Myriad of shops from Bonds, Nike to Coach, Polo Ralph to Hugo Boss. Lots of outdoor parking. And decent eateries choices too. Will recommend. I wish they upgrade their restrooms though . Note - they have a VIP promotion that offer further discount for selected stores for local resident and tourists . So sign up for the pass

For a little retail therapy, treat yourself to a visit at the mall. Find anything from a swim suit to a tailored international suit. Food court and wheelchair friendly. A good shopping day out for the whole family, there is something for everyone.

This open space offers vast varieties of brands all under one roof and one needs 1 whole day to visit this place and it has something of every person on budget or not. . Food court makes it easier after walking whole day. . Getting small kids is not advised as one has to walk q lot. This place is Pet friendly or for people on wheelchair. . Loved how well this place is maintained, be it the walkways or the toilets.

Massive shopping complex with huge foodcourt and many designer brands and well know clothing stores. You would need a couple of days to go through it all. Plenty of free parking and also close to public transport from gold coast. Parking is free too. You get discounts on some stores but we didn’t see huge sales at the time. Definitely worth checking.

Enjoy going to Harbour Town, particularly early on weekends or on weekdays as you beat the crowds. Most outlets gave very good deals and we have found staff are generally helpful and friendly. A lot of parking but can be very difficult in busy times.

This Review has been edited onJune 20th 2023 and upgraded from 4 to 5 stars. Post COVID, this place has developed in leaps and bounds especially the restaurants and overall cleanliness and appearance. If you cannot find a place to enjoy a good meal, you need to visit your doctor. Below is the original review This place is worth a visit because it has everything. Great shops, restaurants and a cinema complex. There are both genuine and fake bargains as well as exclusive stock in some of the outlets. Parking can be difficult at times.

Heaps of free parking, massive amount of shops with major brand clothing, Woolworths and pharmacy, all in an outdoor and relaxed atmosphere. Food plaza and The Coffee Club plus other food and cafe places to try. Easy to spend a quick 4+ hours here. Not sure why it went so quickly though. Lot's of sales and a great place to visit and grab a bargain. Calvin Klein, Armani, Kate Spade ♠️, Gucci just to name some big brand names.

I love the outdoor shopping experience, really taking advantage of the QLD weather. Parking is an issue here, congestion and lack of thought with carpark planning. Great layout of shopping center, and attention to aesthetics of communal areas. Good selection of retailers.

The way they did the new food court is superb, has allot of food options and great dining areas. Allot of water features and modern areas, palm trees, I have never been here and not found correct size clothes or shoes as there are so many different factory outlets. Enjoy going here.

Just had the ultimate shopping spree at Harbour Town Premium Outlets in Gold Coast, the largest outlet centre in the southern hemisphere! This retail paradise offers jaw-dropping deals and a vast selection of brands including Adidas, Nike and Calvin Klein, making it every shopaholic's dream come true! The variety of shops offered something for everyone, from trendy clothing to chic accessories and stylish footwear. And speaking of shoes, can we talk about the incredible $50 pair I snagged? High-quality and at such an unbeatable price! The beautiful open-air layout of the outlets, with palm trees swaying in the background, added to the relaxed vibe of the whole shopping adventure. If you're in Gold Coast, make sure to stop by and treat yourself to some amazing deals!

Harbour town is nice. Must go when kids are in school because when they are off it’s like a zoo. People parking everywhere even out on the street. But the food area is lovely.

A great place to stock up on your wardrobe get a bargain. A nice, relaxing place to walk around on a sunny day. Heaps of options for all budgets. Lots of dine in and take away food options. Lots of parking. Why not grab your groceries at the same time at Woolworths.

Always stop here while in the Gold Coast. The kids always find exceptional deals, especially during their sales. I stopped in at Oroton and snatched a 60% discount on several items. Can't beat that!!!! A favourite destination!!

Good variety of retail shops set in an outdoor setting. Discounts occasionally X discount off already discounted prices, but generally no greater than other shopping centres (e.g a lot 30% off retail, some 60% off retail). With while coming if you need something. The surprise find was the excellent Asian street food avenue within the shopping centre.

Went on a short trip to Surfers Paradise. The first stop was Harbour town to get some fruit, the mangos and water melons are to die for. The shopping was also great good prices some good bargains and easy to get around. Had a nice Kebab, plenty of food to choose from. Hired a car this time, which made it more of a pleasant trip to get there.

I love the open air spaces between outlets. Instead of another shopping mall, this place has covered walkways and an elegant relaxed feeling. Great quality outlets. Beautiful restaurant options. Plenty of parking (though it does get busy).

