Absolutely
disgusting
customer
service
from
the
staff
at
the
well.
My
partner
and
my
10
month
old
baby
booked
in
to
have
a
viewing
at
6pm
and
not
only
did
no
one
show
up
to
walk
her
through
she
sat
outside
in
the
cold
for
1
hour
until
she
decided
to
go
ask
the
girls
in
inside
whats
happening.
The
girls
spoke
to
her
very
rude
and
told
her
she
wasn't
allowed
there....
We
rescheduled
for
last
night
26/10/2022
(one
week
after
the
last
viewing)
and
went
to
the
viewing
at
7pm.
It
was
a
very
nice
venue
and
Jenny
was
very
apologetic
about
ehat
had
happened
the
week
before.
We
told
her
yeah
sweet
we
will
book
it
in
tommorow
pay
our
deposit
and
get
all
the
paper
work
to
you.
Mind
you
it's
already
7.30pm
and
we
live
45mins
away.
My
partner
then
gets
a
email
today
(27/10/2022)
saying
someone
else
wants
to
book
the
venue
aswell
at
3.20pm
.
As
soon
as
my
partner
sees
the
email
she
rings
straight
back
at
3.40pm
and
said
hang
on
we
are
doing
it
now
as
she
had
just
finished
work
and
we
didn't
get
home
until
late
last
night.
Jenny
then
proceeds
to
tell
us
someone
else
has
already
book
it
and
we
took
to
long.
Hang
on
we
literally
waited
over
a
week
for
them
because
they
forgot
about
our
appointment
the
first
time
then
book
someone
else
in
not
even
24hrs
after
we
looked
at
it....
she
then
proceed
to
say
she
followed
it
up
with
emails
but
she
literally
gave
us
20mins
via
a
email.
We
are
both
furious
as
how
we
could
get
stuffed
around
so
much
and
waited
over
a
week,
then
because
we
didn't
reply
back
in
a
email
in
20mins
you
book
with
someone
else.
Please
don't
delete
my
review
so
everyone
can
see
the
truth
on
how
you
treat
your
customers.
