    I used to love seeing Dr Silva, he’s thorough and attentive but the implementation of charging patients means I no longer can. It’s hard to get into a bulk billing doctor as many are starting to charge, making the other doctors scarcely available when needed. Being made to sit outside when sick is uncomfortable and being treated outside while the public watch on, with no privacy, is humiliating.

    Terrible experience on 1st Jan. Saw Dr. Rahman to get a burn dressing changed as per another doctor's directions the day before. Walked in, the doctor had openly said he didn't know why I had an appointment as there was no nurse there and was not entirely sure on what he was doing. He further told me that usually this is what the nurses do but since I was there he was going to give a go (not reassuring at all). He began to rip off the dressing causing me a great deal of pain whilst I was bawling my eyes out the whole time. Didn't clean the wound, just lathered cream on and dressed it so bad that as soon as I left it was basically hanging off. Later that day I was suffering unbearable pain, took off the dressing and went to hospital. Turns out the doctor had ripped a lot of skin off the burned skin causing severe pain and an even worse problem than what there was to begin with. I was told by the doctors and nurses at the hospital that the GP should not have ripped off the tape the way he did. This was by far the worst experience I have had due to the careless nature and misconduct by this doctor. The fact that the doctor caused more damage where I had to present to emergency is absolutely disgusting.

    I wasn't comfortable at all with the way my kids were vaccinated at this medical centre. The receptionist was on the phone and very uninterested in us when we walked in. I tried using the self serve check-in but as we hadn't been there before, it directed us back to reception. When she got off the phone she asked our names. She did not ask for our Medicare card. A few minutes later a doctor came out and said "Anyone here for the kids' vaccine?" and took us all into a room together where there were a line of chairs. The kids all sat in a line behind one another. He asked us as a group if we had all checked in and signed the consent form and then proceeded to vaccinate each child one after the other. I had my 12 year old daughter there who needed the adult vaccination, so once all the kids were done I told him about her, and he got her to sit down and gave her the needle after another adult woman had walked in and sat down for her adult needle. It did not feel very organised and felt as though it would be very easy to make a mistake. I had previously had my vaccination at my usual medical centre where my ID and medicare card were all checked and I was taken into a room on my own with a nurse. I felt as though I could quite easily have not checked my kids in, not signed the consent form and could have taken any children in that weren't my own and the doctor would never have known. The doctor may not feel the vaccination is a big deal, but for me, it's quite a serious occasion and I'd like the person giving my kids a needle to a least know their name and age. The doctor was pleasant enough and tried to make the occasion fun by playing music and having lollipops for the kids to collect afterwards but for me and my kids this method of group vaccination did not feel comfortable. I recently had my booster at the vaccination centre at Coomera and they were so careful at checking my ID and medicare card etc, I will be taking my kids there for their 2nd shots to get their shot one-on-one with a nurse.

    Definitely the best doctors practice I’ve ever been to, friendly staff and very helpful. When you make an appointment time you are pretty much straight in to see your doctor, not like other practices I’ve been to over the years and your waiting for hours after your appointment time. 10 out of 10 well done and highly recommended.

    I went here and saw Doctor Ashraf. I asked him about mental health and he said that is a long conversation to have maybe book an appointment in a week or two I understand that you cant spend a lot of time with patients always BUT i feel like that could kill someone..... literally If he didn't have time he could have told me to make an appointment with another doctor there. Instead he walked out straight after me and called another name. Just out of curiosity when i left i looked online and saw PLENTY of appointments with other doctors at that clinic that same day. I feel like this is an extremely poor response for someone reaching out for mental health help.

    Double check rebates etc before you book. They say different things with app vs phone. Advised would receive rebate when booking, had appointment, no rebate. $82 wasted for a 7m telehealth conversation and the appointment wasn't helpful anyways. Just sucks.

    The practice is fine, I have always been looked after by the doctors and the receptionist are always polite… my issue is when phoning the centre. 9 times out of ten, I get put on hold. Which is fine, I understand it gets busy. But I always, always get put on hold, for 15 minutes or so before I have to hang up and call again because they forget or just don’t care, I’m not sure. after calling again they answer right away. It’s become a sort of a routine now. I only decided to finally say something after being told I was getting put on hold again like usual, and then being hung up on. It’s just happened so many times I need to say something. I don’t like complaining but hopefully by saying something it will help the issue be resolved or at least try to be a bit more efficient. People are usually distressed or upset when call medical centres and there’s nothing more frustrating than simply trying to book an appointment or to talk to an actual person who can help and it being unnecessarily difficult. I honestly hate having to call up, and I will try doing everything online before having to deal with phoning the centre.

