Best family friendly park. Have been there twice in 7 years, still consistently amazing. They put on so many activities for Halloween!! Worth every cent, staff are amazing, utilities were great, pool fantastic and the birds they have there... amazing. My 2 boys and the Wife love it there and I do to.

Absolutely beautiful!! Amazing scenery, and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Check in and check out are a breeze. The village feels very safe and secure. Our 3 bedroom family bungalow was perfect for our family of 6. The pools are awesome, and the 2 kids playgrounds keep the little ones busy. Not a bad word to say about Ashmore Palms. Highly recommend.

Nice central location between Surfers Paradise and Theme Parks (movie world, wet and wild) that we visited. Secure location, very family friendly. The resort organised kid friendly activities for the 7 days we were there. The pool and surrounding area were always clean and upkeep was carried out daily around the resort. Friendly staff and they have a very convenient shop for basic necessities at the main office.

Beautiful place to stay we visit twice a year and always stay here for a week or so. Pool is great and it's in a very good location close to the theme parks. Only issue I would address is the stainless frying pans time for a upgrade and BBQ is a pain with anything marinaded or even just trying to cook the basics makes a massive mess.

Great venue with plenty for families to see and do. Handy to freeway and attractions

Close to shops, 20 min drive to the beach, comfortable little cabin with good little kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable for a small family but could be too squishy for a larger family. Love the macaws and other birds in the aviaries. Would happily stay here again.

Ashmore Palms Village 🌴 is nestled away in a beautiful tranquil location, and it's close to all the major attractions. Our accommodation sleeps 6, it included a washer and dryer, kitchen, master bedroom with an ensuite and TV, and a BBQ. This property is beautiful and fantastic when you're holidaying with kids. There's also the beautiful bird sanctuary around the pools and school holiday activities for the kids. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again when I'm holidaying at the Gold Coast.

Great location for visiting theme parks, well equipped comfortable accommodation in beautiful surrounds. The macaws add a great deal of interest, they are beautiful and immaculately kept

This is the best place to stay with your family when visiting the Gold coast. We stayed here 5 years ago and again this visit. Super friendly staff and very well kept facilities. They nearly always have something happening for families with kids. The birds are well cared for and loved.

Had an amazing family holiday at Ashmore Palms. Very child friendly. I would highly recommend it. Cabins were very well maintained the park was extremely well maintained and the staff were exceptional. Had only 1 minor issue that i reported to staff, but my issue was resolved and the staff appreciated my input. I will definitely be back again

This is one of the best kept secrets on the Gold coast 🥰 A beautiful, friendly, family holiday destination. Beautiful pools in varying depths. Heaps of wild life. Bucket loads of photo opportunities and things to do, like bush walking around the perimeter. Only a short walk to a bakery and grocery store. I know so many people who have stayed at this resort and then within a year moved to the Gold Coast. Ashmore Palms really needs to be renamed the gateway to the Gold coast. 🍹🥰🍍 You've been warned, if you stay here once, you'll probably move here forever. There is individual parking if you have a rental car, and there is plenty of guest parking or front. It's about a 5-minute Uber to the tram line, which will take you to Surfers Paradise, it slso connects with the trains and can take you to all the way to Brisbane City. Bring your swimmers, throw a snag on the Barbie, and enjoy your stay at a great holiday location. Better, and cheaper, than the near by "5-star" resorts 😍

Very disapointing in terms of service. The WiFi was not working when we arrived. They first asked me "do you really need wifi?" And then eventually sorted it out after a few hours. We stayed 6 nights and no room service was proposed. I had to go to the reception twice to get more shower gel. We had an electrical shutdown almost everyday due to construction works nearby. On the 5th night, again the WiFi went down, and I had to call the reception to find out that there is a data limit of 1gb. And I needed to pay more if I wanted more WiFi...

Cabins very clean with everything you need. Great pool, and BBQ areas. Kids enjoyed the playground and the beautiful birds.

Absolutely loved staying here, it was so clean and tidy the staff very friendly and helpful, the grandchildren cant stop talking about the pool and playgrounds. We will be back next year we hope.

Place incredible I would absolutely like to book my vacation there. I have been working in this place and have fallen in love from the first moment.

