I KNOW this is "just" a Waffle House BUT we are foodies and LOVE freshly cooked breakfast made to order. WH omelettes are made in the fluffy French style and they're delicious. Great country ham, best iced tea in the south and the kindest staff anywhere. Our go-to WH is in Goodlettsville, TN. The food is prepared right in front of you and all the dishes are washed behind the counter. Nothing deceptive from the back of the house. We were in NYC last week at a super posh, EXPENSIVE hotel on Madison Ave. $49 (YES, $49) for two eggs, cold toast, bad bacon and coffee. I'll take Waffle House any day. BTW, the fancy hotel was GORGEOUS.

I LOVE THIS WAFFLE HOUSE. I went for dinner and breakfast in the same weekend. The food and tea were scrumptious both times, but the kindred souls behind the counter made me feel so cared for. They were incredibly lovely. Please eat here if you have the chance.

Always love going to Waffle House when we road trip south and this one did not disappoint. our server, Chelsea was fantastic and the food was just what we needed after 8 hours behind the windshield. Thanks for being there for us!

First thing there was a cook texting with his bare hands and handling food at the same time 👎🏻 unfortunately didn't get a picture of that Then they charged me 15$ for a double chocolate chip waffle and a bowl of grits .That was my first time at that particular waffle house and decided to just order a waffle and a bowl of grits to minimize contact of their hands with my food . I ordered a double chocolate chip waffle well done and got whole waffle covered in chocolate that wasn't even close to well done bad experience hope they'll fire the brown guy that texted while handling people food ..disgusting

Normally busy on weekend's mornings and many times we leave -sad and hungry- due lack of parking. Today it was perfect. We were greeted at the door by young male employee who courteously welcomed us and show us the tables available. Table was neatly clean (something very rare at other WH locations). Our waitress and cashier were also courteous. Excellent customer service and the breakfast was phenomenal. Looking forward to more perfect Waffle House mornings like today's. 😘🧇🍳🥓💕

I have to give props to the waiter and the cooks...best service ever! They made our visit lit! The food was 🔥 all the way from LA...worth and the cook had his special seasoning da bomb!

Had the best Waffle House experience. The whole staff works so well as a team all while being very friendly, funny, and entertaining. Dakota has the best jokes. Come to Ohio to train the staff!

First my review is not of all the staff. The cook is an amazing employee. He sings, greats the customers and you can honestly tell he loves his job. This guy honestly deserves a raise. Now to the bad... I walked in this morning during their shift change. I understand wait times will be a little longer... However what I experienced was beyond unacceptable. I walk in and the cook like always greeted me and welcomed me back. I sat at the normal spot I at the counter. Then sat and sat. No one else greeted me or acknowledge me. Then a group of three, about 7 mins after I been sitting, sat at the counter next to me. And within a minute they were greeted by a waitress then offered drinks... I was upset so I as I got up I just said I will take my business else where.. Then the other waitresses had the audacity to say well we are going through shift change. I advised as walking out a simple hello or drink would of been fine... Then left... Now I was completely ignored. This is not the first time, I had a bad experience here. The last time i was here i asked for ham in my hashbrowns to be told we are currently out. Then no sooner than i get my plate another customer ordered ham to the same waitress and low and behold it was available less than an 5 mins after I ordered it... I tried to overlook it, but figured give it another shot. But sadly this was the outcome today on this... I doubt there will be a third time, and said thing is, this was a place i would either take my crew of 20 and buy breakfast or get carry out... Guess I'll have to take them elsewhere to reward them for their hard work.....

Haven't been to a Waffle House in a year. So glad I stopped here. I had two pork chops and three eggs over easy with hash browns chili and cheese. My waitress was an absolute hoot. By far one of the cleaner Waffle Houses I've been to and the service was like the food, excellent.

It was delicious! The coffee and the bacon, egg, cheese sandwich I had was great. It's not often I like brewed coffee from most places, but it was actually pretty good! We were greeted as soon as i walked in, and the food was ready within 15 minutes.

I go to waffle house alot. The workers there are great. Cara and alex are awesome waitresses . the cooks could use a lil more training but the girls there are great they work hard pay attention to their customers n if u visit enough they really take time to get to know u.

we enjoyed our breakfast. we both had grits with eggs & toast. what a fun place to dine! great music, enthusiastic customer service, good food. it's been awhile since we've been to a waffle house & the menu has expanded. Shenese (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) is a treasure. all I did was turn my head & she was right there to be sure we had everything we needed. we'll be back 😋

Tell the chef to stop cooking like they cooking for themselves. If the need pictures to know what Waffle House food should look like give them pictures. I opened these and thought it was a warm dead bird. This was nowhere near appetizing. I should not have to dismantle this to figure out what this. So if it look nasty trust. It's not getting ate. Waste of money. This order was dead on arrival.

It’s 1:43 am and I just left, everything was great! Food was good, fast service, Zachery was great and got our slightly complicated order exactly right the first try. Definitely will be going back to this one

Walked in there and sat at the counter top for a couple mins. Chef (glasses and beard) was throwing pans around and mumbling swear words under his breathe. He glanced back at us and said out loud “Oh great more people”. We walked right out. Super disappointed and made us feel uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place at all.
