class times/types, and each class is taught to cater for all levels and experience.

The Mantra room is a beautiful, relaxing space. Great feel when you arrive. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the prices are really affordable. I really enjoy my visits.

Had a fabulous ‘food for thought’ this afternoon at ASMY today. The information & discussion was Reincarnation, Karma & Freedom from all Suffering presented in a way, for myself, with ease for understanding & absorbing. Great to spend an afternoon amongst peoples open & interested in exploring this topic. Thanks for the top presentation.

Amazing place! I’ve been attending multiple classes per week - Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Sound Bath. All of the teachers are phenomenal here! Special shout-out to my favourite instructor Suzie! My friend and I have nicknamed her Soothing Suzie because she has the BEST yoga voice! When Suzie says relax, I really do 🧘‍♀️👌 Can’t recommend this place enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The energy and environment provide a peaceful oasis to escape the busyness of everyday life. The instructors are warm, and welcoming, making each session a rejuvenating experience. I attended ASMY to incorporate more yoga and a greater sense of well being into my life. All of the class types I have experienced have been run by really well meaning instructors who have great skill and knowledge. I enjoy the friendly and kind environment that permeates throughout the centre. I like that I can attend a variety of classes. It feels like an easy place to not only enjoy the benefits of yoga, qigong, meditation and Kirtan but provides a place to connect with others if you so wish. It has also provided some extra benefits with some of the philosophical or spiritual discussions I can attend. The yin yoga classes I regularly show up at have been amazing and contributed to a greater awareness of the body and emotional connections. I rate the benefits and classes highly. The sense of community is not reduced to any one cohort of people but includes all walks and generations of life. For me it provides a holistic space of healing and peace and I’m glad a place like this exists in an environment such as the Gold Coast. For this ever changing world where ones well-being can be overlooked by the negative pressures and stressors of life, technology and social media, I am happy I walked through the doors to try some classes.