    Had a wonderful experience. The receptionists were so welcoming and kind, and the doctor himself was just so lovely and intelligent. He took his time to listen to my concerns and educate me on the issues I was worried about so that I also had a good understanding of my health.

    My partner and I have been seeing Dr Silva for years and he has been absolutely superb! We have been telling people in our area for a long time to go and see him. My partner is diabetic and she is also pregnant so we go and see him quite often. Today we found out the centre is implementing a $40 charge per consult which is not advertised on any social media or their website. Despite how wonderful Dr Silva is we won't be able to attend the centre anymore due to this high fee with how often we attend. This place can't be honestly noted or advertised as a bulk billed centre anymore as it is not entirely true. I hope the administrators have seriously reflect on this decision as they will have a lot of people like us go somewhere else.

    I went to this practice for the first time to have my second booster for Covid. I was seen on my appointed time, the receptionist was very efficient taking my details and asked me to take a seat. No sooner sat down and the Doctor called me through. I had my shot and waited in the waiting room again for 10 minutes and that was it, done, no fuss, no problems.

    The doctors there are very superb and at alert. They follow up on their patients and make sure they get better in no time. I really like the location as it is close to the M1, pharmacy and shops. The entire staff are very welcoming and attend to you on time. There policy during this Covid-19 pandemic is exceptional. They are the best.

    Love the GPs in there but I have a bad experience with front desk this morning. I was really unwell and asked if there would be any chance to meet GP soon on the day. I know their answers would be no but still wanted to give myself a try. And yes, it was a big No. I accepted the fact. But, can the front desk staff be more patience with patient with sickness? I am desperately looking for medical care during weekend. A warm referral is that hard for you?

    Dr Ashraf is probably one of the best bulk billing doctors I have seen around the northern Gold Coast. Takes his time. I never feel rushed when seeing him, he is great with children. Reception staff have always been relatively helpful & pleasant to deal with.

    The clinic followed up on our concerns and resolved things for us. Visited on 23/10/23 for a suspected fractured thumb. Saw Dr and had an x-ray taken. Was told I would receive a call to discuss the results by the doctor. I spoke to reception twice after the appointment throughout the day to check that the x-ray had arrived. Was told TWICE by the receptionists that a Doctor will call to discuss results. (I need to see if I can resume work etc) Phoned the clinic the following day 24/10/23 and there are different receptionists that have NO note to confirm that a doctor will call.

    They were good when I was there. Dr Ashraf seemed lovely. It was my first time there. However I am still chasing up the outcome on what I went in there for as I haven't heard anything for nearly a week !!! Reception/nurses were supposed to be getting back to me the next day! This is disappointing which is why I put a 1 rating

    DO NOT waste your money going here for a cannabis consult. Took almost 6 weeks to get paperwork sorted with Dr Tummala and was left having to continuously chase them up. Will try and make you pay for follow up appointments 4 weeks apart which are not required. The rest of the practice has been great but avoid going here for cannabis consultations and seeing Dr Tummala.

    Efficient, friendly and helpful receptionist prior to my meeting with Dr Silva. He handled my case to my satisfaction and directed me to the Radiology dept where my next move was to be. Thoroughly recommended.

    Excellent service. Great medical advice given. I walked in to the clinic today and I did not have an appointment. I was feeling quite unwell and I was able to be seen very promptly, without a wait. Dr Aye was very helpful and thorough and clearly explained the treatment plan. I appreciate the care given. Thank you. I would recommend this medical clinic.

    Very happy with Dr Jameel. He was very thorough with my 8 year old, gentle, understanding and really took his time to engage with her and myself! I didn't feel like just another number or rushed. Being Sunday, Denise was on reception by herself & did a fantastic job managing the front! Only dislike was the 30 minute wait but we had no where else to be so didn't mind too much. Definitely will be returning, we are very happy with Jameel.

    I wanted a Covid Booster & MHC was one of the few pharmacies/med centres providing the free service in Pimpama. I tried Chemist W/house but their booking system let them down badly in my opinion. MHC had online booking and plenty of almost immediate appointments. Their staff were friendly & efficient too. I would recommend their services.

