Got treated like rubbish because the staff were more interested in saying farewell to a fellow staff member than helping customers. Ended up finding out via their website, after being fobbed off by 2 staff, that they didn't have what I need anyway. Glad I'm not a shareholder anymore, and will not be back in future.

Susan, what a nightmare! The lady with this name absolutely disrespect clients and has no idea about products. Her attitude was not acceptable for many reasons. Apart of that store has products sitting in wrong places ( wrong labels ) . I buy often in many bunnings store and they are great but here is just another level of bad management.

I visited your store last week to buy 10 bags of potting mix. I was looking for the product that I use when a young lady asked me if I needed help. Being 78 years young, I normally have to go looking for assistance. The young lady was so efficient and friendly is what prompted me to write this note. Her name is Amber and you should look after her with a view of a future within your company. Great stuff. Dave Rodgers.

We love Bunnings. It has so much more than just hardware. We took our puppy there for his first outing. He loves it too!

I came to the shop at 1pm on 17 August and wanted to ask about an item and the woman at the checkout (a small fat woman with blonde ponytail and chewing gum) she had a very bad attitude. She said she would send someone out, so I waited over 10 minutes and no one came, so I went back to the fat lady at the checkout counter to tell her again, but eventually no one came, so I called a member of staff myself to explain. I was surprised by the ridiculously bad service. I was so traumatised by the Mermaid shop that I will never go there again. I am Asian and I also felt the discrimination.

Busy at times, staff always helpful and quick to respond to shoppers queues. It's a smaller Bunnings with limited options so download the Bunnings app to check if they have what you want to save time

It's a smaller bunnings so doesn't have a lot of options but for basic stuff it's good to go! Staff are not the friendliest, some are better than others

I phoned first to make sure the mermaid waters store had what I needed because it is a smaller store, I just thought it best to ask. Joshua assured me they had all that I wanted. Going through the store I talked to most of the staff, what a team, nothing was too much. Thanks max. Great store!!

Good location, has most things but not the biggest like Burleigh. Still great store.

The staff at this Bunnings store are like superheroes in aprons. They swoop in to save the day when you can't find a thing. Just don't ask them to reveal their secret identities!

Every staffs were super nice and kind. I lost $100 cash while I was carrying them in my back pocket and must have been slipped out. I didn't expect to find it back, but staffs were keeping it for me. Great work ethic, friendly environment. 👏 I highly recommend to shop there. Thanks to everyone working there!

Doesn’t stock the whole Bunnings range, but convenient and has the most in demand products.

What a lovely Bunnings, checkout staff were very friendly and helpful. Very Handy being close to Coles, Woolworths and Aldi too.

A very small store for Bunnings but manage to keep a good stock of items. Had to order a quantity of mulch to be delivered for landscaping. No problem all done over the phone with very quick delivery system from pleasant delivery staff to tracking updates at the time.

Staff were too busy chatting to each other at the counter I said good morning to the young man did not answer me so I said it again I got a hey back! Really bad attitude disgusting service left there and went to Burleigh was greeted with a good morning as soon as we walked in, Mermaid is closer for me to go to but I will go the extra distance to avoid the bad attitude, it’s not the first time I have encountered this at Mermaid Bunnings.

Was good for a "whilst I am here" purchase, but the range is quite limited due to the size of the store and we couldn't get all of the items we needed.

It's a downsized store ,it pays to phone ahead to check that they have what I need, staff were happy to help me ,its convenient because for me it's local ,its actually nice an quick, they don't stock everything that the larger stores have ,but it's still very good for most things .

Small bunnings compared to the one in Nerang or Southport, it's well equipped and has a great range of products.

Basic but handy. It doesnt stock all the items and yet it is mostly busy. Staff can be thin on the ground but usually helpfull.

Bunnings is great for everything you need around the house

Not as much variety as the big ones obviously but key cutting is a pain, limg wait for a machine doing the job plus often do not work

A smaller Bunnings but not "boutique" 😂 has basic needs and a good variety of plants considering the space available - check the website for the availability of your needs before you go - plenty of parking and it's handy to pop over to the supermarket at the same time

Terrible quality laminate. The seams are visible. Installed an Egger that year for the same price. There really is a difference

Best customer service and great choice of products.

Small but handy if you know what you need. I still manage to buy random things I didn't need! No sausage sizzle.

Was here today to purchase electric goods..😎👍🔥💯💯💯💯.. the best..in & out in 10 minutes..staff showed me exactly where to find my items..& service at the counter was really quick & efficient..& it saved me having to travel all the way to the large Bunnings in Southport..I'll shop more here in the future.. which is tomorrow..I have to buy supplies to repot my 'Japanese Bonzai 🌲🌲🌲 trees..👍😎🌳🌳🌳..

I went to purchase some items which I found bar 1. There was no one around to ask after I looked for about 20min. I went up to the counter and was told isle 12, so I went and looked again and still couldn't find it. I went back to the counter, and said I couldn't find it so ill go elsewhere to get it, and the counter staff just said ok. What happened to customer service!!! I wish now I had just dumped the other $300 of stock and not give them my sale at all. 2nd time I've been here and won't go back. Take your business to Burleigh.
