Zaxby’s was my work home for over 6 years. It’s rare that I eat there because of that. But I was craving it so I decided to try it out. THIS was a total waste of money. $17 for this. Almost $20 for browning lettuce, 4 pieces of tomatoes, a MINI funnel cake, dry looking chicken breast. What happened?!?! This is not the Zaxby’s I remember. Not to mention their menu has decreased tremendously and they took off all the great things! I’m not sure if it’s because this location is in competition with Cane’s but this was a huge disappointment. I could’ve went to a full service restaurant and spent the same amount for a much better experience. At least the peach tea was good. I must’ve left this restaurant brand right on time. 💔😢

I'm not sure why they wouldn't fry fresh fries for loaded fries. I have tried them twice and I received clumped/solid dishes each time. The food was great when they 1st opened but now it's a gamble. I'm so tired of wasting money here. Usually if you wait a few weeks diffrent crew/turnover it may get better but this hasn't been the case. Final straw $15 for a box of nuggets, really.

Stopped here on the way home from a basketball tournament, was staffed by 3 people on a Sunday evening and they simply couldn’t keep up, took forever for “fast food”, otherwise food was good and location was well take care of

Not impressed. Fries were cold and soggy. Chicken strips were ok but they were the size of a chicken nugget. Waste of money. Never again.

I have been here a couple of times now and so far I have one of two outcomes: 1) I go in person inside the store for lunch and everything goes smoothly, I get my food quickly, everyone is nice. 2) I go through the drive thru at night and end up having to go somewhere else. I have yet to actually successfully purchase food here at night. The most recent night trip (which promoted this review), I had to wait for 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the drive thru. When I can finally order, it takes multiple tries to have the person understand my order. Once it's finally placed they give me the price, I hear someone else in the speaker, and the cashier goes "Ummm actually that's going to be twenty minutes". No one else in line, no cars when I got there. I'm probably never going to go at night and neither should you.

They use to be so good but, not any more. I ordered 10 original piece and asked for 2 souces and they told me they would have to charge me for 2=5 piece . What a rip off. So not to be charged extra i had to get the souce on the side. When i get my order, the chicken was ambient temperture. Not hot at all.

Went to the drive thru and the lil kids were soo rude and unprofessional. I sat in the parking lot to enjoy my meal. Didn't bother anyone. They made up a lie to call the cops and said two females wanted to fight them and the were with me. Oh did I mention I was at work 😅. cops ask me to leave for no reason. I was a paying customer. Never eating at this place again. A bunch of lying lil brats

this is an “anonymous” review but i worked for zaxbys on hwy 30 a little over 3 months ago not and it was a decent job personally if the people working it would pick up the pace and not be lazy!!! the food quality and service would be better, the company isn’t bad it’s the people working the location, i got fired for reasons that i shall not say , but very disrespectful behavior from general manager, now they are constantly hiring and can’t keep people due to how they run it. i could have been what zabxys needed but some people don’t realize that we’re human not “slaves” and we make mistakes and it’s our job to learn from them to improve.

Had a taste for zaxby's and stopped at this particular location. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. The fries we received were old mixed with new and the chicken tenders were well past thier hold time. They were dry and cold. Stop and eat with this chain all the time, never had a bad word to say untill today. And based on the wait, I definitely didn't expect to receive what I got. Still a fan of the chain but this location is not one I'd visit again. The manager did reach out and offer to remake the order; however, we were 30 minutes away from the location by that time.

The wings aren't what I was expecting. They were soggy and not spicy, but I loved how nice the folks were and enjoyed dining in. Their booths are very comfy.