    The receptionist on duty at Pimpama on the 29/10 (Sunday) was incredibly rude and has horrific phone manners. I was attempting to make an app with Dr Dinesh who is always so lovely, but the lady who answered the phone really ruined the experience. I have had nothing but negative reviews for your reception team which needs immediate training in their people skills. The last good one was Angela. Reception reflect the company and I can see all the 1 star reviews about it.

    Title: Disappointing Experience with Dr. Denish Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Dr. Denish, which left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I had sought his professional assistance, but instead, I found myself involved in a tense confrontation that left both me and my children feeling unwelcome. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Denish's office, the atmosphere felt off-putting. During our discussion, it became apparent that Dr. Denish failed to grasp the context of my situation. Rather than addressing my concerns and offering assistance, he seemed disinterested and dismissive. I felt as if he was simply going through the motions, waiting for us to leave. Disturbingly, this dismissive attitude extended to my children as well. Instead of fostering a safe and supportive environment, Dr. Denish treated them as an inconvenience. It was disheartening to witness my kids feeling ignored and invalidated during what should have been a compassionate and understanding encounter. What disappointed me the most was the lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Denish. A competent healthcare professional should be empathetic, attentive, and willing to listen to their patients. Unfortunately, Dr. Denish failed to meet these basic expectations. I urge anyone seeking assistance or healthcare services to carefully consider alternatives before visiting Dr. Denish. My experience left a lasting negative impression, and I believe there are undoubtedly better options available, where patients are valued, respected, and treated with care. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Denish based on my personal encounter, as his unprofessional behaviour and dismissive attitude were deeply disheartening.

    Empathetic receptionist during visit. Asked if I was comfortable while on crutches and made suggestion of a more comfortable place to sit and rest my aching, swollen knee. Dr Ashraf was ace and a great listener. Dealt with my medical issue with a forecast to possible further treatment by way of MRI scan & blood test. Hence I am moving my medical records to this surgery. Treated like a boss. 🔥🤙🏾

    Dr Jacky Wong is the most exceptional doctor I have seen in my 34 years. Thorough, compassionate, attentive, fantastic with children and adults alike. He takes his time with each patient and legitimately cares. Massive asset to the practice.

    Have been to my health city hope Island before and was happy with the Doctors there, but received disappointing treatment here. I brought my newborn baby in for check up. Dr. did not introduce herself, Check up was done quickly without the help of a nurse, hight measurements were not done correctly

    My first time here and cannot fault them. The doctor I saw went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. He then rang the next day (a Saturday) with test results for me and further information. The receptionist was cheery and efficient and made me feel welcome. Would thoroughly recommend on my experience so far.

    We’ve moved to the area recently and have seen a couple of GPs nearby. Doctor Wong is without a doubt the most professional, knowledgable GP I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. Very honest and did not set unreasonable expectations. Very impressed.

    Very friendly and caring health care centre. Walked in for a check with no appointment. Friendly lady at the reception helped me to get an appointment and advised it is not a walk in place but they still helped me.     Dr Wong is an absolute legend of a Dr. I was on the hunt for a new Dr that didn't just push you out the door. I read all the reviews of him and thought I would give him a go.     I was really happy to find this clinic when we moved into the Pimpama area. My partner and I both go there and we love the care we have been receiving from Dr. Wong, but today we have found out that it will now cost us $40 each per visit, which unfortunately we just can't afford. We will have to look for a new clinic and Doctor. This will stop people who need ongoing health care from not going to the doctors as they need to or have to search around for a bulk biller. Very frustrating.

    Came here looking for a new doctor at 24 weeks pregnant as I felt my previous GP wasn’t very attentive. Dr Greeshma has been amazing, and there were many things my old GP had missed, that Dr Greeshma has picked up on. She is very attentive and takes the time to listen and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable doctor.

    Receptionist can be a joke. Turns you off the practice completely! 3 people sitting in the office without mask, a family off 3 and yet I was singled out for not wearing one when mandates across qld have been cancelled. I asked if she had a spare disposable one as other practices hand them out and I was told to go to the chemist. Rude.

    The lady at reception clearly doesn’t enjoy her job. Very rude and makes out as if you’re wasting her time just by making a booking. Hesitant to even go to the Pimpama branch. Definitely recommend getting a new receptionist to greet your patients as this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this.
