Fantastic park on the Broadwater. Booked in at literally the last second due to problems after arriving at another park. Staff have been happy and helpful in all our dealings. Park is nicely set up and although the 2 pools aren't the biggest they kept the kids more than happy. We managed to get an ensuite van site. We were told it was a small site but we had plenty of room around us ( more than some other parks we have stayed at). Ensuite was large, clean and maintained . We were here during school holidays and found lots of activities for the kids and daily food trucks. Overall a very happy experience.

Really enjoyed our stay. Have never been a huge fan of the gold coast as it's so busy, however this caravan park feels very spacious and is situated perfectly. Very keen to come back.

Powered site at the end of autumn. Would've liked the bathroom to be a bit more weatherproof as the wind ripped through it anytime.after 4pm. The site was fine, our friends had a very leaky tap which flooded the tap area on their site. And during our visit we found no less than 30 long metal pieces on the sites and roads of the campsites - kind of looked like the offcuts of windscreen wipers but so many of them were found that easily could've caused a flat tire for any of the cars and vans in our strip. Lovely location though and the check in and check out process is practically seamless!

This caravan park has great facilities and activities for children, and is an easy walk from the Broadwater Parklands. There are lovely water views from the Tourist Park. Unfortunately children and teenagers roam the caravan park day and night. It's fine of a day however, we had teenagers meeting in a lit area opposite our tent and yelling, screaming and swearing between 7pm and as late as 11pm. This was followed by people using the boat ramp opposite us at 4am which included a loud conversation regarding what was brought by whom. We had young grandchildren camping with us and the language being used was disgusting. We won't stay there again as there are better, more family friendly parks we've visited.

3rd time returnee. Park is kept in immaculate condition. We stayed in cabin 326. Decent size for a family of 5. (2x adults and 3 kids 12, 9 and 3). Very clean. Only downfall would be the bathroom is a little small in the ground floor cabins and awkward to get around, being where the sink and shower are placed. Highest cabins are more spacious. (Have also stayed in highest cabin 324). Will definitely be returning

Awesome park. Close to beach shops and activities. Loved the free pancake breakfast. Amenities are clean and roomy and a good laundry. Staff are welcoming and friendly, very helpful. Site sizes are very good ๐Ÿ‘.

The park is in a great location, only a few minutes north of Australia Fair and directly across the water from Sea World. The park was busy but not crowded. The amenities were clean and safe. Our van site was in a great location though I wish we had of paid for an ensuite rather than the view. Highly recommend, we would stay there again.

Had a wonderful couple of nights camping here. Right on the water. Fun playground (huge covered jumping pillow) and pool. Plenty of wildlife. Super clean amenities. Well kept grounds.

Staff are not very understanding and helpful. For the price I expect a fully functional camp kitchen. Pool opens at 8.00 and closes at 6.00 and in Qld it is ridiculous. Entry to ladies toilets and showers was only accessible through one door as the other was locked. on our last day pool gate was still locked and you could only enter through the other gate on other side of pool although it was well after 8.00am. t.v is in rec room which I would think shuts at the same time as the pool. Very disappointed.

Lovely views but fumes & noise from jet skis and boats on weekends highly annoying. Kid friendly. Not many decent food outlets around. You need to drive or public transport to destinations. Cabin was lovely. Pools were also great. Place was well maintained also.

Very nice park. The toilets and showers were very clean. The staff at reception were very helpful. There is a boat ramp in the park. But is a bit tricky getting the boat in and out on low tide as there is a drop off at the end of the ramp. There is a few more boat ramps close to the park.

Great park especially in late May as itโ€™s pretty quiet. Great location & this is the first time we have stayed here. Only one gripe, when is the wifi going to be fixed? We have stayed at other GCC parks and the wifi there hasnโ€™t worked either for the last 2 years. This should really be a priority to get working

Amazing location, facilities and staff. Hands down the most cleanest amenities Iโ€™ve ever used whilst camping. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place especially families! Will definitely be back!

A wonderful understated park in the heart of Surfers. Right on the Broadwater with perfect views. Food trucks are a winner. Clean cabin and perfect ensuite site for the RV. Staff are most welcoming, checking in was simple and efficient

Would have got 5 stars but too expensive. A great location a 10 minute walk to catch the team. There is also a place to buy achol 50 feet from the entrance. A bit noisy at 06.30 with all the building going on. But saw lots of wildlife

Our parents stayed from interstate and it's clean, family orientated and comfortable in the cabin which has air-conditioning and an electric BBQ on the porch. Nightly food trucks frequenting the park in the holidays is well received. As a local I feel the price in peak season is pretty fair for what you get. Lots of kids cruising together and majority of stayers are boat crew as it's on Stradbroke's doorstep.

Just had a couple of days at this amazing park. Great facilities. Close to everything. You can find many different rates. Pan Pacs Outriggers were on at the waters edge. Definitely will return.

Appart from the midges that are keen for a bite after 4pm, this is a 5 start park. 2 pools, on the waters edge with beach, next door to $5M playground and not far from Surfers. Good location with great views over to Seaworld. Make sure to bring insect repellent and a tent that has fine mesh to keep out the little midges.

The C/park is all about location, location, location right beside the Gold Coast Broadwater and within walking distance of the Southport CBD. Park has 300+ sites and good amenities, although appear old an upgrade would improve same. Two large camp kitchens but no TV in same. Please consider a small cafe within the C/park grounds, as would be a great positive for the park's patrons as well as a money spinner for management.

Absolutely awesome park, been here about 4 times now. Price is good for all the park features, amenities are always clean and well maintained and staff are super friendly and helpful, great long beach that wraps around park, can fish or swim, heaps of grassy areas to spread out if youโ€™re in a group, nice easy walks to food places and shops.Great for adults and kids, weโ€™ll be back again.

Such a great holiday park for solos (myself), couples or families. Very clean amenities, with lots of shower stalls, sinks and toilets. Quiet. Big sites. Multiple pools to swim in. Big grassed area between park and water to kick a ball around or lounge around. Water is smooth, got lots of paddleboarding in. The self check in is awesome. Can check in through your phone with no need to go into reception, given your gate code and site number via email. 5 out of 5 rating. Oh and close to everything. Can't get bored here.

Been here lots and love it. But pretty bad today we wernt warned a big screen would be put up right next to our caravan for a movie in the park night. We could have organised to go out, its so loud.

I only visited our daughter and granddaughters, but it looked like a very clean, well organised park. Plenty of entertainment for the kids. Yeah, there were kids everywhere having a great time. It right on the Broadwater, with an excellent beach out front for family fishing. I noticed it even had it's own boat ramp. Our daughter and the kids loved it. Would recommend it to anyone looking for great place with the kids, and even a boat.