Is the best place for shopping and hanging out and proper food. Basically all the major brands have the outlets there. All modern restaurants, part of the food court, and a really big fruit and vegetable shop and McDonald’s. In the parking so basically well ranged shopping Centre

Harbour town shopping is certainly convenient especially for clothing as all the brand names seem to be represented with many at discounted prices. However it's the food court the is really well represented and a good place for reasonably priced meal out. Also worth a mention is the fruit and veggie shop where prices are always cheaper that most other places.

A good selection of stores and some great seating But the heat and outdoors mixed with lack of shade makes for a miserable experience during summer and issues when it rains.

  • 4/5 Mz S. 3 years ago on Google
Great selection of brand name outlets. All have up to 50 % of their already discounted items. Recommend if you're after a great bargain.

  • 4/5 Natalie H. 3 years ago on Google
The centre was clean and tidy. The renovations of the food court/cinema area has certainly improved the place. The negative is of course the lack of parking! It's horrible! Always definitely go early on a weekend or holiday!

  • 5/5 Brian M. 3 years ago on Google
Easily the best shopping outlet in SEQ. It can get very very busy at times so being a local has it's advantage of picking the times to shop when it's quieter. There is a great variety of food choices and this is my number 1 place to go to the movies. Restroom facilities have always been clean and tidy.

  • 5/5 Stuart 3 years ago on Google
Nice open plan place for browsing, shopping, eating out or chilling out. Harbour town Gold Coast is a family friendly. The environment offered is improving all the time. Here’s hoping: The Gold Coast Light Rail will have another line running past Harbourtown (hence circumventing the parking issue and bringing more shoppers in), and Computer Street / Technology Drive (soon to be the next incarnation of Gold Coast equivalent of “Silicon Valley”). Existing businesses there will have opportunities to be technical leaders in their fields.

  • 5/5 Huong N. 3 years ago on Google
The best outlet shopping in Qld. All set outdoors makes the place a bit more relaxing to walk around. The variety of stores is great, with low to high end brands. There's a lot of food options for lunch. Cinemas for those who don't like to shop. Activities for kids. Easily could spend a whole day here.

When one goes to Discount Outlets one expects bargains n more… here we get some bargains… but in general it’s similar stock at reduced prices same as major shopping Centers. A good day Browsing around in major brand name shops in one complex, and if one happens to grab a bargain so much better. And many food outlets to choose from if one’s hungry Overall a much better day spent then going to any major shopping Centre

  • 3/5 John C. 2 years ago on Google
Usually very busy on weekends best to get early for parking unless you don't mind. A lot of variety. Has decent discounts regularly, not as good maybe 2-3 years ago but can still find some good bargains with a little more effort.

Great stores at fantastic prices. You can ooze luxury without burning a hole in your pocket. You just need a little luck in finding the right size for you! And a lovely ambience way better than a fully enclosed shopping centre. You can come out for air after visiting each store!

Great place with all shops offering special discounted prices. I bought a new pair of Nike Shoes yesterday. My favourite shops a Ralph Lauren, Nike, R&N Williams. Plenty of places for Coffee and Food and a large Reading Cinema Complex has the latest releases. Always worth the drive for me. With the Borders now open I could get out there again!

  • 4/5 Sandrine L. 2 years ago on Google
Pleasant outdoor shopping experience. Get there early during peak sale season if you want to find a car park. Lots of choices but don't expect latest fashion, still fine though. Would love to see this place open for late shopping at Christmas time.

Great for shopping. You can get all you need here and save too. One of the best chemists and news agents on the Gold Coast with a huge variety of stores to choose from. Always get a bargain.

  • 4/5 Doubie26 10 months ago on Google
My sisters and I (3) were staying locally at Surfers. I have been here a few times before on visits and always found a bargain, so was keen to introduce the wider family. There are something like 200+ stores here and we needed two trips (the first 90 minutes, the second a full afternoon) to fully cover things off. We found plenty of footwear, sunglasses and clothing bargains to be had and even some giftware for family. The food stores also have plenty of options for lunch/dinner.

  • 1/5 Ash 8 months ago on Google
It's not really a good bargain. Considering it's the weekend and not many people. The food was bad. Coffee was great 👍 Please AVOID TANDOORI INDIAN EMPIRE FOOD. I hope I got it right. It's the only Indian food located at Eight Street. Tasteless, NO standard, and no quality. Doesn't really taste like Indian food. It was the worst ever Indian food I've ever tried in my life !!! Don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else.

  • 4/5 Jenny 4 months ago on Google
A nice little outlet store that is all outdoors and a single level. It is quite difficult to get around as it is really confusing and there are a lot of stores without a clear set up or organisation. I think you can get a map or use your phone to map your location. There is a good range of shops with different options but most being clothing stores. There is also a lot of parking and it is reasonably easy to find the outlet stores. Prices are decent and quality is also okay.
