This park is excellent. Clean and well maintained. We had a powered site with the bathroom. Bathroom was beautiful and so clean. There was lots of staff about to answer questions and they were so attentive in the Cafe area. I couldn't fault this camp-site. We will definitely be back.

A great place to stay when on the Gold Coast. The staff have all been friendly and helpful especially over this long Christmas weekend. The amenities are clean, the pools are beautiful and our Superior Garden Villa had had a makeover by the looks of it and was very nice to stay in. It is so close to shopping centres so you can just park your car and walk or catch a bus to anywhere. We went for a spin up to Mt Tamborine too as it is practically just down the road. The best family holiday we have had so far. A big thumbs up from us and we will be definitely booking Treasure Island again for next year.

We recently stayed in #12 studio unit which is adjacent to the staircase. The bright lights in the staircase shine straight through into the room and there are no blinds so we didn't sleep all night as it was like trying to sleep in the day time. When we checked out i let the reception know about this and its like she knew about it and just laughed it off. Apart from that the room was clean and comfortable just bright at night. I would definitely suggest the bistro bar great coffee and breakfast.

All of the staff were amazing. Big Shout out to Maggie in the Restaurant who was wonderful with all of our children but especially when our littlest decided to make friends with the bar staff one evening asking for a cup of water! The facilities were exactly as described. The children were able to go off to different activities in a safe and supportive environment with the powered tent sites being well placed in the middle of the park. Kids club was great and all the activities were well planned. The bar and restaurant was good value for money. All of our children wish to return again very soon!

This park was brilliant for a family. The park was clean, had all the required facilities and the hosts were very accommodating, especially given we had delayed flights that got us to the Gold Coast later in the evening. I would recommend any family stay at this park when in the Gold Coast, being a short 15 minute trip to the theme parks and Surfers Paradise.

This would be awesome if you have kids. There is so much to do for the millions of kids at the caravan park! They look like they are having great fun... but they are a little noisy and messy (as I’m sure happens at any child friendly place). We brought our dog and haven’t had any issues but definitely think it’s a better place for people with kids than dogs or just adults. Definitely the place to be if you’re bringing kids!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, first time camping, and it was just as good as we remembered! So many activities for the kids, Brilliant kids programs running, clean amenities and great sites. But most of all was the service - we actually lost our tiny 3yo at dinner (she’d snuck to the ice cream fridge, why didn’t we think of that!?) and the staff were so amazing helping us track her down and so compassionate. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in a garden villa for our stay and found the park to be a little dated and the room we staying in was old and in need of some repairs and a refresh. Kids allergies played up severely while in the rooms. Pools, waterpark and kids activities were great as well as the cafe/restaurant.

Very disappointed with lies we were told about sites. We stayed for nearly 5 weeks and then we had to move out for 2 nights due to the camp being fully booked which was fine but we weren’t given the same ensuite site we had been told we would have when we came back to stay for another 4 weeks. We were lied to, about why that was. We were told there was a large camper trailer coming in which was not true as everything that has come in has been smaller than us. We have stayed another 4 weeks and had to move which is fine but the caravan that has come in on the site we had been on is a lot smaller than us again. We are moving out again for 4 nights which is fine, and then we are coming back for at least another 2 weeks. Not sure what site they will give us this time and the lies they will tell why we are on the smaller site and the smaller vans on the larger sites. For the nights we have had to move out we have stayed at the Big 4 and they have been amazing with moving vans around to accommodate our size van.

I recently stayed at Treasure Island Caravan Park for 4 nights for a work conference. I would highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Gold Coast. The park is located in a great spot, just a short drive from all of the major theme parks and attractions. It is also reasonably close drive to the beach, which is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and surfing. The park itself is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that you have a great stay. The accommodation at Treasure Island Caravan Park is varied and there is something to suit everyone's needs. I stayed in a two-bedroom villa, which was spacious and comfortable. The villa had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, a TV, and a private balcony. The park also has a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a spa, a tennis court, and a kids' club. There is also a restaurant on site, which serves good food and is very reasonably priced. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Treasure Island Caravan Park. We would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Here are some specific things that we loved about the park: * The location was perfect. We were close to all of the major theme parks and attractions, as well as the beach. * The staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay. * The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and a private balcony. * The park had a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, a spa, a tennis court, and a kids' club. * The licensed restaurant on site served good food. I would definitely recommend Treasure Island Caravan Park to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Gold Coast.

