I've been going to Neon for a while now and every time they are so consistent and do the most beautiful job! I recently got the Aura Smoothing Treatment and it was incredible! My hair has never been softer, my frizz has significantly reduced and it takes half the time to blow dry and straighten for me at home. I couldn't recommend this treatment and the team enough! They genuinely care about you, your hair and the results and actually listen to what you want. They are so wonderful and my hair has never been more perfect! I couldn't recommend them enough!

Kerolin provided excellent consultation and understood my wishes. She did the job in a way that preserved the health of my hair. The salon had a very pleasant vibe, and all the hairdressers were very friendly with each other.

I can’t express how happy I am with my hair and this Salon. Originally researching google reviews for salons that were good with blondes, I stumbled across Neons reviews. Very nervously I booked a appointment, asking for a senior stylist. After getting my hair done at various salons on the coast for 15+ years, and never completely satisfied, I was thinking it might be time for me to cut off my long thick locks. I was happy with my first initial appointment leaving with a fresh colour and being able to run my fingers through my hair. I think the second or third appointment I met the salon Manager Nicole. I asked if we could have a honest chat about my hair. She was open and friendly. I told her while I was happy, I still felt like I wanted more from my hair. When you have really long thick hair that takes some 5 hours you really want it just so. I began to list all the problems I’ve had at other salons, even ones I was loyal to for many many years. Things like the Colour never being quite what I wanted, to ashy or just bland, and always leaving with a dry and damaged mattered mess. The fact that I’d never left previous salons being able to run my fingers through my hair, always feeling like I needed to go straight home and wash it. I expressed that I was already a million times happier with her salon, but still wanted more from the Colour. I showed Nicole a picture of the blonde I was trying to achieve. And she explained to me how we were going to achieve that and what time frame without damaging my hair. She assured me we would get there and I didn’t need to cut off my long locks. Well yesterday I had my hair done again by Nicole and is such a gorgeous bright blonde. Another client walked in for her appointment and couldn’t stop staring and complementing me on it. She was totally mesmerized! So much so I heard her asking Nicole about my hair as I was leaving. I’m so thrilled to be the new ‘bench mark’ that people are trying to achieve with their blonde! I had a wonderful time here. They booked me in last minute and it was my first time ever but T’nee transformed my hair from volumeless and zero shine to bouncy, healthy looking and shiny hair. I got a butterfly haircut done with toner on my already balayaged hair with the shine treatment followed by the best blowdry ever! Can’t wait to go back and treat my hair again. So it was a last minute decision to get my haircut and blow dry. I was nervous trying someone new, as can be the case. I can see why they're highly rated. My experience was so lovely and Dakota was just what I needed. She understands hair and gave me the advice, I appreciated her honesty. She did a great job of the cut and blow dry. I’ve had the pleasure of being services by Tiana, Maryam & Dakota - all of whom are amazing at their craft and overall beautiful & welcoming people. The overall vibe of the salon is amazing, everyone is so friendly and always puts so much effort into ensuring the clients are satisfied and comfortable. They are very informative with any questions you may have and do great consultations if you’re wanting a big change. I’ve left obsessed with my hair every single time. I couldn’t recommend this salon & the staff more!
