Had a great experience at Handcraft studios! Firstly, it is a little pricey but very worth it for the quality of service and the product. Secondly, Serena, the lady who served me articulated a wealth of knowledge when explaining certain things and expertise when actually fixing the jewellery too. Wonderful old school service by a family team of proud jewellers. Fixed a broken ring for my Mother’s 80th birthday from a piece of scrap to a beautiful bespoke diamond ring that she will love and is sentimental to her. Service was excellent and their attention to detail as to what I was trying to create for mum was simply perfect. I cannot thank Handcraft Studio enough for doing their magic on this ugly duckling ring that mum had for over 60 years and turning it into a marvellous work of art! 80th birthday party is this weekend and will be presented to her then.

Handcraft Studio jewlers are amazing at what they do. I have taken many of my rings to them for resizing as I have tiny fingers and the quality of their work is just outstanding. It's the only place I go for jewellery alterations as they are a well trusted family business that have been around for decades.

Handcraft Studio have made a few beautiful pieces for me and my latest were some tourmaline drops to attach to my hoop earrings. I wanted some special earrings to wear to our daughter’s wedding and Traci always sources gorgeous gems for me. She found me some stunning dusty pink pear shaped tourmalines and they are perfect for my rose gold hoops.
