I love going going to Wooly's Aussie Fair Southport. For all there Variety and fantastic bargains. Plenty helpful Friendly staff. Plenty Parking. PUBLIC TRANSPORT NEARBY BUSES AND LIGHT RAIL. Well Worth a visit for The Home or Office To grab a Bargain .

My phone was out of battery when I tried to pay the glossary tonight. Two super lovely ladies(one at self-checkout and one at the service desk) helped me out by finding me a charging cable. They really saved my day. Thank you!

Was very impressed yesterday with young guy Nick on self service checkout. Kept things moving and was very kind, I was tired after long day at work and was patient and kind then went and helped more people keeping that flow going. Was nearly end of day and his speed, logic and empathy were outstanding. Well done Nick🙏👌

It's a decent size store in a reasonably good location within the shopping centre. Best to park in nerang Street if you can and you just want to duck in quickly. It is open later on Sundays compared to the other stores on the gold coast. A lot of items were on special. Do it was good value. The young staff member at the self service cash registers was a helpful young guy. I will return there when I'm in the area. I've only ever been to the Coles. The security presence at the Coles is a bit dawnting

Bad mannered service very rude staff. Can't even take trolley across the road to the taxi rank . I have two tumors in my shoulders can't drive can't lift or carry items far especially a trolley full of groceries. Shame on Woolworths for this will be shopping elsewhere. Consider impaired and elderly people for once.

Self service assistant was very rude yesterday. She only attended to people in her eyesight. I stood for 5 minutes with red light, but she attended to several other people. When she finally turned around, she still didn't see me at first. When I suggested she scan the area more and serve in order, she said that other people were closer to her. She was so rude. I have visual impairment and use a cane to assist me to get around. I didn't need to be spoken to so rudely. Then person next to me complained and they copped the abuse as well. Not the first time I have experienced rudeness from staff in this area. Time to change shopping venues.