I would definitely stay here again. It was central to most things in the reception staff and maintenance staff were absolutely lovely and nothing was too much for them they went above and beyond The only downside was the cabins on weekends people were quite noisy and maybe the longer stay guests could be away from the cabins but the sites were good at it had a tropical feeling and the spas were amazing A Doggy wash would be great and bigger off leash area with water park. Definitely would be back

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Very reasonably priced accommodation. The beds were soooo comfy, plenty of hot water. I wish we had better weather so we could have enjoyed the pools and water park because they looked great, but we'll be back again in the future.

The best service/staff I’ve been anywhere! It was my Son’s 8th birthday and after a very hard week of the loss of his grandad/only father figure, they made him feel so special and gifted him with a go kart and slushie coupon. All staff members were super friendly and helpful which makes the whole experience just so much better. The park is awesome, everything you could want and need right here, if you didn’t want to you wouldn’t have to leave. So much to do for the kids! We stayed in the safari tents which were epic! Big! Comfy! Aircon! Just great! Thanks for the great memories!!!

Despite the lovely renovations for the studio units, we were so horribly disappointed. The bed was so soft that my 30kg daughter woke with a back spasm. I ended up sleeping on the couch seating on the floor. The front desk staff said the beds were 6 months old. The bathroom and bedroom windows have no blinds, it was like sleeping in a bright floodlit field. The room is on a main road so traffic noise is significant. The second night we were there, the maintenance staff kindly taped a garbage bag and drilled a towel across the window (thank you!), we put the pedestal fan on high in front of the door facing the main road to create white noise and slept on the fold out couch together so we could sleep without our spines bending painfully. We love this spot but do not recommend the studio units. Through this all the maintenance staff and front desk were great.

Stayed in a powered caravan site. Backed onto one of the main pools. Sites are very well maintained, clean, the astroturf pad is a great touch underfoot with the awning set up. Heads up, some of the sites are very tight to back into if you have neighbours, or people have parked directly in front of their van. Limited turning space when backing in. Other than that the staff are amazing and go out of their way to help. The bisto is expensive(ish) but the food is nice and the coffee if great. Great facilities for the kids and close to tons of amenities. 100% recommend staying here.

If you're after a place with an electric atmosphere with plenty for the kids to do then this is the place for you. There are many options for accommodation to suit your budget including the option to camp. Activities are held throughout the day for the kids and a bar and restaurant for the adults to get a drink while watching their kid/s play on the big pillow. The staff are all amazing and if you need to know where to find anything in the area they can point you in the right direction. We will definitely be coming back.

Another successful trip to Treasure Island! This year was our 3rd Halloween in a row and our 4th booking overall here. Don't hesitate to book here. The kids are happy with endless things to do and the adults are happy because the kids are happy! There is a great deck area you can relax with a cuppa or drink and watch the kids. Cook yourself or the on-site restaurant is reasonably priced with good variety. Or so many other places to eat very close by! The staff are the best! Warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.. Location is perfect! Close to supermarkets within walking distance.. We had an unfortunate incident with accidental damage done to our unit from my grandson who is physically and intellectually impaired and the staff were compassionate and understanding.. This could have ruined our weekend but instead only made us love Treasure Island and the staff even more. We will be back for Halloween 2024!

The team here is absolutely amazing! Supper accommodating for families and nothing was a drama. Our kids were all aged under 6 and it was perfect for their ages. The splash zone to the pool it’s all a very great set up. We had a poolside villa it for our family of 5 it was good, the rooms are a little small but clean and the beds are super comfortable. Our accommodation was arranged in very fast time as the place we were staying was effected by the floods. We will definitely be back was amazing! Thank you NRMA Treasure Island

Noisy on the highway, but close to everything so thats an advantage with a disadvantage. The sites are tight. We have a small caravan and found it difficult to get out (The streets are dead ends so hard to 'drive through') The amenities were great. Best showers Ive had! Lots of activities and pools to choose from and lots of kids around.

  • 5/5 Robert S. 7 months ago on Google
Wow, it has options in park and location, close to so many things... Everything! So many options! Staff Great! Atmosphere! Everything Convenience in and near! Wow, great spot! . I can be a critical person. I give it a 9.9, mini golf Clubs weren't 100%, what do you expect, with few Ratbag Children playing.

My 2nd visit with 12yrs between. It's really gone down, not their fault but totally surrounded by skyscrapers just ruined what little view I had between very small lots. It's very expensive for a patch of grass where the noise is so extreme. The cafe was gorgeous and what amazing food. The main pool was closed for the majority of our stay with no prior notice. I know it's not their fault where they are located, or even that they need to cram you in like sardines. But to charge what they do for off-season, there's no way I could get it to 5star.

