The rudest receptionist ever. The older dark hair lady needs 101 lessons on manners, customer service and then some. Doctors are all very good tho but I plan to Avoid this clinic

As much as I love our regular doctor (Dr Maria Martinez) the scheduling of appointments and attitudes of the reception staff need a massive overhaul. With exception to one or two of the younger reception staff, the other two older women are just plain rude or clueless. Nobody wants to visit the doctor... it's never usually for a positive reason so having to be "welcomed" into the clinic with, more often that not, rudeness isn't great. Time management is exceptionally bad too. Out of my last five appointments (for both myself and/or my infant son), three have had us waiting for over an hour without any heads up of delays, apologies or even updates and two were telehealth phone calls in which the first was over an hour late in calling and the second (booked for 11am today - and yes, to the older and ruder receptionist who likes to query appointment times incorrectly and lay the guilt on thick, I also have my email and text confirmation regarding my booking time) has not even happened - thanks for wasting half of my day off with waiting around. Also... not sure that, when a patient calmly comments to the reception staff about their lengthy 45min wait (not as long as my own wait, might I add), the response shouldn't be "Well, there are people here who have been waiting over an hour" - Not an intelligent way to approach a defence, nor the correct attitude to ever have working in the health and care industry... Basically, my experience with the doctors in this practice has always been pleasant, insightful and have had our health issues addressed and resolved appropriately - 5 stars to them. Reception staff (not all of them) and scheduling - 1 star, atrocious.

I cannot stress my dissatisfaction with the reception staff. Doctors are an essential service and i have come here because i am currently experiencing some health issues and to be treated so poorly by reception staff is unacceptable. I don't need anymore stress in my life at present to be treated with such disrespect and hostility. The doctors are great although always keep you waiting for 40-60minutes after your appointment time. Please stay away from this practice if you are wanting a caring experience because you won't get it.

If I could give a no star for the receptionist with an accent I would! Not only was she rude to myself she was also rude to another customer who got her times wrong for an appointment. They have these signs that says zero tolerance for aggressive behaviour and abuse free zone. Well how about a career change or a course in being a decent human being.

I cannot give this practice even 1 star. The reception staff need to understand the word edict, they are rude, disrespectful and have no idea how to treat or respect people/patients. If they are so unhappy in their workplace find another job, work behind the scenes instead of passing on your bad energy and bad manners. The way you treat patients is not acceptable. Will never return there along with all my family members.

I have been to this clinic a few times over the last 12 months, they are always running 30-40 minutes late, and never communicate this with their clients. Even for the FIRST APPOINTMENT of the day I am still waiting 20+ minutes to be seen. Scheduling and communication needs to be assessed and rectified. Unprofessional. The drs themselves are good.

I know one only goes to the doctors when your feeling sick and miserable. When your wanting all the help you can get, WELL, look no further. Starting with the reception area, they are very professional, and know their job well. They are an absolute delight, very polite, courteous, who try to do everything in their power to help you settle in before seeing the doctor. As for the doctors, they are fantastic. They listen to what you have to say, who talk to you and not down at you, and always asking if there's any questions, and they don't rush you out the door. I find them Very Caring. At anytime you have to see a nurse, WELL, they are awesome. They are so professional, really good at their job, and always making sure you are safe and comfortable while tending to your wounds. I have never had a bad visit in all the years I have been with them, and I have been with them since they opened. A very satisfied patient 😊😊😊

The reception staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. I called the surgery a few times about my appointment and every time the staff were very helpful and friendly. Then talking to the Dr, I felt like she really listened to me and didn't just brush me off with another precription. Thank you

Our family has been visiting this clinic for more than 5 years now, even though we moved away, yet we still come back to this clinic. From the moment you enter the clinic, you are greeted by a friendly staff at the reception. They play a very important role before you see your doctor. Most of the staff are doing an amazing job, not only they have to handle numerous phone calls, dealing with some rude and impolite patients that are demanding as well as stacks of admin work, and yet they handle most of it with confidence and a no nonsense attitude. One particular staff named Pauline deserves recognition for her excellent customer service skill and professionalism. Dr Martinez is an amazing doctor, always so polite , cool and calm, never rushes her work, always ready to give her listening ear to me. I am so glad to be under her care. Not forgetting the lovely treatment room staffs and phlebotomists that are always efficient and kind, well done 👍. Thank you for always showing me your empathy and love. Keep up all the great work and keep smiling. 😊

Brilliant doctors surgery with the absolute best customer service and care! Dr Madronio, Bianca, Mel and the whole team were so wonderful when our teenage daughter needed their help in an emergency. A really caring and friendly practice!

My experience coming to doctors at pacific fair has always been nothing but exceptional. The doctors I have seen have always been so helpful and they go above and beyond. Having a medical condition that not many DRS understand, the doctors at Doctors @ pacific fair always put in so much effort to help me and make sure I’m receiving the best care. Another shout out to the receptionist, they are so lovely and even when the centre is busy and patients are not nice they always carry themselves with professionalism and are always nothing but kind. Highly recommend this surgery.

