Westfield shopping centre is a great place for shopping no matter what you are looking for. Clothing, groceries, gifts, pets, technology, travel centres, food outlets and more. The place is kept extremely clean well done to the cleaners. If you look around you will also find a number of great deals in many shops. Perfect for seasonal shopping. Highly recommended. Great place and great customer service from all shops.

Great shopping centre with lots of shops including Kmart, target, coles, Woolworths and Aldi. Has a food court, plenty of parking, and lots of other cafes and stores. Also has an information centre and a Community book swap. Would recommend!

Such a lovely, open and airy shopping centre. Really enjoyed our visit. The outdoor area near the food court is amazing for the little ones, plus you can comfortably sit and have a bite to eat and coffee while the little people get to enjoy the playground. Loved that they had a yoga session for the kids on, also. My 3 year grand daughter loved joining in. Plenty of variety shops to explore too. Very clean and spacious, allowing you to maintain good distance from others.😁

Didn’t know I could buy through Westfield online and the price was the best for the items I wanted. So simple to order and then collect at Westfield Helensvale. Michelle and Lorraine, the lovely staff there, made the whole collection experience perfect with their pleasant and professional personalities. I’ll be looking to do more shopping this way again. 😊

Probably one of the smallest Westfield shopping centres around, it's pretty average. Has several banks located at either end, Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Target, a few massage places, chemist, money exchange, car wash located outside, small food court with 8 options- not that appealing. Car park can get extremely busy and nightmare coming into Xmas.

Variety of shops at this shopping centre, has pretty much everything you need under the sun. Lots of parkings, try and avoid peak hours as it gets very busy. This is across the Helensvale train station, public transport friendly.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. The only negative was the Pork Belly Salad which was too much greens and not enough pork belly for the price. The rest was amazing. Thank you for a good day out. We will be back.

A fantastic shopping centre with amazing staff. I've shopped here for years and love that it has all three supermarkets, plus a Kmart and Target. Playground area is amazing with great activities on for the kids.

Amazing place with plenty of options for food, snacks, grocery , health, beauty and apparels. Convenient location. Good halt on your way to theme parks. Have food here before you take a fun plunge.

we came to the kids event for Halloween and I just wanted to say we had such a great time absolutely loved how friendly everyone is especially to the kids who may have been a little scared my son came in and was scared at the start but by the end he definitely wasn’t scared and had an amazing day! We will definitely be back next year! All of your staff were so friendly and made the kids feel safe!

I have been going to Westfield Helensvale for years and it's always been an enjoyable experience with the variety of shops they have. For the past year, my daughter and her friends have been really enjoying playing at The Playground as it's a beautiful outdoor play area that's suitable for kids of all ages. This year, I decided to have my daughter's birthday party there, and we are so glad we did ! James from Centre Management was so helpful from start to finish as he helped me book the event and ensured everything was ready on the day of the birthday party. The stage was set up with tables and chairs for the kids and we received so much positive feedback from everyone. The kids enjoyed their time playing and they didn't want the party to end. The Playground is also conveniently located in very close proximity to the food court so the birthday meals were sorted with Happy Meals! The adults also enjoyed the party while they grabbed themselves a coffee. I highly recommend Westfield Helensvale, whether it's for shopping, playing or eating.

If you need anything, come here! Literally everything under one massive roof. Heaps of car parking and 100’s of shops. Are you hungry? So many places to eat and even grab a cold brew while the wife is shopping. Catch up with friends, family or a tinder date. It is a shame the management got greedy and push the night quarter away to the sunshinecoast. Still it is a good mall day and night

Within the food court your staff member Robyn has always made sure the upmost of cleanliness is maintained on the tables. With every visit she has been so polite and helpful and I have always witnessed her to be this was with not only my family but others also. She is a valuable member of your team. Regards

Lovely shopping centre with a great playarea right outside the food court. It is shaded to protect from the sun. If you don't want to walk too far, park near the shops you want to visit

A good selection of stores, ranging from your large grocery stores, clothing and smaller chains. For too many to name here. Also a nice mix of eateries and coffee shops. More than ample parking and a generous overflow parking area across the road for when peak holiday times are upon us.

Not a bad mall. Just needs more parking. Can't believe in the middle of the day on a Wednesday it's so full you can't find a park. Weird.

Such a great shopping centre. Lovely helpful customer service team and so many ammenities for the children. An amazing playground and all the wonderful activities for the kids keeps us coming back!

We needed a wheelchair for my sister after she had surgery, so I approached the service desk where I met Sonia, the most lovely woman and caring person I'd met in a long time. She was so helpful and kind and also offered my sister a bottle of cold water and box of chocolates. My sister shed a tear because of the kindness of a stranger who'd she'd never met before, but that could relate to the condition and surgery my sister had. My sister was able to make her way around the centre to do her shopping and browsing without having to worry about how far she could walk or whether she'd get so sore or exhausted. When we were finished, Sonia escorted us all the way to the car so it was much easier for us. She informed us of other services they could offer and the option of a mobility scooter next time we shop there. Westfield Helensvale is my sisters local centre and now she feels comfortable and safe if she ever needs to go down on her own when she isn't feeling well. Thank you to Westfield Helensvale, especially to Sonia for being so helpful and just a lovely caring person.

