Used to be a good practice and never had a problem but under new management was forced to leave because I couldn't wear a mask, despite having an exemption from a doctor, and refused to pay for a mask that would make me pass out. Oh and to top it all off the staff weren't wearing masks either, claiming the were safe behind a 1ft plastic shield with holes/gaps all through it. tl/dr: if you have breathing issues and can't mask up, go somewhere else more asthma friendly!

I am a regular of this practice and week after week i have sat in the reception waiting room and observed patients and their demands to the staff. Honestly blows my mind how inconsiderate and entitled people are these days. total disregard for any staff here on a regular basis patients are rude demanding and expect far too much! we must remember staff are humans also and doing their best in very trying times of late. The reception team, Nurses and Doctor's at this practice far out weigh many i have been too they are all helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I honestly believe many issues rise from patients not getting their own way or having to wait to see Doctors, unfortunately we do have to be patient and wait at times most likely due to another sick patient taking a little longer than expected and i know if i was ill i would appreciate the Doctor taking extra time when i needed it. Please remember we are all human and i think the reception team are doing an amazing job! keep up the great work

Up until today I thought this was the best practice around, I am an existing patient here and have been here multiple times over the last 2 years. Today I had an appointment and was told there was a fee... However on your website it's states it's a "once off fee of $40 for new patients" ..why was I just told there was a fee for me and existing patient. You did nothing... when I rang to book... no mention. Also have been there 3 time this year alone... so. Stop bluffing.

Amazing medical practice that I would highly recommend. Extremely kind reception staff and very helpful doctors/nurses. Easy to get an appointment. Very welcoming and caring atmosphere. 5 stars!

Normally our family visits the centre and we have a lovely experience. Doctors and other staff members including reception and Nurses are friendly, accomodating and helpful. However, this morning had a Telehealth with Dr Wheeler. The experience was not like all others I have had. I have a sick child who I did not want to drag into the car take into the clinic etc as she has been vomiting. I chose to do a Telehealth to obtain some advice and get a medical certificate as she is off from daycare and I am off from work. Of course if my daughter continued to not be well after a day I would bring her in to be examined. However didn’t think it was needed and have had many other telehealths for the same reason and the Doctors have been kind and helpful. Dr Wheeler told me that he couldn’t provide any advise as he hasn’t examined the child and also seemed to be very judge mental in his tone when asking for a medical certificate. I am just following guidelines set out by day care providers and employers. Additionally even though my child would have been bulk billed going into the clinic I was completely fine paying the fee for her to do a Telehealth so that I didn’t have to take her in while vomiting. Although now I feel like I have been paid to be chastised by Dr wheeler. I will still attend the clinic in future because of everyone else there. However will not be seeing Dr wheeler again. I can understand why he always has so many appointments available.

OMG I had the best appointment with Zahra today 🥰 I had a RF Micro Needling done 😃 it was great no pain at all, no swelling it was a really good treatment 💜 and it’s been 5hrs and still no pain my face feels great I am having a course of 3, my next one is in about 8 weeks 🤩 I can’t wait 🥰

Zahara is so full of knowledge and made my experience such a beautiful time would recommend to friends and family! She is very honest and will tell you exactly what is needed. Will not be going anywhere else moving forward but her best in the business xx

Dr Laboni is always caring and genuine in her approach. I highly recommend her as a GP and for cosmetic medicine

Michigan Drive Medical Practise and Dr Kevin Naicker, who is my physician, are an absolute asset to the Oxenford and Gold Coast community. I’ve only had pleasant interactions with the staff at the front who are kind, friendly and professional - and then there is Dr Naicker who treats his patients with dignity and respect. He has always got to the bottom of any ailment I’ve been dealing with and his selection of specialists that he refers you to, when needed, are just as competent in their field as he himself is as a doctor. No care from these doctors. In my opinion it's all about the money these days. Paying for a consultation is understandable - But to pay again to get the results the next day, which is just a two minute phone call, is beyond me.

Went to Dr. Behnaz’s consult in cosmetics. She was very patient and detailed with my skins and gave me professional opinion . Had a wonderful injectable cosmetic treatment. Highly recommend for anyone’s first time treatments. Outcome and result was better than I expected and natural.

It was my first time visiting Michigan Drive Medical Centre and there are AMAZING Doctors and very professional STUFF. they care about you and the reason you are there. I met the practice manager and she was so kind to me and helped me a lot regarding my inquiry to be there as a Clinical Dermal therapist.

I would highly recommend Michigan drive medical practice specially Dr Laboni. I was struggling with a specific medical condition and went to so many GPs on the coast but no one came with a diagnosis, she was the only one who listened to my concerns on first appointment, did her research on my condition and on the second appointment she was ready with a definite diagnosis and treatment. I am thankful to her for what she has done for me I am in big relief now.

Thumbs up for Dr. Behnaz. My family and I have been seeing her since we moved to the area. She is a well-trained doctor and has provided excellent care whenever she visited us at the medical centre.

We have seen Dr Matt Bo a couple times, mainly for my kids, and he has really impressed me with his thoroughness, empathy and knowledge. He is new to the practise and I highly reconmend him! Definitely my new doctor for family health 🙂

Always look forward to coming to Michigan drive medical center not to mention the admin are always thorough and respectful. Practice manager is always around to make sure everything's ok is very empathetic in her approach to people fee good in there. whilst still maintaining professionalism and never missing a detail or point I have made. My Doctor always gives me the chance to speak on whatever it is that's bothering me before presenting many viable solutions. I always feel refreshed after my appointment., I feel valued and not rushed. Overall I feel respected and heard. Very grateful for her

Excellent service from this practice. The admin staff and nurses are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to book an appointment with Dr. Behnaz, whom I have found to be very understanding and caring. You won't be disappointed.

My family personally see Dr Behnaz there. She is the most caring doctor and we all appreciate what she has done for us over the years. The whole surgery runs smoothly, hardly ever wait for more than 10 minutes. Would not go anywhere else.

Staff at reception desk are always friendly and helpful, I can nearly always get an appointment when I need it, nursing staff are the same, very professional, competent, and friendly, and my doctor is wonderful. I see Dr. Afsana who is friendly, very thorough and knowledgeable. I have been coming to this practice for many years and am still very satisfied with the treatment I get here. Excellent.

My appointment with Zahara at Aesthetic Med was wonderful. Not only did she treat my skin but she taught me about caring for my skin as well. She is very knowledgeable and extremely personable, honest and friendly. She does not want to sell you products and her costs are extremely reasonable. I felt like I was having a catch up with a friend rather than a treatment. I can't wait till my next appointment!

My Dr is Dr Laboni, a lovely person & a most caring wonderful Doctor. Dr Laboni offers you her full & complete attention while you are one on one with her in her room Is very knowledgeable on a wide range of medical subjects, but does not hesitate to have an issue investigated by a specialist if warranted. Yes she does run late with appointments at times but that is because she is such a caring & thorough Doctor. Always found the reception staff very pleasant. And Tammy & Charlie in the nurses station special, caring & friendly girls

Receptionist Jess was very lovely both times i visited. She had a professional and caring manner towards myself and other patients. Charleigh the nurse was also really kind and helpful 🤩
