First time staying here and so far a very good experience. The rooms are very nice, roomy & clean. The location is good and near several restaurants and attractions. The breakfast this morning was good & had a variety for everyone to enjoy. The staff are very nice and so far a very good experience. I would definitely recommend. The only thing is I arrived early around 1pm on Thursday and couldn't check in until 3 pm. So had a few hours to waste.

The room was dirty and had body glitter on the couch and chair. The back entry smelled like marijuana and the hall near the elevator. There were a couple people running down the hall yelling. It was unsafe, the area is not good and the one staff member was very uncooperative. Stay somewhere else!

No pool , no hot tub. Wheels on the cart are flat. The shower area around knob is all cracked. The wall in the shower is bowed out . Looks like the wall is about to pop out at you. The refrigerator kept freezing our drinks. The hallway floor was clean . I didn't like all the smokers hanging out at the front door. There is a nice seating area outside, only if you don't mind sitting in a cloud of smoke. Breakfast was awesome. Sausage, eggs, pancakes, and breads. No yogurt . The breakfast lady was prompt about keeping food filled and area cleaned. I'm not sure about staff , but I did not see counter staff most of the time.

We had a handicapped room on the second floor, but it was near the elevator and easy to get to. The shower/tub only had one grab bar near the back of the tub, instead of also having one at the front near the faucet too. The upholstered chair in the room was very firm. The refrigerator was small but efficient. The breakfast buffet was excellent, very hot and well stocked. Plenty of seating & the food was allowed to be taken back to the room if needed.

The room was decent and clean. The breakfast service was great. However, the pool room and water was FRIGID! We're from Minnesota and our hotel pools are kept nice and warm. I don't know what's "normal" in Tennessee but I don't consider that "comfort" at all! If it wasn't in working order I'd suggest informing your patrons (especially those with kids) upon checking-in. It's not fun to get a family of 5 into their swimsuits only to turn around.

My recent stay was excellent. The rooms were immaculate and the cleanliness of the building and parking lot put the other hotels in the immediate area to shame. The best part of my experience was the lady at the front desk who was very knowledgeable and professional and really went above and beyond to make sure me and my co workers felt at home during our stay. Brandy Harper is a really great customer service provider and made the check in process very pleasent she was the highlight of our stay. We will be back and look forward to continuing to stay with this hotel. Keep up the good work and your lucky to have Brandy at your establishment.

If I can describe it in only one word, magnificent is the only one I can think of. The rooms are huge! In the bedroom you have a large TV. The bedroom has a private door. The hall area has two closets with sliding doors. The bathroom is humongous and mine has handicap and you can practically drive a small car into it! There's a small refrigerator and microwave and coffee machine. I saw a blow-dryer and iron. You also have a full living room with another large TV. It has an indoor swimming pool and a full breakfast. Too much to tell! On the negative side, the pool could use heating and a larger selection for the breakfast.

Beds were aweful, way too soft for any support. Pool was broken. Leaking shower faucet. Low water pressure. Stained wash cloth. Tiny parking spaces. It's not a great neighborhood or location. Our room keys had to be reset to open the room door daily.

The hotel is nice but the sofa-bed is quite uncomfortable it you’re going to be there for an extended period of time. There was an oddity concerning the humidity of the room(306), it was quite humid taking some things a couple days to dry out completely. Other than that it was nice, personally I can’t rate it on the breakfast. I’ve been told it’s no Waffle House but it’s serviceable for it being free.

Currently in the hotel, only because of a ball tourney. First room we were put in, smelled a mildew and musk.. AC was not working properly, I changed the stat batteries prior to changing rooms due to all issues. Second room is smaller than what we are paying for, but the only option they could give. AC is cooler in second room although it won't go down past 73 Went from a 2 bed queen to a king with pull out, only to figure out the pull out leaves you sleeping on the metal coils.. worst hotel experience I think we have ever had to date.. Only thing nice is the sweet front desk worker.. she has her hands full dealing with all the issues.. I highly recommend not staying here, if we were staying with a group we wouldn't stay..

Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience. Having had the room booked via corporate, and paid for our two cats (had to pay double for that!), we finally arrived on site after a very long hard drive. The original lady helping me was nice, but didn't want the confirmation number. I was told there 'probably' wouldn't be parking for our car+trailer. Then the manager came storming out of her office the moment I mentioned my cats - because apparently since they didn't pull my reservation, they didn't see that a pet deposit had been paid - while I was struggling to understand how this had happened to go wrong, she kept saying no cats, no none at all. I tried sharing the information I had, which went over like a lead balloon. (Which was just that my dad had confirmed with the person who booked the reservation that the cats would be fine...) As someone who has been in the business world, feedback of this sort can help reduce and/or eliminate misunderstandings in the future. This feedback wasn't taken well. She claimed she canceled the reservation and told me to leave. When I asked for a receipt showing the cancelation, or to get a copy of the signed receipt voided - something to show in black and white that the charges got reversed, which she refused. She called the cops claiming I was threatening her... apparently by asking for a receipt so I could fight the charges if they weren't reversed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was pleasant and made check-in and check-out so easy! Our room was more than we expected (turned out to be a suite with a full kitchen). Also, the breakfast was great!! They had a full breakfast, hot and cold.. make your own waffles 🧇, biscuits, eggs, sausage, yogurt/parfait bar, bagels, pastries, cereal and juice. I look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Nashville! 🤗

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this place was great! I didn’t get the girl’s name working the desk at night when we checked in, but she was super friendly and sweet and helpful. The lady that does the breakfast is the hardest working person I’ve ever seen. Also Kara was the girl at the front desk during the day. She was super laid back and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Our family of four plus two dogs stayed the night here. It’s not a five star hotel, but it was a pleasant stay and area. We tried to find a spot in Nashville, downtown and by the airport, but eek! We typically do La Quinta or Comfort Inn because of the dogs. Neither area felt safe or clean. Here the rooms were spacious and clean, the service was excellent, and the hotel is located in a safe spot centrally located to shops and dining like Target. So if you’re traveling with kids and companions and want something clean and convenient, close enough to Nashville, thumbs up.

Worst service ever !! I would think twice before for booking a room at this hotel. Front desk is extremely rude and will not go out of their way to help in a bad situation. Very confrontational when trying to get things resolved Plenty of much better hotels in the area to stay at then this one by far. If I could give less then one star I definitely would.

Very disappointed in the room and front desk clerk. Refrigerator wouldn’t close because the freezer was so built up with ice. We had to chip it off in order to close the door to keep our food safe. The next morning I found a lot of hair in the shower all stuck to the shower walls. I was amazed at how much. It was very visible. Then as I was making sure we hadn’t left anything behind, I saw a greasy fast food container under the nightstand. So the room was obviously not cleaned, just made up. These are mistakes that hotel cleaning staff should never make. When I mentioned these things to the front desk clerk as we were leaving, she simply said, “okay” after each item I mentioned. That’s it. No apologies. No offer of credit/refund (which at that point I would have declined). I expected an apology or air of surprise at least! But just three simple “okay” responses. Apparently ALL of their staff needs some retraining. For the money we spent, I was very disappointed.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a good continental breakfast. Easy access to Nashville, quiet area where you felt safe and secure. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is very nice and location is also good. Rooms were clean and tidy upon arrival and check in staff were great. Only negative is we stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never touched our room at all.

Was an OK hotel. Not the best I've stayed in and not the worst. The free breakfast was not great. Every TV we saw had a terrible picture. The hotel and room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We got a king suite for 3 nights. LOVED the blackout curtains and LOVED the floorplan and furniture (even though there was some staining on the red chair 😬) but this was minor. The room and bathroom felt and smelled clean (not harsh chemicals clean just clean). We were able to entertain 3 guests comfortably and we happily used the hot tub in the bedroom (just 2 ppl)! I cleaned it myself which I recommend for anyone using any bathtub in any hotel room. Lovely stay and really nice front desk person.

We have stayed at other hotels and not been nearly as pleased as we were with this one. We are parents of Lincoln Tech students and the discounted rate and clean, roomy accommodations are perfect. The staff at the facility have been kind and helpful while booking and during our frequent stays. Not a luxury hotel, but perfect for a safe stay and a swim.

Don't let the tent city looking turn in or the Hooter's out front fool you. This was a very nice and clean hotel. Pros: Very clean rooms as well as throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great and included eggs and sausage. The pool was bigger than expected and clean. Cons: The beds were bouncy and not very comfortable. Not enough pillows and the pillows crushed down to nothing.

For the area; the hotel what great. Tough area. However, we felt perfectly safe. The hotel is not even visible to surrounding area. As for the hotel, the stay was pleasant. We had to call front desk to complain about someone smoking. (It's non smoking throughout) It was coming into our room very heavily and 2 of our family members get extremely sick from it. They took care of it immediately! They cam to our floor, started knocking in doors and sprayed an odor eliminator! We were very thankful for the quick response!

Clean rooms with clean new sheets. Was there for a meeting; great place for that. Don't stay because of the continental breakfast. Plan breakfast somewhere else

It was a good sleep, other than the pull out couch, that was really uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok, the pool was kinda cold, also, you have to get the receptionist to unlock it which I find dumb, I feel like the room key should open it.