The kids and I went to NRMA Treasure Island Resort on the Gold Coast this week. I can't fault it at all. We spent a week there and the staff were all amazing, the park facilities are great and it's conveniently located for the theme parks. One of the stand-outs is the Bistro and Bar. Fantastic food, great drinks, and friendly service. Another feature is all the activities for the kids. Not just the kids club with art, video game competitions, but also the jumping pillow, pools and movie nights on a huge screen outdoors. We will definitely be back again, at the express request of the kids.

What an awesome place! Wish we could of stayed longer, staff were outstandingly kind and welcoming, amenities very clean and distributed throughout the park and such a long list of fun and engaging activities for the whole family! Thank you guys for making our stay the very best it could of possibly been :)

Travelling with the 4 year old toddler, absolutely loved the resort the kids entertain themselves with all the activities available. A+ to the cleaners the cabin we stayed in was spotless and the amenities available was amazing. Resort staff were so friendly and helpful saying hello every time with huge smiles, I Highly recommend this resort. Thanks for making our holiday escape amazing.

Awesome! Customer Service was above and beyond, location is central to everything, cabin was great. Bistro was full of tasty options both eat in and takeaway! We did theme parks but you could stay in the park and never ever get bored it’s packed with entertainment options from mini golf to multiple pools! 5 stars, thanks for a great holiday ⭐️ 🏖

From the moment we arrived to check-in starting at the reception we were made to feel welcome, every staff member we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay for a few nights or more. There are so many activities for the kids and a choice of pools to have a splash in. Also the best camp kitchen I have seen. And you can bring your dog - unless it's school holidays. Tip: Don't get sucked in, on the approach and turn into Treasure Island drive,

Friendly staff and very professional and courteous communication was great. We stayed in a Villa it was very comfortable and spacious. Lots of things for the kids and parents to even when it’s raining. Really enjoyed our stay. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. Best place to stay on the Gold Coast.

Check-in sucked, didn't get any calls were told check-in was 3pm ended up more around 4pm food at the bistro is amazing they even do room service. Accommodation is great. Super comfy. Will definitely be on my visit again list if check in process is improved.

Good place if you are travelling with Little kids. No need to go to Theme parks. As you have plenty to do within the premises. Only negative It's little away from airport and I was there for 3 nights and not 1 room service. I don't know what their rules are but we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to others

  • 5/5 David M. 1 year ago on Google
Was absolutely impressed. It was so family orientated with lots of activities. The other positive was the staff all were friendly. I stayed in my motor home and would again. Great place to meet the grand kids. I didn't have a room but the site location was great.

  • 3/5 Glen R. 2 years ago on Google
The room we stayed in is showing its age with bathroom door not shutting properly. The main door into the room also does not shut properly behind you when you walk in you must make sure it is secure. TV on the wall in the room was in a position where it could be watched from the lounge or kids bunks but not the master bed. The room was clean and looked after generally. I would stay again when in the area.

  • 5/5 Blake L. 1 year ago on Google
Friendly staff, cabin nice and clean, lots of activities for the kids. Pool, outdoor spa, bouncy bag, playground. Room for riding bikes and scooters. The activity club for the kids has scheduled activities each day which were all a lot of fun. Kids had a blast. Meals from the on site restaurant were well priced and good quality too. Conveniently positioned next to the playground and water park to keep an eye on the kids.

  • 5/5 Katherine Van R. 1 year ago on Google
Such an amazing place! This is especially great for kids and a stop you won’t forget! All of the staff are really friendly. There’s so much to do for the kids and they also run a free kids program (only a few activities cost money for materials). There’s plenty of fun, with movie nights and footy on the big screen, a restaurant, “milk bar” area and plenty of pools/spas. We’ve been here for two weeks and would definitely stay again. Thank you to all of the staff for their kindness and warm vibe! Tip: book in advance and have a longer stay here so you get to experience activities both inside and outside of the caravan park. I recommend a week minimum if you have kids and want to explore outside of the park as there’s so much to do here. Short drive to the theme parks, walking distance to a nice shopping complex.

  • 3/5 Jye B. 1 year ago on Google
Location was so good. Was fantastic for the kids. Mini golf was a blast and the food from the restaurant was top notch. Unfortunately the spa wasn't open at the proper time in the morning due to maintenance so couldn't use it, the maintenance man advised he had no idea when it would be open so we missed out on it as we checked out that morning, and the kids got glass in their feet in the room due to it not being cleaned properly prior to us arriving, although we got given a partial refund for this which helped.

