Further emails from H&S, Seiko and Australia Post outlined purchase, warranty, delivery and other details. The watch arrived a day earlier than advised and I couldn't be happier with the pricing, communications and delivery processes. I have dealt with them both in person and online on a few occasions and their customer service has been excellent every time, regardless of whether a purchase was made at the time. Their prices are generally competitive, even against international sellers, and they stock a wonderful variety of watches. Shipping of my most recent purchase was taken care of quickly and they provided a free upgrade to express shipping. H&S Jewellers upgrade the delivery into express! Without added payment! They left a message on my delivery saying they can’t afford to watch their customer to wait for long to their products! That’s why they express delivery my orders! Yes! My ORDERS i have ordered twice and they do it express delivery twice! Really nice watch and jewelries online shop!
