During my recent solo trip to Gold Coast, I had an absolute blast. Despite travelling alone, there was so much to see and do, and I never felt lonely. The beach was particularly beautiful, with its crystal clear waters and pristine white sand. It was a bit crowded, but that didn't stop me from enjoying myself and soaking up the sun. However, during my time in the water, I was stung by a jellyfish for the first time in my life. The stings were all over my back and arms, and it was a painful experience. I had to seek medical attention, but thankfully it wasn't serious. While it was an unfortunate incident, I don't hold it against Gold Coast or the beach itself. After all, jellyfish stings are a rare occurrence, and the beauty of the beach far outweighed the negative experience. Aside from the jellyfish incident, I had a wonderful time in Gold Coast. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes to choose from, and I enjoyed trying out new places. The locals were friendly and welcoming, and I felt safe walking around the area at night. Overall, I would highly recommend Gold Coast to anyone looking for a fun, vibrant, and beautiful vacation destination.

Crowded beach in the heartland of Surfers Paradise area of Gold Coast. Everything going on around here is a vibe altogether. The restaurants, flea market and the people roaming around the promenade is a sight to behold. Beach volleyball is the most practiced sport here on the beach along with Surfing. A place you can't miss if you are in Gold Coast.

The sand is soft as flour and the water is just cool enough to be refreshing. This section of beach is still free of sky scrapers that cast shadow over the beach and lifeguards are on duty during day time.

Food place to hangout with lots of different shops with many different things on sale. Competitive prices and lots of verity. Also lots of good places to eat and drink ranging in prices. Can get a coffee or tea or something to eat in a formal or casual setting.

A little overrated, with tourists and rowdy kids. But still beautiful nonetheless of you look past that. Having had a few days of being here, weโ€™ve seen quite a few faces of the beach, from quiet mornings to the Wednesday evening markets and even a fireworks display from a barge with a full moon in the sky.

Beautiful and very crowded beach, with some great swimming and surfing spots along the lengthy stretch of coastline. There's a patrolled section for swimming in-between the flags and the beach is located very close to the main shops and restaurants. No dogs allowed on the beach unfortunately and it can get very crowded, especially on weekends. A few sculptures and surfboard displays around too.

What is there not to like about Surfers Paradise Beach? It's an iconic part of what Surfers is renowned for, endless white sand & blue crystal clear water with turbulent surf. Great place for people watching, lazing around, walking , partying, playing, or just chilling out. Oh & the sunsets are spectacular too!

Amazing beach this. Itโ€™s a big long huge beach with lovely white golden sand and the water is a perfect temperature. Some people swim, some surf, some bring their kids for a play, some take photos of the gorgeous city-meets-ocean skyline, and some just sit and relax and enjoy the beach. Iโ€™m from NSW and would have to say this beach is better than any beach Iโ€™ve been to in NSW. Whether itโ€™s the warmer water, or nicer sand, or availability of parking, or the skyline, or cleaner than average bathrooms, this beach has it all.

The Gold Coast is a wonderful destination for a holiday, although swimming may be limited due to safety concerns. However, surfing is a popular and safe option with vigilant lifeguards on duty. One of the highlights is watching the breathtaking sunrise.

Very beautiful beach, quiet busy area, eating and shopping around, highly recommended. Surfers Paradise Beach is one of the most popular destinations on the Gold Coast of Australia, and for good reason. This stunning beach stretches for 3 kilometers and offers a range of activities, from swimming and sunbathing to surfing and parasailing. The beach is surrounded by skyscrapers, giving it a unique and urban feel that sets it apart from other beaches. The beach is well-maintained and has plenty of amenities, including public restrooms, showers, and picnic areas. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area, making it a great place to spend the whole day. One of the best things about Surfers Paradise Beach is the surf. The waves here are great for beginners and experienced surfers alike, and there are plenty of surf schools and rental shops in the area. For those who prefer to stay on land, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy, such as beach volleyball, frisbee, or just lounging in the sun. Overall, Surfers Paradise Beach is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to the Gold Coast. It offers a unique mix of urban and natural beauty, with plenty of activities and amenities to keep visitors entertained all day long. Whether you're looking to surf, swim, or simply soak up the sun, Surfers Paradise Beach is the perfect place to do it.

Surfers Paradise is the most famous beach on the Gold Coast. Located in the center of the Gold Coast, it is very and is a popular beach for both tourists and locals. The beach stretches all the way, so why not refresh yourself with a morning walk? The sun is said to be seven times stronger than Japan, so we recommend wearing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.

What an incredible weekend at the inaugural Pacific Airshow in Gold Coast! From Friday to Sunday, Surfers Paradise Beach became an aviation wonderland that left me speechless. The skies were ablaze with heart-pounding aerobatics and mind-boggling aircraft displays. Loop-the-loops, barrel rolls, and gravity-defying stunts had me on the edge of my seat. The skill and precision of the pilots were beyond belief. This airshow wasn't just about aeroplanes; it was a full-blown festival! Live music, mouthwatering food trucks, and an electric atmosphere turned every moment into a party. And the fact that it all unfolded against the backdrop of the beach? Pure magic. One of the absolute highlights was the chance to meet the heroic pilots themselves! Their passion for flying and their eagerness to share their experiences were infectious. And yes, I got autographs from these skybound legends. I was there for three days, but the music on the first day was so loud that it was difficult to enjoy the roar of planes. I hope the organisers try to fix the problem for a better show next year. If you've ever dreamt of combining your love for aviation, breathtaking entertainment, and a beachside paradise, the Pacific Airshow on the Gold Coast is an absolute must. With the added bonus of meeting the pilots in person and snagging their autographs, it's an experience that's out of this world. I'm already counting down to the next one!

Great beach. Closely located to shops, cafes, businesses etc. Amenities nearby. Patrolled by lifesavers that do an awesome job keeping people safe at the beach. Remember to swim between the flags. The beach is clean and tidy and the foreshore area is well looked after by council.

One of the must visit spot on Gold Coast. Even better if you stay on the beach or one of the nearby ones. The seemingly endless beach is perfect for a morning walk. Some interesting shops and restaurants nearby. Can spend hours wondering through the streets. We were fortunate to be able to visit the Surfers Paradise Markets which runs 4-9pm every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The stalls are installed along the beach with a mixture of on spot services, local products and just fun stuffs. Surprisingly large turnout for a midweek evening event during an off peak season.