I have just recently started going to Doctors @ Pacific Fair and it has been nothing but phenomenal. The doctors are very helpful and professional. Pauline and Shirley at reception are always lovely and welcoming. I have recommended this practice to my family and friends in the area.

I had a really terrible experience with Dr. Michael. It was my first time visiting this practice and seeing this particular doctor. He was very dismissive, and didn't let me finish talking about a specific health issue I wanted to get advice on. I was in the room for no less than 3 minutes before he stood up and opened his door to signal it was time for me to leave. No compassion at all and complete disrespect for patients. I walked out crying and the reception ladies completely ignored me on my way out. Moving forward I will only pay to see private doctors - at least the service is better.

I cannot rate this medical centre highly enough!! I popped in as I was having issues with my blood pressure and was told to take a seat and was seen very quickly by an amazing doctor (Dr Ya). The two receptionists could not have been nicer and were so kind to slot me in considering I had no appointment. I would highly recommend this practice, the onsite pathology and pharmacy as the entire checkup with follow-up blood tests and medication was so seamless and I left feeling like every issue had been addressed and dealt with. Amazing experience!! Thank you!!!!

The staff is super friendly and the doctor's are great - very supportive and attentive to your needs. I have been coming here for two years and have no plans to go elsewhere for medical treatment.

I had to go in today & first time with Dr Christian Vasquez. He was so so lovely! So helpful but also so friendly, made me feel comfortable, heard & very well looked after. Im not one to write review but I was genuinely so pleased with his service. I have gone to this clinic a few times & have to say it is a very very good one. In my previous experience I've had Dr Lynden Derrick who is so gentle & lovely too, he has done my skincheck in the past & made me feel very reassured. & ive also had appointments with Dr Aniceto Madronio who has always been super helpful & also funny.

I witnessed the receptionist being unnecessarily rude to a man here today. I'm not usually easily shocked, but the lady was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, absolutely no need for that degree of nastiness, especially in a medical clinic.

Amazing doctors & lovely receptionist .. everyone are so helpful. Nurses have always been wonderful. With a bulk billing practice you need to be willing to wait. Health appointments can take longer than expected but it worth it.

Went in the other day and cannot commend the two lovely women in reception more. Both were in cheerful spirits, which was fantastic to see. The doctor was basically on time and was absolutely attentive to me. 10/10 I will be returning again.

I have been a patient for 3 years and I have had good patient care from both doctors Dr Malika Kavic initially then Dr Maria Martinez. Great convenience being near the Giant chemist. Sadly both doctors have left and now having to change doctors. Nurses have always been wonderful. With a bulk billing practice you need to be willing to wait. Health appointments can take longer than expected and GP’s are not highly paid. Medicare rebates are poor.

Turned up without an appointment, was told they were fully booked and wouldn’t be able to see me until tomorrow. Filled out a new patient form and the receptionist was kind enough to squeeze me in to see a doctor. Was on crutches and getting from the car park was a struggle, appreciate not having to do the trip again!

I’ve been going to Doctors@Pacific Fair for the past 3 years. The doctors, nurses and admin team are absolutely wonderful. They’re super friendly, professional and very efficient.

Have been going to this doctors surgery for a few years now. Can always get an appointment, the reception staff always do their best to fit you in last min. The pathology is amazing and so are the doctors and nurses. Highly recommend

Dr Mare is the first GP I have ever had to actually listen to me and make me feel like she genuinely cares about my health in a holistic way. She is very knowledgeable and open minded and dedicated to health not just medicine. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I went in on a Sunday last week and the lovely ladies at reception were so helpful! Not to mention I’ve seen a few different doctors and they all have treated me with so much genuine care, I’ve found my new doctors. ☺️

I was holidaying in surfers last week. I suddenly had pain and felt off, I went to the doctor here, explaining I was on holidays and what was going on. They immediately allowed me to see the doctor not only once but twice in two days! The care and compassion was amazing from the receptionists and the doctors. I am forever grateful for supporting me while I was so far from home.

I have always had a really positive experience here. I’ve found the receptionists to always be helpful and accomodating. I even had to reschedule an appointment last minute and was able to rebook with ease and without any issue. Like anywhere, wait times are expected, and I’ve never had an issue with patiently waiting. Had never been over an hour. I’ve seen a couple of different doctors there now too, and they have always made me feel comfortable and received the care I needed. Keep up the good work!

Upon attending the doctors I was greeted by two very lovely ladies at the desk Pauline and Shirley, they were very friendly and kind to me. Whilst sitting waiting for my apt I must say these two ladies were abused and yelled at by pts for what I must say not there fault. The two ladies handled it very well and not once did they raise there voices back to the patients. I would off.Credit to them. I would highly recommend this doctors surgery.

Doctors at pacific fair have been my regular doctors for a while. I can’t speak highly enough of the doctors and nurses and Pauline at reception who is always so friendly and willing to assist. I came in this afternoon for an iron infusion and was so impressed with my Doctor and nurse who made sure that I was okay and kept me entertained. Highly recommend any of the doctors/ nurses at Doctors at pacific fair