Had the best time at the center today for the Halloween trick or treat. Thanks James for being so generous and kind to our 2 year old daughter. Loved the easy shopping vibe and the cleanliness of the center. We bumped into Simon today and he was such a gentlemen. We can’t wait to come back!

The cleaners at Westfield do an amazing job at the centre! The place always looks so clean. Love that the toilets are always clean, prefer them to the gym toilets as more hygienic 😃 Keep up the good work 👏🏾👍🏾

Kids in the kitchen activity is a hit with my kiddos. Always something new & fun & almost always healthy 😋 Whatever it is, the kids love being able to get their hands dirty & make the food themselves. And of course, devouring their creations is the best part!

Just the right size. Has everything I need without the overwhelming size of the majors. I've been shopping here since not long after it opened. Has most of what I need in an ample variety of stores and services. Banking, telcos, eats, medical, dentistry, health and fitness as well as the 3 major supermarkets. It's all here and close to home...Oxenford. Great place to shop.

A good place to go for most of your shopping. If you get there before 9am, you should find a good carpark, after 9, you'll be walking a bit further, as said by 1 of the retail workers that started after 9

A huge shopping centre with loads of small shops , Aldi, Coles and Woolies. A range of eating/ coffee options too. If you want to go to one particular shop, best to check the online map beforehand as it's a vast place.

Great range of shops. Fruit and vegetable shop has huge range of nuts, herbs and spices. Very reasonable prices. Excellent qualty in fruit and vegetables

Great shopping mall. Not too big and is very conveniently close to public transport and big public parking.

Number of nice Cafes and play ground for kids make Westfield Helensvale a good place to spend few hours. With 2 minutes walking distance from Train station, tram station and a major bus station, make this place a unique shopping centre that is easy to access from many places in Gold Coast .

There's some great new Asian food outlets on the main street end of the mall which are bringing a bit more life back into what is now quite a sad shopping centre. This is what I would call a large local mall and it really needs a large upgrade an expansion to be up to the scale of the other shopping centres on the Gold Coast. But it's ok.

Specsavers Optometrists - Helensvale Westfield Even no Star for them. Specsavers Optometrists - Helensvale Westfield Bad Shop Manager Attitude and Worst product to deliver. I bought a glass from this shop and was not adjusted properly and it did not work for me .When I came back to ask them to fix it they came with a lots of excuse and they did not fix it .I broke the glass in front of them and put it in the bin. I hope this feed back help the shop manager will learn the customer does not go there to beg for money and change their attitude and Spec Saver will improve their product.

Wow, what amazing shopping precinct. Huge area, wear comfy shoes, you will want to take your time. All banks in one main area. Plenty of parking available. I loved it here.

Quite a big an convenient place to have as a tourist in the area. Woolies and Kmart were good, as was the fruit market outside of Woolies. Parking can be a chore, but there is usually enough spaces.

Sick of complaining to centre management about the gangs of teenagers that over run the food court. They are rude, obnoxious, violent, constantly swearing and vaping inside. Nice to see that a local hangout for delinquents is more important than paying, shopping patrons. Sick of seeing people feeling intimidated while simply trying to eat, like the elderly and small children ( my 4yo included) it is absolutely pathetic. Do better.

We have been doing our weekly shop here for many years. And have made friends with many of staff, and shop owners over the years. The people at the concierge desk are always friendly, and willing to help where they can. The security staff are very professional in the way they carry out their duties. I just enjoy visiting to say hello, and perhaps have a coffee

Great place to shop, am regularly there, every Monday. The girls at the Concierge desk, Jo and Lyn, are so helpful and friendly. The food court cleaning staff, Barb, Robyn & Karla do an amazing job, it is always spotless. As is the entire centre.

Nice and clean shopping centre. Variety of stores but quite small for a Westfield. Food outlets are standard, nothing great. Very disappointed at the Thursday late night shopping. First time to do a late night at this centre as I was local and many of the shops are closed. Not only that but those that were opened, started to close as I was leaving just after 8pm. I suggest go elsewhere.

The food court is amazing with many different kinds of food to purchase. The playground is amazing too and I love taking my kids there. Especially as it is good to break up the shopping trip for them. They always have so much fun and the staff have activities and events ok throughout the school holidays such as face painting, fairy floss and magic shows. It really is worth checking out.

My son and visited the food court at 1:35pm on Saturday 10 June. The attendant cleaning the tables (a lady with short dark auburn hair) was going such an incredible job at keeping everything so clean and tidy. I couldn’t see her name tag clearly but her name started with ‘C’ I think. I just wanted to just give good feedback. She deserves it. She was a whirlwind! I’m amazed at how clean and tidy the food court was for how busy it was! Edit: her name tag said Cheryl.

Most wonderful people ever. We travelled to QLD and went here not long ago. We had lost something and the staff were immediately onto it. The cleaning staff were so kind and wonderful. Thank you so much

These holidays, my boys enjoyed participating in the Helensvale Hoops competition. Across numerous days, we met many encouraging and supportive employees who helped make the competition fun and entertaining. My boys bettered their high scores with each returning go and we ended up winning the $500 voucher at the end of the competition! We are so grateful to Westfield Helensvale for the opportunity. We will be back!!
