Certain doctors are NOT bulk billed. Booked my appointment, attended my appointment and was told after my appointment that I have to pay a gap fee. Zero clarification given. Website and Google maps clearly clarify that it’s bulk billed hence I’ve attended this clinic. Did not appreciate the lack of clarification and confirmation to inform patients of this difference

Doctor was 3 hours and 35 minutes late to our phone appointment before I gave up. When we contacted the clinic on numerous occasions I was told to continue waiting and that I was next. 2 hours later still waiting ?!Ended up booking in and being served by another clinic before Amtan even called. The most PATHETIC service ever not provided, lots of 1 star reviews, not surprised. Will be visiting My Healthycity clinic next time, only 100 meters down the road and has good reviews.

Quite literally the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Took my son there today and “Dr” Fahimeh Ahmadi took no interest in him at all. I left with zero confidence in her diagnosis, which it took for me to actually ask what is wrong with him for her to tell me. All she did was hand me a prescription for antibiotics. In and out in 2 minutes max.

I’ve had a few really good experiences and a few not so great experiences, the male doctor was excellent! Often long wait times in the waiting room, and once I got into the room the female doctor didn’t really spend the time with me to explain what was happening. Just gave me a few prescriptions, was in and out within 5 minutes. I had a phone consult on another occasion with a female doctor that I could barely understand and she had absolutely no idea what the results were for and couldn’t answer my questions, she also hung up on me twice

I came to these doctors a month ago and saw a doctor on the Saturday morning. The receptioist was very nice and the doctor was lovely too. Booked another appointment on the hot doc app for this Saturday. I was called this morning to be told the only doctor that is on, on a Saturday morning does not wish to have any new patients and my appointment had to be moved to a week day. My partner and I both have chronic diseases which we need regular treatment for, shame for the doctor because he has missed out on a lot of business.

Dr Jen is the best doctor I have found in a long time. She really cares about what is wrong with me and is working with me to find a solution. It may take awhile, but I know with her help, we'll get there.

The staff are lovely. Beautiful clean quiet reception area. Dr Jen Lee is so lovely. So is dr Mohammed. Very happy patient receiving excellent care.

I checked in at 10am, waited an hour patiently then asked what's happening, by the confused look of the receptionist I realised she failed at checking me in, NO apology no reason, at least if you make a mistake own it and apologize, very ordinary

Jacquie at Reception is wonderful. She is always efficient and willing to assist me . It’s also very convenient that 4Cyte Pathology is in this practice.

My daughter had an ear infection. They ran over 1 hour late and I had to go back twice. It still wasn’t resolved.

I am very happy that I have the team at Amtan Hope Island to take care of me. My Dr is Dr Rajkumar. Dr Raj is great at being a doctor and genuinely caring. Kind and always patient with me, taking the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. He guides me and gives me the information I need to make decisions. Gerda at the front desk is always friendly and efficient, she goes above and beyond to be helpful, even before I ask! The office is nice: modern, welcoming and very convenient. Very happy with Amtan Hope Island !!!

Dr Tanya is great. I have a very sick husband, Dr Tanya is very thorough and thoughtful. She spends time with us to explain medical conditions, procedures etc. I would recommend the Amtan Group.

Absolutely terrible. 10:15am appointment. 11:30am still hadnt seen the Dr so i left. Staff at desk couldnt care less and they were quite content sitting there doing FA. Wont be coming back, terrible.

Never experienced the low level of medical attention. 3 weeks in a row doctor was not able to honour appointement. No ringing on their part. Stay away from this place. One male docteur i spoke too on the phone was so RUDE, he should go back to uni to learn the basic about what a doctor should be. Ever read the Hippocratic Oath? You should! Wonder where and how exams were obtain. One star is even too much!
