Wish
I
could
give
it
no
stars.
I
arrived
at
the
centre
5
minutes
prior
to
an
appointment
with
the
doctor
who
has
been
treating
me
for
a
serious
Immunocompromised
condition
for
6
years.
After
waiting
in
reception
for
1
hour
and
10
minutes
and
after
noticing
that
many
people
were
arriving
after
me
and
were
all
being
called
into
the
doctor's
room
ahead
of
me,
I
asked
the
receptionist
if
my
arrival
at
the
centre
had
been
registered,
as
I
was
concerned
about
people
arriving
after
me
and
being
seen
before
me.
I
believed
1
hour
and
30
minutes
was
enough
time
to
see
the
doctor
and
I
had
made
other
appointments
based
on
that
time
frame.
I
was
informed
by
the
receptionist
that
I
definitely
had
been
registered
with
the
doctor
on
my
arrival
but
that
she
did
not
conduct
business
the
usual
way.
She
chose
who
she
called
in
for
a
consultation
and
when
they
would
be
called,
not
based
on
your
appointment
time
or
your
position
on
the
queue.
I
was
furious
as
I
had
a
great
patient/doctor
relationship.
I
know
that
you
may
have
to
wait
a
while
to
be
seen
but
to
find
out
that
they
consider
my
time
as
being
unimportant
to
them
is
the
height
of
arrogance.
I
will
never
return
to
Robina
Medical
Centre
again.
It
is
distressing
that
after
6
years
of
treatment
with
a
doctor
I
trusted,
I
would
be
treated
in
this
manner.
I
left
after
1
hour
and
30
minutes
without
a
consultation
and
will
never
return.
Please
don't
go
this
centre
as
you
will
be
just
a
number,
nothing
more.
