Went to grab some spinach tonight went through the self service. I was over charged for discounted egg which was right next to the service area with a big discounted price!! had to take something off I realised I was being over charged and pointed it out. Which clearly the young guy didn't care or even attempt to fix the problem was like wind straight through his ears. I only transferred the correct amount so naturally it declined. I physically will just stick with Coles from now on..

Spacious & modern Woolies store with well stocked shelves. A good fruit & vegetable department & bakery. Self check outs have only a couple of cash checkouts & you usually have to wait for one. Rather abrupt staff member manning them who seems to not want to be there!!

Kind of annoying when I have to go through "self serve" with a full trolley!! I don't mind self service when I have a few things, BUT A FULL TROLLEY!?!? That sucks!! I'll stick to Coles from now , I've always had the option to at least get "served" there

On par with most Woollies stores. This branch is spotless and bright with an additional advantage of a larger variety of ready to eat food like suchi and other Japanese fast foods.

I was in the store this afternoon around midday. I have been purchasing many things from Chemist, Coles and the other stores before coming to Woolworth and the new staff lady at the self checkout service asked me to show receipts and I did. I mean she did well with her job there checking but after she saw few more stuffs I had in my baby pram and she asked for more proof which I had all receipts but I mean can't you even recognise what are you selling at Woolworth and not. I was feeling so embarrassed in front of people who lined up there waiting looked like I was stealing something. Just "thank you and all good "it wasn't enough really. Sorry? !A better manner would be better.

Rude worker at sushi stand i inwoolies.. They have tiny packets of washable And overpriced sushi. He said washable is for customers And I told him I am a customer And he stared at me constantly when I walked away. Some forget where their bread is battered.. Everyone else friendly.

As you walk in to store no hand wash or wipes for trolleys. Extremely disappointing as everything empty in dessert section. Coles is right near you pick up your hygiene.

Ideal place to buy groceries and fresh vegetables. Very handy place, closer bus stand and big carpark. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This Woolies is well stocked. Easy underground parking. The only thing, for me is the trolley wipes. They are NEVER available. I feel staff don't feel this is a priority anymore.

As stated on google, trading hours is 7am-10pm on Sundays but it's not, it closed at 9pm. So either update or close at 10pm. I have a screenshot of the trading hours to prove. But apart from that, great shop. Love the night hours.

Woollies Pacific Fair is great to shop at. It's a full woolworths shop. Has a delli, which I love a stocked deli, unlike some woolworths have no deli. But I do prefer woolworths for their fresh food. Better quality meat than competitors, in my opinion.

Open more checkouts for customers with a full trolley. We shop weekly at around 6.30pm - 7.00pm and their is either 1 or no main checkouts open.

We mostly do grocery shopping at Woolworths, there are many items to choose from. Fresh bread, grilled chicken, fresh fruit and vegetables.

They've made more space for pedestrians without reducing stall size. Well done. Has a real biz on Saturdays

Only 1 register open plus of course the self serve checkout. Register operator was extremely friendly and helpful. Store was well stocked with everything, just need to not have customers queuing 5 deep with full trolley's.

Woolworths cafe in Pacific fair, has beautiful coffee great service and easy on the wallet!! You can't bet that for customer service and coffee.

This is actually for Woolworth online not it’s actual stores because I can’t post this anywhere else. Trying to get anywhere with online ordering is useless. Me: *Attempts to sign up for online delivery* Woolworths: You already have an account with us. Me: *Types in every password I can think of* Woolworths: You’re gonna have to do a password reset. Me: *Requests password reset* Woolworths: *sends zero emails for password reset* I do this 3 times over the course of 5 days and still no email sent to me for a password reset. So I had no choice but to do my online shopping with Coles as I can’t leave the house at this current time.

I wish I could add more stars to this review. The service I received from a staff member by the name of Dexter was unequivocally, astonishing. The finesse this man has as he directs customers to a self service checkout is unmatched by anyone. The respect this man gives to each and every customer is truly bewildering. Dexter truly deserves the biggest raise possible. Woolies, do the right thing.

Great looking Woolies. Shop was still looking good at 9pm and plenty of stock on the shelves. Girl in self serve was friendly.

This Woolworths has everything you need and we have shopped here several times now as it is so conveniently located and easy to pop in quickly. There are great half price specials so we got some amazing deals. Everything is fresh and nicely presented - the staff at the Deli were really helpful and directed me to where I could find more of a salad selection which I appreciated them letting me know, they were also very tasty and generously portioned salads. Adam served us at the checkouts and was so friendly and happy. Great customer service! Definitely recommend doing a grocery shop here :)

This store is conveniently located in Pacific Fair. A bright & clean shop with friendly staff, its a great place to shop. Coupled with a wide range of competitively priced products Woolworths makes for an excellent one stop shopping experience.