As a family of four it's hard to get a place that is not overly expensive but good for the money you spend...we spent 3 nights and we all loved it..pools are amazing and all the birds wow..little miss 2 loved them and been a couple said hello..cabin were clean and very up to date...Will becoming back again and again

Clean, friendly, functional & the perfect family park! Love feeling like we are in the middle of a rainforest but only 15 mins max to anywhere on the goldcoast! Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay, they have pools, play parks, a range of beautiful parrots/Macaws and a laundry to do your washing, DVD rentals, and such a lovely environment. They offer short to long term stay at really affordable prices. There are places for tents and caravans as well as self catering units that provide all you need. Great for families. We used this accommodation while looking for a rental property and it was really a pleasant stay.

We didn't stay here but we heard about the bird aviaries they had at this village when we stayed at one of their sister parks near Brisbane. Our trip into QLD was specifically to visit a few different bird aviaries so on our return home we decided to drop in for a quick look around if we could for our next visit. My son was delighted with the amount of birds they had including Macaws and some rare breed too (I forgot the name). His mission for the trip to QLD was to see Macaws so this place added to tick that box. We are already planning our visit to stay here next holiday trip. It looks like a real great place and I was impressed with the facilities from the tour we had. I have stayed at a few holiday locations but I really found the added bonus of the bird aviary walk very exciting and reminded me of a similar place when I was a kid .... and I am not a bird fan all. Very excited for our next visit. I recommend it from what I saw. Thank you for the tour too.

What an amazing holiday village. In a quiet trenqual spot of the gold coast, lots to do for kids of all ages. Staff were super friendly & very helpful. Our cabin was clean & welcoming. We particularly loved the walking track & bird aviary with a variety of birds. Close to shops, take away foods, shopping centre, & beaches what more could you want? We will be returning 😊

My Grandson and I were recent guests of Ashmore Palms Holiday Village, we were both super impressed with the location, standard of accommodation, friendly service and atmosphere. The facilities, entertainment, games were all first rate and the exotic birds were the icing on the cake. Well done Team Ashmore Palms.

We booked 5 nights and stayed only one night and then left for a 12 hour drive home. Room was spotless upon arrival but seemed to have strange microscopic creatures, my wife suffered over 10 big bytes on her legs that were extremely itchy and painful, and I barely slept as things were crawling on me all night. My daughter suffered few bytes in another room and there were ants crawling in one of the upper beds in one of the room. Receptionist said that’s quite normal there and she said it was the sand flies which cannot be seen with an eye. There is 1 aircon unit in a small living room and other rooms have fans. Internet is very poor with 1-2gb limit per day and even with that allowance its bad. There is no connection to TV ie:(Netflix) You have to bring your own devices and internet. Location is ok, a bit inland with about 20-30 min drive to main beach and Gold Coast. The 2 pools are nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here with our two children (1y and 3yr). The service was impeccable, everyone was so friendly. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4. Our light sleeping 1 year old slept in the front room. We bought our own cot and this fit perfectly next to the bunk bed there. Our 3 year old slept in the room across from us on the lower bunk bed and he loved this space. Each room had a fan and convenient power points. The kitchen had everything we needed but we did bring our own oil to cook with. The kids loved the pool and the birds nest to it. We didn't have time to enjoy the free activities they had there for the kids but we did use the complimentary VR ball game(it was bliss with the air conditioning!) We found it a great location as it is quiet and only a little drive (10mins) North to MovieWorld and Wet'n'Wild but then SeaWorld is closer and then surfers is south east 10mins.

Although most of the service was good and most people were very friendly and helpful, one of the men that work there went out of there way to make it a less enjoyable experience and were quite rude. I seen the same man spraying a hose at a bird nest and then later on smashing the nest apart with a pole. I understand that Ibis birds can be pests but the treatment I witnessed went beyond cruel, for a place that claims to love birds it was highly concerning. We also we were not told that smoking was banned from the entire caravan park, there are ash trays outside the cabins so that's very misleading. We came home to a very rude letter complaining about it and the same man even came and took the ash tray away. Also seen him yell at a little boy for riding his scooter and had him speak quite rudely to us a number of times. All in all it was a lovely place with beautiful rooms and lovely staff, it was just that one man who tried very hard to ruin the experience and should not be allowed near any animals.

My fiance and I have stayed here for 2 weeks and were extending it another four weeks. It's so beautiful here the birds are gorgeous. The two pools are stunning and the staff are all really helpful and nice.I highly recommend it here!

Easy checkin and out procedures. Cabin spotless, comfy and spacious and ground well maintained. Walk to local shopping strip. We had a very relaxing couple of days.

Our group of 18 had a wonderful time staying at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village. The village its self had a great pool, birds to see and all the amenities one would need. The location is so close to everything and the cabins were very comfortable. The staff from the start of my booking to throughout our stay were so friendly and helpful.
