Great
place
for
the
family.
Spectacular
clear
water
and
wide
open
space
for
the
kids
to
play.
Wild
birds
and
monkey's
are
often
seen
down
there
too.

Very
nice
and
clean
river
to
swim
and
relax
in
if
you
are
tired
of
the
beach.

Love
to
visit
Gonubie.
Donner
from
lighthouse
fish
and
chips
and
a
glorious
view
of
the
sea
at
sunset.
Mmmmmmm

One
of
the
most
beautiful
lagoons
in
the
East
London
area.

Nice
beach.
Public
drinking
can
be
an
issue
over
weekends.

It's
not
only
about
the
river,
but
more
about
the
river
mouth
snd
the
Gonubie
beach.

The
area
around
the
slipway
is
mostly
kept
neat,
the
grass
is
cut
fairly
often.
The
slipway
is
fine.
There
are
braai
areas
but
unfortunately
many
of
the
table
and
chairs
around
them
are
broken.
The
toilet
facilities
are
not
in
good
working
order.

Very
silted
up,
but
a
beautiful
setting
for
swimming,
beach
days
and
walks
through
the
lovely
coastal
forest
that
forms
the
banks
of
the
river.

beautiful

Beautiful,
peaceful
river.
A
bit
tricky
to
find
when
you
come
off
the
highway,
but
worth
it.
