KIND OF SCAM FOR PROCEDURES PRICE ,FIRST it took ages before we had the procedure done , as she is assisting us yet taking a lot of phone calls then get back to us to explain and get a phone call again . It is unprofessional, but I didn’t complain. SHE WAS TALKING TO MU SISTER ABOUT THE PROCEDURE THAT MY SISTER WANTS TO GET WHICH IS THE HI-FU … i double checked and ask her about it again as she was saying that HIFU ISN’T going to be great for my sister and won’t work as she is so young and etc as per TRACY the owner. And we believed as she is the specialist, obviously she is just upselling and saying instead of hifu my sister needs the double chin dissolve whatever you call it, its says on the price is from $275 which I understand… but when my sister had it now they were asking $720 as they were saying they did the anti wrinkle and that double chin it was two different procedure that was done without us letting know . Lack of communication . The injector was great but not explaining to the guest how much it would cost and adding another treatment that we are not aware is unacceptable and charging is too much . She said okay and charged us $605 instead… still big on what we expected so for me NOT LETTING YOUR CLIENTS KNOW ABOUT AN EXTRA PROCEDURE THAT WILL COST A FORTUNE IS A KIND OF SCAM. I own a business as well but i make sure i let my customers know everything well and tell them roughly the prices and if customers will agree to an extra procedure .

I had been getting Botox at Hollywood for 4 years. The last time I had a new nurse who injected some Botox into the wrong areas of my face. I questioned her at the time and she assured me because of my muscle placement I needed botox there. When the Botox took effect my natural smile was very affected. I went back to complain and hoped for some resolution but my concerns were dismissed. I will not be going back to this clinic.

I got the 3 area wrinkle it worked well for my frown but not my forehead and not my crows feet. I also got my lips done and I wasn’t happy with them, they are so UNEVEN. I highly recommend not to go here. I spent over $700 for treatment that didn’t work and I’m not happy with. I also sent photos and messages regarding the treatment they responded with (give it time to heal, I don’t see the unevenness it’ll heal fine.) my lips are still uneven one side is bigger then the other.. I went back for a review they added more to my forehead and it still didn’t work and asked for a refund for my lips and I wasn’t given one.

Yesterday I did my lip fillers and cheekbones filers total is $990 Nurse is very horrible no experience and not good service! when I was get in to the room She asking me what the shave I want and I answered her do the same my lips but just at bigger and then I told her I was been here before and many times a nurse she did to me before she didn’t ask me, she just shows me the picture and I say I happy to do like this and she do it after finish I happy, can you do same like that please.! And then Nurse Yesterday She not happy, answer me today is only me here you have to do it, 🤷‍♀️ what…..I have to do it?!!!! I didn’t said I am not do with you I just explain what the shave look like , anyway that is not big beal! I still stay and let her do for me, after inject finish my lip one side big one side smile 🤦‍♀️ and then I asked her how many hours can I stop do exercises and when can I do ? Her answer me go look in email 😃 what!!!!!!!!!! Are you really answers the customer like this????????? I just want to tell the manager in this clinic if you still have this nurse you will lose the customer.

I booked in for anti-wrinkle treatment .I normally see Danny who does faultless work and assumed I had been booked with him as usual but was booked with a new nurse. The new nurse was dismissive and made me very uncomfortable. She didn’t bother to map out my face or ask me my areas of concern. When I did actually mention that I wanted to focus on my bunny scrunch and not my crows feet as this area isn’t a concern she ignored me completely and did the crows feet anyway. When I messaged Tracy regarding my concerns she apologized but didn’t actually take any ownership of my concerns and said that the nurse didn’t recall this despite me literally stopping the treatment to point with my fingers to the area I wanted done. Tracey offered nothing to correct the error despite me being a return customer. Because of this lack of care or concern for the treatment of her clients Tracy has now lost not one but three customers. Be aware they have also increased the price of their services although I didn’t see this advertised anywhere prior to my appointment and wasn’t informed by the business until after the treatment had been rendered.

Tracey… just wanted to say how absolutely THRILLED I am with my anti wrinkle results! I have literally noticed MASSIVE changes in the last 5 days and my skin looks so fresh and amazing 😍 Please pass on my sincere gratitude to my beautiful injector! Such a great experience x

Would give them a -100 if I could. Zopper doopers as numbing cream even when giving free filler dissolver due to the most disgusting job ever! I’ve given birth and I’ve never experienced anything so painful as that. At the end I cut my losses and gave up having even lips!

I have been going to this place for the last two years for anti wrinkle treatments in 3 areas, however my last two treatments have been by nurses both times a different nurse. My last visit the nurse did not map out my face prior to the procedure. After two weeks I’m still able to move my forehead.All other times I would have zero movement in this area. My advice for anyone thinking of going with this place is to proceed with caution, make sure you know who you will be seeing prior to booking.

I’ve been here twice now and I just wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Nurse Ruby is AMAZING; very happy with my results and highly recommend!

Hello my name is Kelley I just want to thank the girls for my injectables on Monday absolutely amazing . I had 3 areas of Botox my lips side of my mouth also my neck well let me tell you it’s looking so amazing already it’s only Thursday now no bruising slight swelling only I can see it . I have been seeing Tracy for my injectable’s for 9 years now I can not recommend them highly enough I will not go anywhere else they listen to what you are wanting and if it’s not going to help they will tell you . I have noticed a couple of reviews that havnt been very good but please don’t take notice of them and let yourself miss out on amazing work . For one I have always been given numbing cream for my lips always , second if u think your treatment didn’t work as one review said always take a pic before your appointment so u can look back see the results I’m sorry don’t believe there has been any issues I have never had 1 in the 9 years of seeing Tracy . Tracy is so beautiful to talk to very helpful and would sort it out but I’m sorry as I said no issues in 9 years . First timer here and what an amazing experience! The moment I walked in, the lovely lady at the desk was so so welcoming! Unfortunately didn’t catch her name. And the wonderful nurse Brittany, also providing amazing customer service, was sensational. Felt so comfortable and the process of my lip filler was almost painless!! Made me delete previous google review , because of their “reputation”. I was very very unhappy with my service here very rushed and my lips are actually uneven now after a month after the appointment. Didn’t massage my lips. Or give me something to squeeze for the pain I was literally holding my sunglasses and almost squeezed them till the broke. the procedure was absolutely horrible I have had my lips done over 9 times and this was my worse procedure I’ve ever had. So painful and fast the lady then rushed out as she obviously had to go somewhere to go then I was over charged and I’m lucky I questioned payment as she try to overcharge me $600-700. They tried to contact me to remove the review and they would book me in with someone new for free lips but never heard anything after that , I also don’t live in GC so it’s not even convenient for me. Don’t recommend!!!

Nurse Levonne's technique was flawless. Her bedside manner was so calming, the procedure totally painless and the results were unbelievable. Usually Medspas can be intimidating (for me anyway), but here I feel incredibly comfortable. The staff are very kind and know what they’re doing! I’ve been here a few times now for filler and Botox. I had the Russian technique on my lips which I absolutely love and definitely requires a more experienced nurse. Great location and very clean. Only downside is now I’m slightly addicted to injectables!
