I love Popeyes because their food is fresh and they make it how I want. And I’d they get order wrong because they are busy they will quickly correct it. I Love the popcorn shrimp the best!

Hot, fast, good. Special requested an all-dark family meal. Employee said they couldn't do it. Manager said they could but there would be a wait. We only had to wait 5 minutes in the drive-thru. Chicken was piping hot and juicy, mashed potatoes were perfect, biscuits so good you could enjoy them without a drink. Everyone else seems to think the staff is ratchet if you read the reviews. Glad we didn't read them first and just trusted our instincts to stop there, because the food was on point and actually done with the shortest wait we've had at a Popeye's in a long time. Would absolutely go back.

Nothing worse than paying for something and not getting it in the drive-through. Does this look like two breast to you? You got me! CAUTION: always check your order before you drive off

The food was good- service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 they seemed very perturbed that we came in to pick up our dinner… been like that the last couple times we went… Not sure it’s worth going back to 😔

I placed a mobile order so I wouldn't have to wait. Well... that didn't work, I got there went through the drive thru and still had to wait 20+min for my food. What made it worse is the lady that brought my food got to my window and said "next time order your food in the store!"

Rude staff. Very ghetto. Completely unprofessional.Waited 40 minutes for our food at the drive thru. Got our food it was cold. When I walked inside to see where my food was after waiting 25 minutes. The cashier rolled her eyes at me and walked away before I could finish speaking. I almost left even though I had already paid. Not the first time Ive had this experience at this location.Only stopped at this location in Gonzales because I didn't want to drive to another spot a little further away. Never again!!!!!!!!

They don’t have food prepared even though it’s on the menu ! they give the food to you any kind of way they just trash .

If you don't have what I want, I would appreciate if you would just tell me so I can go somewhere else. When I go to Popeye's, it's because I want spicy chicken. I don't appreciate finding out it's mild after I paid for it. And don't lie to my face and say the grease was just changed. I love Popeye's chicken, but I don't like being lied to and not getting what I ordered.
