Totally got jipped on the fries. This has been the story the last 3 times that I've visited this location. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I feel robbed!! First they shrink the tenders for cost saving and now this. Just raise the dang price. I want a full order of fries when I order a box!!

I love their chicken fingers & their buttery bread toasts! Even down to their French Fries... yes its a common dish used among many things, but to me it's a delicious go-to alongside their fingers. Love you, Raising Cane's

Always great food! The wife is not a fan but when she is not around I always bring the kids.

Canes never leaves me upset. I always leave happy and full when I have canes chicken fingers. Get your toast BOBed it’s the best way. Always get an extra sauce.

It was my worst experience. The manager blew me off and said it was just the batter. Well you eat it, I don't want anything that looks like a fried rodent

I usually go to the Prairieville location but tonight I decided to try this one and that was a big mistake. The customer service is horrible, food didn’t taste fresh at all and it was bland. How small the tenders were and little fries they gave, you would’ve thought I ordered a kids meal. Drink cup was barely filled and tasted like it was out as well as sitting out. This is by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the franchise as a whole. I love to try new places but now I know to stick to what I know which is the Prairieville location. It was so bad y’all I couldn’t even eat my food, what you see in this photo is what was thrown in the garbage. I thought their food would be really good being that it’s always so busy here but now I have no clue why that is the case.

The foods great but the wait is insane. I skipped chic fil a to come here tonight and I couldn't remember why I haven't been back in so long!!! And it hits me the long waits.... I'm literally like the 8th person in line not that busy at all and it's 15 mins and I'm 4 away from ordering

My chicken was crispy and juicy and the sauce was great as always. I was a bit disappointed by my toast not being hot or even warm. I seemed to be old room temp toast. I got extra toast because I usually love the toast too. The workers were nice though

Tonight I when and order a box combo before arriving back to my house after a long day work and this $10 meal look like …. Very disappointed please me sure you check what you order.

My past two trips I've had missing items and I've had to get out the car, get my baby out the car and go in and get retrieve the items This visit the girl tried to argue with me that the kids meal did not come with a sauce it's already not in the kids meal bag. They just put it in a white container with some fries because they're out of bags and they're out of prizes for the kids now. She tried to tell me that the sauce never comes with the kids meal which it does. I took a picture of the menu to show her ridiculous. They charge you for extra sauces but they never give it to you

I'm sorry I don't care for this place. There is no spicy chicken or even a spicy sauce. The Cane sauce is bland, one note and too heavy. The chicken to me could be fried in a hotter grease to be more crispy, I thought it was a bit limp. I thought maybe it was just California but I tried it in Louisiana, nope they are consistent. My family members love this place so maybe it's just me.

We had lunch here and is good, the place looks clean(so the bathrooms) the food is good and is enough for 1 person. We had the chicken (comes with fries and coleslaw) but i really like the sandwich and fries. The lady at the front is very friendly.

The food is always hot and fresh. The portion sizes are getting smaller and prices are increasing but the quality has remained the same.

I've dined at several Raising Cane's locations, this is the best yet. The food is perfect and fresh and the staff are friendly.