  • 5/5 Beth R. 1 year ago on Google
We stayed at the treasure island resort with our 4 year old in August and had a wonderful stay, I could not fault the facilities we had something to do all of the time whether it was playing mini golf, at the jumping pillow or swimming in one of the beautiful pools which meant we didn’t have to leave the park everyday. The staff were super friendly, one in particular named Karen who went above and beyond for our son! We will definitely be back Kind regards Chris, Beth and Harper Garner 😊

Fantastic caravan park overall. Caravan sites are quite small and tight to get into. if you have over a 15 foot van and you're the last to arrive in the area, you're in for a world of fun. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great facilities. Only thing that let this place down slightly was the quality of the food at the restaurant. The food was more misses than hits unfortunately. However, only 1 chef cooking on a Saturday night, very busy, hour wait on food. This poor chef had the odds stacked against him.

Studio units - must avoid, right next to camping zone. Studio units- perfect for you if 8 PM is your bed time. As people camping want a quiet night as early as possible. Dont go with kids who would like to enjoy themselves with their friends - you are not supposed to change rooms after 9:30 PM as the doors are not soft closing and kids are not cognizant of that. Pros- decent water/pool area- kids enjoyed that. Putt Putt is good too. Trampoline and manual go kart were fun for kids. Cons- not a party place or having a big night with friends.

  • 5/5 Phil S. 11 months ago on Google
What a great place to stay. Sure the place isn't brand new anymore. But it has everything you need when travelling. Hot water in the shower and plenty of it. Comfy bed. All the kitchen facilities including tea & coffee supplies. But the best part of all were the people that worked there. To just call them staff would short change them immensely. They would be by far the friendliest and most helpful team I have ever come across in my travels. Not just the reception people (who were awesome), but even when walking around the grounds. Any of the team were happy, smiling, said hello. They all looked like they enjoyed being there. The restaurant crew were outstanding. Again they were friendly, helpful, provided top service. And as a bonus, the food was excellent. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return in the near future. I suppose I should mention that they are close to shopping centres and servos, and a whole heap of other facilities.

Airconditioning wasn't working at all on arrival in oppressively hot weather. 31+ degrees inside the cabin which was actually hotter than outside. Advised reception who informed someone would be attending at 7:30am the following day. I left a family event to attend at 7:30, and after waiting until 8 (when the office opened) to follow up when nobody appeared, this turned out to be 9-10am. I got the impression the morning staff had not been informed at all. When the air-conditioning technician arrived, he was friendly and courteous but couldn't fix it. They installed a mobile air-conditioning unit which was completely inadequate for the space and made almost no difference, still 30+ degrees inside. Too hot for our 1 year old sleep. They gave us 45% off one night of the cost. I assume they clean the rooms so perhaps checking the air-conditioning is functional could be added to the checklist as it's absolutely essential in Brisbane summer. The good: The location and kids facilities were pretty good. The bad: The accommodation was unusable until a few hours past sunset. The annoying: Poor communication resulting in my wasting time and missing family time for no reason.

We paid just under $4,000.00 for a garden villa. Four adults and two children - 8 nights. For the money we paid, we all expected a lot more. The Villa was dated, mouldy and not clean enough. Floors were disgusting, cobwebs everywhere and bathrooms - yuck. We had one set of towels delivered during the entire stay. No toilet paper refill (unless asked at reception), no clean towels, nothing to clean dishes with after the first couple of days when the two sachets of dish wash ran out. However, the facilities were good for the kids and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Restaurant and kids club - amazing!! I would have liked to give a better review on account of the positive aspects but I feel that people should be aware that their cabins and villas are not worth what’s being charged for them. All in all we wouldn’t stay there again. We would go somewhere else but we made the most of our stay whilst there

All staff very helpful. When we arrived we had an issue with our fridge in the cabin The maintenance guys Ken,Simon sorted it out straight away. Clean cabin Pools all maintained very well. Very clean park. Great place for kids plenty to do there

This place is awesome! It’s dog friendly but only in some parts! It’s incredible for kids to run around and play. Highly recommend for caravans, camping trailer, tents, as one half of the ground is cement for parking car next to on your spot and the other part has fake grass.

Amazing place. Amazing staff. A bit busy than we would have liked and some guests didn't follow rules like riding bikes and scooters after hours. But loved our stay. Thanks everyone.
