Shitest snack pack I’ve ever had in my life. Chips not cooked. Next to not meat, all BBQ sauce. Service was horrible. Cost $17 what a joke.

I can't believe how terrible my visit to this burger shop was! The burger I received was not only uncooked but also tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.. Moreover, they were incredibly rude and dismissive and clearly no respect for customers who dine here. It's shocking how such poor food quality and terrible customer service can coexist in one place.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Our Hotel Maritim is just across.Qenr searching for a Halal joint....Came across this restaurant...... Were tempted to eat Burgers Ordered couplenof Burgers and kabab meal. It was okay okay....not so good and not so bad as well. Enjoyed...... Very small and cozy place and the staff were very friendly.

Medium to low quality food. Food is extremely expensive and you get very small portions for what you pay. On the receipt of the payment you don't see the price you paid for the food. Later after I checked my bank account I realised that I was charged $10 more than what I should have been. Not recommended at all.

Asked for no lettuce and ended up with lettuce all over it.

Today 1/5/2022 at 10:30 pm I saw the attendant (a bald, white-bearded man) treat a customer extremely badly. The customer was politely saying that he had ordered a hamburger a long time ago and that his order was taking too long. Then the attendant told the customer to go away and eat somewhere else and also cursed him, saying rude words in front of everyone. This really was a bad experience for everyone around. I will definitely not go back there

One of the worst burgers I had, the burger was not even cooked and my burger bun was burned. They were two Indian staff who didn’t put a glove on to make our burgers just touched everything with their hands while making our food. Don’t know anything about infection control and customer care. And charging $4 for Can Coke. I won’t be back again.

Such a good tasting kebab, best hummus and garlic sauce. The chips have the good chicken salt too. Don't go to origin next door...

Ordered a standard beef and lamb doner kebab meal to take away. When I got home and took a bite out of it. The kebab only had lettuce... No meat, not even tomato or the taboulli I paid extra for. When I drove back and showed the owner he said "well why did you eat half of it?" I took one bite? Then he goes on to say they have someone in training. How do they sell a kebab with only lettuce? Anyway my compensation for the kebab after driving home and then back again the kebab remade and an apology.

Really good food i never feel bad whenever i eat kebab or snack pack from here. Brilliant and respectful staff. ☺️

The burgers in this place are too good. It would be extremely offensive to the people of Queensland for me to point this out, but I loved everything in this amazing state. The theme parks, the ocean, the people. But nothing will compare to the burgers from this incredible food joint. If you haven't had a burger from here, heck, I feel sorry for ya. You and ya mama!

Food was great, the kebab in particular was amazing, the lady serving us was very nice especially with my 2 youngs girls

Mixed kebab is 👍👍👍 Calamari pack is so soft & bigger than the price. Occasionally grab lunch here, like it every time.

The food super good. I had never eat this good kebab! The meat and vegetables ratio was perfect!! Also the price is good and they are open at night too!

I was down on the Gold Coast for a weekend and had a kebab from here. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was incredible. Better than any kebab on the Sunshine Coast. These guys and girls and incredible and you should definitely come here.

Best Kebabs on the GC!! The staff are great and so friendly. Been here multiple times and always left with great food and amazing customer service, good price as well. Definitely recommend when in Broadbeach!!

I usually don’t putt a bad review on someone’s business but its the worst kebab plate i have ever had in gold coast for the first and last time at this shop no quality no quantity hope they make it better in future

Used to bring the kids for burgers and chips when The Chief was around the corner several years ago. The kids still have fond memories of The Chief and always look to buy one when in Broadbeach. While the burger market has changed significantly since we used to come here 15 years ago, it was still nice to have a Cherokee after all these years - even though I felt a little guilty afterwards :)

Ordered takeaway today from here & it was not good, hamburgers had no topping & chips were cold aswell as Poor customer service from the older lady I was served by, had 0 patience & was very rude & aprupt whilst I was trying to order food for my family. Won’t be back.

FINALLY! The Big Chiefs are back. The one in Cooly is the pits. Came here after a late one on a Saturday night, couldn't believe my eyes. Had "The Warrior" as it is the old Mega Burger, and it was just like I remembered. Top marks.

This was our third day vacationing on the not so sunny Gold Coast,but you can't help mother nature. Over the last three days we have dined at a well known Italian restaurant, a famous pub at Byron Bay and a well reviewed Chinese restaurant, and I can honestly say our best meal by far was the burger and chips we each had from the Chief at Broadbeach, the owner was super friendly and the food was hot and fresh, we would of much rathered bought our dinner here each night and taken back to our room to eat. Looking forward to trying another burger 🍔

Something in my sons chicken strips was off. I’m hoping it was fermented tomato sauce and not off chicken. Could have also been rancid oil, what ever it was we had to throw it out. I didn’t get the feeling the woman behind the counter would be approachable to discuss it. Also, I felt like I was sticking to the floor as I walked inside the shop which makes me wonder what that standards are like behind the scenes if this is what the customers see

I honestly had THE BEST grilled fish ever it was cooked perfectly!!!! Chips and salad came with it….salad was very fresh and chips were so tasty, the fish was O M G soooo good….I promise I will be back next time I’m down the coast!!!!

Big chiefs burgers basically for anyone who knows the coast. Still the same flavour and style. Quality lacks as the night goes on and the drunken crowds come out. But during the day the burgers are pretty good... Obviously no good for you but enjoyable enough. Worth a visit!

Not the worst burger and chips but definitely not the best, but I put that down to there only being 2 workers on during a busy period. None of the prices in store are the prices you actually pay, this obviously needs to be changed.

I'd give 0 stars if i could! I was so hungry and trying to feed my family, as we travelled from NSW and we received cold food, when asked if we could get another one, as it was inedible. The owner started explaining why its cold? Never seen that before. How can meat get cold because of sauce. SO DISAPPOINTING
