Didn’t have a good experience at all with this clinic. The appointment is no more than 15min, and if you try to extended it with your concerns with the doctor, they “kindly” kick you off. On the first time with Dr. Nancy Liu, she said that could not extend her time for us, because she had a training scheduled after the appointment. We ended up having to do another appointment to talk about all concerns. On this second appointment, she was not able to confirm what it was and just referred us for a specialized doctor. The biggest frustration was when we came to the clinic one more time to simply fill up a few documents by this same Dr. which has to be sent for the insurance health. According to Dr. Nancy Liu, 15min is not enough for her to fill the information (it is 1 page document) and told us to print the document ourselves and book another appointment on the next week, giving 0 assistance it, and delaying the process for at least 5 more days. At the end of the day, we came here for nothing, and had to pay again for it. It is frustrating to ask for help to a doctor and he doesn’t give a s****. We truly hope that you guys improve your staff. The receptionist are all love and great people though!!

When it comes to the health and well being of my wife and son, I trust no other doctor as much as Dr Islam. I have been to many doctors in my 35 years living on the Gold Coast and very few demonstrate the same high standard of professionalism, expertise, attention to detail and genuine care for my family. I have been to some doctors who simply do a quick Q&A and then give you a script and your out the door which couldn’t be more contrasting to our visits to Dr Islam. He is extremely thorough and there have been occasions where his methodical approach has identified some serious issues that had been previously undiagnosed or missed by other medical professionals. We simply can’t speak highly enough about him as our family doctor.

Dr Ian Dickinson is by far the most knowledgeable thorough kind Doctor I know with a great bedside manner touched with a sense of humour and excellent diagnostic skills, always listens and addresses my concerns. If you are looking for exceptional care and a great communicator you will find it with Ian. A shout out to the receptionists who are always cheerful and accommodating when I call to make an appointment. I have at times used their app to book online, it's incredibly easy and very efficient, a great alternative for out of hours when I want to book an appointment at midnight. The surgery is of a modern decor very clean and bright and with the advantage of being connected to a pharmacy. I have been well looked after by Dr Dickinson and all the staff at Myhealth Pacific Fair it's an excellent surgery staffed with great people.

I only see Dr Islam here he is by far the best doctor on the Gold Coast, going to the doctor used to be such a chore for me I used to dred going and didn’t know if I could trust the advice. But Dr Islam has always proved to not only care about your health but offer accurate solutions and is very thorough. I won’t be seeing anyone else and if you go to this practice I highly recommend seeing him.

Dr Ian dickinson is the best doctor I have seen, his diagnoses is always spot on. I would recommend him over any specialist in any area. Although I’ve seen other gps closer to home, I’ve been going to him for important things since I was 11 (40 years) Best doctor on the coast!!

I cannot recommend Dr William Henry Lane highly enough! After seeing two ineffective Drs in another clinic, I saw Dr Lane whose immediate diagnosis and treatment saved me from significant further pain and potentially permanent damage Dr Lane is extremely competent, thorough and compassionate. I leave his clinics feeling 100% satisfied all issues are thoroughly addressed

Dr Kulbir at Myhealth is an amazing doctor that is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and confident with how to approach complex issues. I’ve tried over four different clinics on the GC over the last three years and Myhealth is by far the best. The team are lovely and even when I book an appointment during the work week, I’m never left waiting for hours on end, which used to happen consistently at my last GP’s office.

Dr James Powers is an excellent GP. He is thorough, positive, highly professional and knowledgeable and a genuine caring for his patients

Have been visiting this practice since it opened an am very happy with the care I receive there. Dr Dickinson has been my Dr since I was a child and I always appreciate his care and services.

Got an appointment same day. 4 days post tonsillectomy. Running out of painkillers. Dr Chiu examined me and suggested step down and the rationale for this. Which made sense. I’m not a fan of their software but their staff at every level are warm and knowledgeable.

I felt discriminated by something that is not very clear. Doctor Grace Hortle was quite smiley when called my name but her smile was gone after she saw me walking her way. She was not very helpful when I said about my problems and answered my comments with “you are not making much sense”. She also gave me some referrals and put unnecessary information on it, like a similar problem a had many years ago that my insurance could see it as a pre-existing condition and not cover that exam. When I questioned it she said she couldn’t do anything and she was too busy and I had to book another consultation with her. Absolutely unhelpful and I’m not returning for a consultation with her.

I had an appointment with Dr. Chiu yesterday, he was really helpful with the information about some tests I had to do, and had a lovely chat. Today I did my blood test with Hetal and she did such an amazing job! I always struggled to not faint or turn white while doing a blood test and Hetal made me feel comfortable while doing her job professionally. Can’t be more happy about the experience 😊 thanks a lot again!

The lovely ladies are so friendly at the front desk. Dr Powers is the best doctor. I been seeing him for couple of years now. He is aways give you advice and get you the best treatment what you need. Keep up the great work Dr Powers and the other doctors.

Dr Gerard Young is a relatively new doctor at the practice. He was very attentive and friendly. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant too. I do have a regular doctor at another practice, but he was away and so I booked in here. Good to know they are available and nearby. 😊👍🏼

I've been seeing Dr william for my baby. I, as a foreigner, can't speak English well but he is always patient, listens carefully and explains very kindly(write down the words that I counldn't understand). We've met several doctors on GC and he is the best. So appreciate. Thank you

My husband and I had skin checks with Dr James Powers today. He has been our GP / Skin Dr - for 17 years now and he is always just the same. Welcoming and interested. He treats us both very kindly - always has the answers to any questions we have and makes our visits very personalised. He’s a great Doctor.

I've had an appointment with Dr. Nancy Liu for a CST and didn't have a good experience at all. I told the Dr. I've had a pap smear test 3 years ago and wanted to get a cervical screening test this time for general check, almost had to fight for it as she became angry, putting several excuses and in a very rude manner saying I should get one every 5 years only. I understand the CST is every 5 years but she didn't believe I've had a pap smear instead. I couldn't believe the whole situation to be honest, I don't know what is going on with medicine here but that's certainly not how it is supposed to be in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend this doctor at all but the girls at the front desk are lovely and Dr. Kulbir Hayer was very kind and helpful as well.

I attended the clinic for a skin check and Dr Powers was very thorough in his assessment. I felt confident in his assessment and found him to be very professional. I will certainly return for my 2 yearly skin check with him. My husband is seeing Dr Young and I find him to be very professional having been in with my husband on past consults. I am an ex practice manager with many years experience in managing surgeries. This is an excellent well run surgery.

Dr James Powers is a very thorough, knowledgeable and professional doctor. The nursing staff are lovely and compassionate and the practice is always hygienic and clean. If you’re looking for a new doctor, I recommend.

Dr Ian Dickenson “Dicko” has been my GP since I was 2years old! So 35years - best Doctor, very kind, patient and honest xo I now bring my hubby and two sons since they were babies, my Dad and Nana also still see him, so he’s got 4generations of our family who trust and are happy with him for over 35years! 💓💓💓

TERRIBLE FRONT STAFF! I have been a patient of the clinic for more than three years. Today I had an appointment at 11:30, on my way to the clinic I got high traffic due a car crash, so I called to let the staff know I would be 15 minutes late. I was coming from NSW just to see my regular GP. Once I arrived at 11:42, the rude, unfriendly lady who should’ve been having a bad day in her miserable life, refused to reschedule my appointment. She said to me with sarcastic smile on her face to look to another clinic if I was so needed to that appt. I couldn’t believe I was facing that situation. AN UNACCEPTABLE behaviour by a medical center receptionist.
