I actually don't care for caribou's coffee quality, but I wanted to give a review because the staff member who assisted me today was very personable. I wish I had caught her name. Anyway, sometimes genuinely good service can make a person's day! Keep up the great work.

I hate I don't know her name but she was there this morning at 630 when I went to get my coffee. She is always on point and communicates with me by name, I JUST LOVE IT. I ordered online today and normally I get water with my order but I couldn't add that but when I got there I lit up with smiles, she had the water and even though it seems little it was the principle she knows her customers. That truly made my day. Every time I come in there she is smiling, friendly and it shows she pays attention to her regulars. From day one she remembered what I wanted. GIRL YOU ARE THE BOMB AND KEEP BEING GREAT. SIGNED CHINA

Got cut off when leaving with a full load of coffee and it spilt all over my car, effectively starting my day off horribly. Cue the amazing humans at this location, I ask to reorder the items and am willing to pay for it, but they wouldn't have it and upgraded my sizes as well, ON THE HOUSE. A day that otherwise would have been horrible, was saved by the kindness of these amazing people and I will go out of my way to go to this location purely for the humanity. Give these people a raise.

I came in and ordered a hot caramel high rise and upon picking the cup up and tasting it, I realized the milk had hardly been steamed. It was barely luke warm. That’s not a big deal, it’s a simple mistake and an easy fix. What is a big deal is that when I mentioned it, I was treated with dismissive behavior. Girl, you know this isn’t hot as you’re grabbing the cup back…why give funk? This is a $7 cup of coffee, I should expect it hot. Wouldn’t anyone…including you? No apology, no accountability. Poorly handled. Great tasting coffee though when made correctly the second time.

DO NOT DO PICK UP ORDER Every time i order here the drink is nasty and is not what i ask for unless im there physically tasting it. I order the same thing every-time (mocha extra chocolate) i even pay for the extras to even try to just have a good drink. This is the only caribou by my house if your wondering why i keep ordering.

I came today to purchase an Americano and I was told that the machine did not work but we can try. Once the machine was unable to process the payments nothing was offered like hot coffee or a free coupon for later, I was directed to go to the atm in the store but I don’t have USBANK if it’s a problem with your equipment customer should be given a small gesture of apology! Not coming here again. No offer of apology or anything what I heard from the other staff in the back was it’s going to be a long day! Yikes. Customer service has completely changed in 2000’s

Go inside Lunds & Byerlys (Caribou Coffee inside). Not only did I get great coffee but found an amazing grocery store, much better than the run of the mill chains and what Whole Foods used to be when they 1st opened. Great shopping experience, fresh everything and excellent coffee. Glad I stopped in!

I usually find everything I'm looking for and if I don't cashiers or others working there offer other ideas. Their adds add to what I'm I buy. They have discounts and sales that are good too. You can save a lot sometimes. Check their weekly adds.
