Dr. Zukosky was an excellent physician, but their administrative side is horrible. They never answered to a request for my records from other Doctors. Never gave me results of the lab work, I had a procedure to remove a catheter stooped midway because they did not see the X-ray that they ordered, now almost a year later I find a collections report for I billed they sent to my previous address in Texas that I never received, claiming that I never updated my address. An error from their front office now will have a permanent record on my credit file. How can I pay a bill that I never received. When I called them they told me it was my fault that I did not get the bill.

Took me nearly a month to get into see my urologist to go over some serious imaging results of my right kidney which is full of stones. I had a 9:15 appointment, but after 45 minutes, my file hadn’t been touched and I couldn’t wait any longer. The receptionist couldn’t have been less concerned, didn’t ask if I wanted to reschedule, and handed my paperwork and test results back with not the slightest indication of being apologetic. I got the feeling I was doing them a favor by leaving. About the poorest experience I’ve ever had with a medical provider!

Worst experience of any place I've dealt with while taking care of my Dad. From administration to medical care - insensitive, incompetent & unprofessional to the point of being dishonest. They submitted a bill to Medicare that they later admitted should not have been sent. They withdrew the bill from my Dad's account, saying he owed nothing. When I asked if they will be withdrawing the same bill from Medicare the woman told me I could followup with Medicare and submit the paperwork and they would "consider it." So I have to do the work to correct their mistake or else they'll continue to get paid from Medicare for services they didn't deliver. Nice! (sarcasm) This place is the worst! (no sarcasm - absolute honest opinion based on our experience.) This place should be shut down.

Absolutely worthless administration and customer service. Took two weeks to receive lab results for a simple culture. Good luck getting lab results in general or any help from the office staff. They use a third party service and don't deal with anything themselves. Three appointments and $180 later and 2 months later, symptoms are getting worse and no treatment. I can't emphasize enough how much a waste of time going to this office is. Ordering random antibiotics online from India and talking a gamble would be a more effective treatment than this useless office. I gave this office a shot because I was referred by my doctor and ignored the 2 star rating here, but after my experience with them I would say a 1 star would be more accurate. Will never step foot in this office again.

By far the worse place I have ever encountered. Most of the staff are very rude and non-professional, including the doctors. Hearing yelling down the hallway in such a small office is rather rude, especially when it's the doctor yelling for someone. The overall function of this facility seems to be total chaos. If you want lab results reported quickly I wouldn't hold your breath you will probably end up waiting about 2 weeks or more. The bedside manner from Dr. Cahn is less than professional, more crass and inappropriate. I don't mind jokes now and again but not when I'm having a visit with the provider while being exposed during an exam. Overall the general vibe received from this office was not one that we felt comfortable with and won't be returning. Do yourself a favor and do your research, find another Urology office.

I am not a new patient. I was tossed around to different credit collections agencies to pay for a delinquent bill, I tried to pay asap so I could proceed to make an emergency appt. Eventually I had to lie to the staff and tell them I was told there was no existing bill when I “talked” to Nicole, so they would do the work themselves like they’re supposed to. Two days later I had the info to finally pay my bill, but when I tried to make an appointment to be seen about my ongoing problem with worsening inistial cystitis, I was asked by the scheduling personnel “What makes you think you have a UTI?” “Have you gone to the urgent care to be tested for a UTI?” I’m quite absolutely sure these are the kind of questions nurse practitioners or doctors should be asking their patients, not scheduling staff. Then the receptionist proceeded to tell me I could come in two weeks later after I told her I’d be out of town at the end of the month, along with her completely ignoring the fact that I stressed this was something I needed to come in for asap. Overall, the doctors here are wonderful and really care about their patients, but their staff will not be able to boast the same qualities. I ended up finding me a new doctor who scheduled me the day of.

These folks are the least technically savvy people I have ever talked to. When I asked for my medical records to be sent to another office, they said that I had to either come in and fill out a form or they would mail a form to my house. No email, no fax. And it would take 3-5 business days to process once it was received. Are you freaking kidding me? In this day and age? I get HIPAA and all that, but if you can close a mortgage from Starbucks, you can figure out how to provide better customer service. Glad I am switching to a new doctor!

After not telling me I would have a balance from the procedure I had, they would not let me keep my follow up appointment--necessary only because a piece of equipment was faulty and didn't record any values, definitely no fault of mine. With my appointment being Monday, and my being able to pay the balance I didn't know about three days later on Thursday, the faceless bot in their finance dept told me I'd have to pay first, even though the appointment should have been free in the first place, due to their aforementioned faulty equipment. I wound up cancelling the follow up and will find another practice. The doctor I saw was really good, just wish he worked for a decent practice.

Really surprised by the negative reviews. My experience with Dr. Facelle and their staff has been great! Most doctors and nursing staff are far too busy seeing patients and scribing visits to talk to every person who calls whether you're already an established pt or not. If there really is a call center now, it's to help deal with this issue. Billing is also a very convoluted issue that most medical professionals understand little if any more than the average person. People need to realize that there is a lot more going on behind the scenes.

I've been there multiple times (vasectomy, prostate exam, follow-up appointments) and I had a really good experience each time. Making an appointment was quick and easy, the front desk staff was very pleasant (even funny), I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time, and Dr Cahn did an excellent job on my surgery. My lone complaint is they only accept Visa/Mastercard (Discover & AmEx are my preferred methods of paying), and you need to bring the exact amount if you pay for something with cash because they don't give change. The payment inconveniences are the only reasons I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise the care is excellent and I definitely recommend them.
