I honestly have no idea how it’s rated at 4+ This is by far the worst Woolworths I’ve ever dealt with. Shelves are CONSTANTLY empty around the time people go and buy groceries (4-6pm). What also irritates the hell out of me is that I will ask sometimes if anything is in the back - which is always a no. Then Lo and behold, someone comes out while I’m leaving with a trolley of veg that had what I was after. No desire to simply help the customer out.. I’m short, there’s a terrible shelving schedule within this store. Don’t ever expect anything to be available during typical times when you would want to buy groceries - it’s nothing to do with ‘supply shortages’ either. Come in super late - they’ll be packing everything and you’re good. Come in super early - you’re good. Like I said, it’s the only time I’ve felt the need to leave a negative review. I’m just fed up with this place.

It doesn't make sense the online order was delayed and no actual a serious attitude in solving the problem. Kicking the issue away won't help in your reputation. Five times call without anyone answering. Making the online order means we'd want the time saved, but it turns out you have to wait for ages until this arrogant team grab a gap to say 'hello we are busy', and you have to be sincere and appreciated at this time even if the final order is incompleted. Awesome job in worst Woolworths stores ever.

Nice, Big and New. Had lots to choose from, a variety of meats that I don’t usually see and liked the fact that they had ready to eat nibbles (pies etc) and fresh made sushi. Was pretty impressed I guess being brand new definitely helps. Parking was ample and easy access and egress.

Staff are friendly and helpful but I hate coming here. I often am not able to find everything on my shopping list and have gotten stuck in the parking about 5 times because the gates don’t work properly. With people waiting in a cue behind me I’ve had to buzz for help and eventually I am let out. You’d think someone would do something about that.

The best you could say about this store is its convenience. The store is so poorly stocked especially fruit and vegetable department. Seafood not any better. Treated very rudely by a certain member of staff without any real resolution in spite of involving management. Will not be returning to this store any time soon.

Royce in Fruit and Veg , Jordan in Deli and almost every cashier is just lovely and so helpful , Tracey and another regular lady ( I think it’s Jo ) are such hard workers and always patient kind . Will always shop at Smith Collective . Beautiful store and brilliant staff . Even the shelf fillers are lovely and helpful when we can’t find something on a shelf . Karen & Lyn

Excellent range wide open isles is a shame that they only have 1 register open. They charge top dollar for us to do check out our own products. Only go there when i have too.

Ordinarily I have no problem with this store (as I usually wait outside for my wife). But today was different. First up, the plastic recycle bins have been moved inside which means I had to cart my contribution around with me while I shopped. Fortunately I did not have a big order, but if I was getting a trolley load it would have been inconvenient. First world problem I know, but please put those bins back at the entrance. However, my experience at the express checkout today left me in a bad mood. Two ladies on there. The younger one left to man the other checkout. Fair enough. No problem. However the older woman did not want to be there today. No greeting just a surly demand - 'bag'. As I only had three items I said I would do myself. She then asked me to present my card, without a 'Please'. Sorry, I am old school and she was too. 'Please' and 'thank you' cost nothing. She needs to be counselled, or whatever you do with surly employees.

Very big and always well stocked. I really like the sushi area and their choice of hot snacks. They also have a huge meat range, bigger than quite a few I’ve seen in other Woolworths.

Fix the boom gate! The car park was full of cars trying to get out. Either fix it or don't have a boom gate at all. Or at least install the one where it reads the number plate.

What an absolute joke! The shop itself is always hit and miss and when you are able to get supplies they are melted or no good but the time you get home with the stupid technology they use in the carpark. If you love waiting in a 15car pile up this is the shop for you. the gate’s constantly don’t open and they refuse to do this manually. Like use some common sense.

Expansive supermarket with great variety, including Sushi counter, International products aisle. Fresh seafood and vegetables. The floor staff are courteous and helpful. Conveniently centred short walk to bus stop and Griffith Uni tram station. Parking underneath.

Easy the best the woolys on the Gold Coast. Been shopping here for over a year. All nice staff and helpful. Only a couple of times I had to unfortunately return/refund inedible fruit

A larger style of Woolworths with everything in one place to satisfy all of your family's needs!. Good parking, easy access and convenient opening hours, with a BWS directly adjacent to the supermarket. Highly recommend this store. 👍

Terrible store. The management treat staff terribly. Forcing employees with medical issues to work hours longer than recommended by their doctor. Not budgeting for enough staff for the Xmas period, resulting in stress, anxiety and mistakes as there aren't enough employees on to handle the workload. Management have also been known to take items belonging to staff and 'confiscate' them, which is totally inappropriate and not legal. This includes taking a phone from an employee with medical issues who needs their phone in case a medical emergency happens. Won't be shopping here again. When your inhumane treatment of staff is this obvious to customers, you have a big problem. I'll be reporting this to head office as well.

Good variety, great specials, store was nice and clean, lots of stock. I got charged twice for 1 item but didn't realise until I got home and checked my receipt.

Great store. It’s really big and has a big variety of just about everything you possibly need.

This is a convenient Woolworths in the heart of Southport, near the Gold Coast University. However, they don't seem to stock the same variety of products that I have seen in other Woolworths, particularly in the deli section. Still, a convenient store to have.

Very airy clean store. My usual delivery people, they consistently do well. Any problems or omissions easy to sort in the Woolies app.

Quite a modern woolies compared to most. There's a little sushi bar/area which I love. I wish they had a self serve nuts section and a bigger selection of bread at the bakery.

Ideally placed to suit the surrounding village environment. All the usual Woolworth shopping, clean and friendly. Parking underneath.

If the boom gate doesn't open, exiting the car park can pose a problem.

one of the below average woolies around. the fruits and veggies are very limited in variety and poorly stocked; sometimes they don't even restock the fresh produce and leave it out for awhile, don't trust the quality. the freezer section is oddly sorted w the ice cream. says a lot about the quality of staff and management of this branch. On the flip side, the Japanese sushi chefs always prepare a lot of nice rice bowls and sushi.

Have been to Woolworths Smith Collective many times However I have been twice in the last two weeks and the Fruit and Vegetable department is a disgrace. Not enough stock poor quality stock and needs a good clean. I found a lot if shelves in the store not stocked and very untidy I feel that Woolworths is making a very large Profit and needs to employ more staff to keep there store presentation in A1 condition I have noticed problems in other stores I have shopped at Woolworths for 50 years and am seriously thinking if changing to another brand
