Pretty shocking, very low quality store. Staff mindlessly walking around having a chat ignoring customers. People at the entrance aggressively demanding receipts, even though it's not necessary. Just generally a tacky store. Even the registers had a single person doing all the work while relying on customers to figure out how to scan and pay with no clear signage. Kmart is the epitome of capitalism, lowest quality products, at the highest cost you can get customers to pay.

I waited for ages to to collect my click and collect order in the basement, no one came when I pressed the parcel button. And no one answered the phone. Never again will I buy from here again

Rather terrible experience. This morning I placed a Click and Collect order to guarantee the product as it was the last one, I placed this at 9am. I had been tracking it most the day as I needed to get this ASAP for a friend for her work, but it came to the 4pm mark when they said it’ll be ready by, and the order had been refunded. So I went to the service desk, and on the way, I literally see the item I am after in the right size too, just there visible from the main aisle, so I picked them up and brought them with me, and I asked the cashier at the service counter why my order had been refunded, she replied with, “they must have been sold before the team could pick it.” As I am holding the item, and I lift them into her view and tell her this is what I ordered and how I found it, and she replied with, “I’ll have to let the online team know about this.” No compensation or any apology, so I had to purchase 2 sets of the item technically and am out of pocket of until I get the refund in 5 business days. Please, be weary about the online team, because I don’t trust them.

Don’t bother calling the number, they NEVER answer. Gave the photo centre my underwater photos and they lost it - it’s been 4 months and there’s no communication because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES!!! MANAGEMENT WHAT THE ACTUAL F ARE YOU DOING???????

Be careful. They try to trick you. They put a price on the shelf, but when you scan it, it's another price. This is wrong and they should be punished for misleading customers.

This review is about the Kmart Anko Non-stick grill plate. This product is an outstanding, practical, portable griller. Heats up quickly and evenly - for $45.00 you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend. Cooks up BBQ meat without a problem. Easy to clean and store. Highly, recommend. Southport Kmart staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked for service to find griller.

The old hag restocking near the tech could use some better customer service skills. Rather than rolling her eyes when I asked her where a product is and rudely saying “you need to leave” to my friend who was holding her puppy rather than kindly saying “sorry you cannot have dogs in here” should try being a little less hostile considering we walked directly past security and other workers who seemed to not have a worry at all. It’s not our fault you’re mad at the world for being your age working minimum wage at 11pm on a Thursday. ☺️☺️☺️

I made an order and paid for click and collect, for a product the website said was in stock. An hour later I received an email saying that they were refunding me and not processing my order as they couldn’t source the product. I happened to be in the store a short time later and noticed that the product was in stock and plenty of them Not very good, it appears to me that someone couldn’t be bothered
