We decided to use Banzy's services instead of someone from the RIU hotel and we can say it was definitely worth it. Best way to communicate with Banzy is through WhatsApp - his English is okay and it's easy to schedule some trips with him. Banzy seems to be well known and respected by the local community. Of all the things he showed us, the following were the best: River Safari, Ada Halena Ella waterfall and Udawalawe National Park. First two places we visited with tuk tuk and the park with a very comfortable van. Everything was as agreed before. Banzy was very helpful with everything - giving a ride to the shop, organizing a better money exchange rate than in hotel, sim card, etc. A tip: for longer trips it's good to agree on all the details before start, so you know, for example, a cost, trip duration or all the stops - especially when traveling with the kid. Just be specific about your expectations and he will do a lot to meet them. But this seems to be the domain of most of Sri Lankas. It's worth it to rely on Banzy's suggestions about the best time of the day to go for the trip. Also Banzy's story about his life was one of the most interesting things we heard in Sri Lanka. Bunzy is a very good man, he is loyal, honest and knows Sri Lanka like no one else. we met him on the first day, he helped us cross the road because we were not familiar with the local driving culture and showed us the way to the store and luckily he went with us because we only had dollars and the store only accepted Sri Lankan Rupees and he lent us money. We spent a lot of time with him on wonderful trips, which he always organized for very good money. He showed us Sri Lanka and many wonderful places. When we were swimming on a jet ski, he took great photos for us. When I got sick, he invited me to the store and made delicious tea, which immediately made me feel better. the next day my wife felt bad, he took us to the pharmacy and chose medicines that also helped immediately. When we were with him, we were never afraid because he was very protective of us and it was obvious that everyone knew him well and respected him. I recommend banzy tours to everyone, we will definitely come back to you

Banzy looked after us fabulously well when we went over for the Australia v Sri Lanka Test Cricket in Galle. He helped us with ticketing, ticket collection, fabulous Sri Lankan food, Tours, Special Visits, Airport drop, you name it. All at very reasonable Prices, and brilliantly managing the Petrol, Electricity and gas shortages while we were there. So long as we gave him 24 hours Notice, he had a Vehicle ready to go for us. Banzy’s English is very good and he is friendly and fun! We will definitely be teeing up Banzy to look after us again next time we go to Sri Lanka.

We just got back from 2 weeks in Sri Lanka and Banzy Tours absolutely made our experience! Banzy Tours was recommended to us by a family member who had visited last year and we weren’t disappointed!