Very clean hotel and rooms. The staff was very nice. The washer and dryer worked good. My only complaint is the pool had way too much chlorine and chemicals in it also it was super hot in the the pool room no ventilation at all. The breakfast options were slim.

Surprisingly great stay at a low price. WiFi is a little slow but tolerable for the price. Breakfast is food but not a wide spread. Muffins, waffle maker, eggs, biscuits, and sausage patties..it's good but not great. Late check out was nice as well.

My husband and I consistently stay at Country Inn and Suites and are usually pleased. The last couple we have stayed on haven't been that great. I was pleasantly surprised by this one! Room was clean, no smell, check in process was smooth, it was quite and we had a decent breakfast! Thank you so much, we will be back!

It started when we checked in, and noticed how out dated the bathroom is. The door has water bubbles on the inside. The shower around the water control is cracked where it looks like someone hit it. When we tried to use the shower the handle came off and it was hard to put it back on, made it very difficult to take a shower. The wall in the shower is bowed out very badly. The tp was almost was almost empty and when we went to change it, there was trash and stuff behind it. Disgusting and was rusted real bad. The beds were on a platform, and moved really bad when trying to sleep. The TV is probably from the 80s and no good pictures. When we checked out and tried to discuss it they were rude and short with us. In our haste to leave we forgot 2 pillows and a charger in the room. As we accept responsibility for forgetting our things. You would think in an industry were hospitality is all about what they do, they would reach out. They have our name, phone number and address, so if anyone has the ability to go the extra step.. which would be a step not a mile, they could make the call and say excuse me, we found these in your room. We would have gladly swung back by and picked them up. We have since called 3 days in a row and everyone is so rude. Obviously they are not there white pillow case and pillows, so I know they seen them. Tell me you threw them away, don't ask me to call back in an hour or tomorrow and then take my number and say u gonna call me back if you are not. I accept responsibility, and would pay to have them sent or have someone come by and pick them up. Just to ignore us when we way way over paid for a below par room.. courtesy.. If anyone wants to verify the validity of my comments, please ask to book room 216 and see if I'm lying about the the quality of the room.

This is a very charming hotel with a very friendly staff. It's set back off the main road in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. On a minor note, the eggs at the breakfast bar were a little too salty for our taste but this was not a huge negative, just our opinion.

  • 4/5 Kia W. 2 years ago on Google
Staff was really nice and friendly. The room was spacious, neat, and clean. Breakfast was decent. Not particular about the smoking area being directly in front of the building though. I don't like walking through smoke or smelling like it, when I'm not a smoker. Parking was limited but we managed.

Nice enough place, better than the cheap crack hotels around. Front desk staff great! Only issue was rude breakfast girl, I politely wait for housekeeping staff to get their waffle and breakfast as breakfast time winded down only to be told I couldn’t have a plastic fork because breakfast was over!! That’s a great way to treat a customer who was trying to be polite to other staff.

The hotel is tucked away but easy to find. The property is well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. Only issue I experienced was that part of the bed frame was poking out and twice over my stay, my ankle hit it and it scratched and cut me. Didn’t make sense as to why that piece of metal was protruding from the bed. Now that I think about it, I did have a second issue. The bed mattress was very soft. I don’t think there was a box spring underneath. I think it was a metal frame with springs. The breakfast was good. And again, the morning staff were friendly. Please fix the bed in room 302. Thanks.

Okay, 1st the good:. The workers behind the counter and the breakfast room are good at their jobs. One example that comes to mind is when a guest dropped one of the spatulas on the floor that you use to put a serving of eggs. The breakfast worker wasn't even in the room at the time, but heard the sound, knew what it meant, and quickly replaced both the spatula and the plate used to hold it. The pool is nice and hardly anyone uses it. There's even a small workout room that at this time has a cycling machine and two treadmills. Now the bad:. The rooms need some TLC. For example, the sink faucet is too far over to make it where your hands won't touch the inside of the sink. The lights, even in the bathroom are too low, making it difficult to see yourself when shaving or putting your makeup on. There are holes that have been spackled but not properly fixed. The shower head should be replaced with one that works correctly. Both the tile floors in the bathroom and the carpet are in need of proper cleaning and you can run a wet cloth in either and come up with a very dirty cloth. There were things underneath my bed that were not mine. It lists a guest laundry, but as you can see from the pics, it was out of order. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of the price, location, and the hardworking employees that really care about their jobs.

Rooms were spacious and there were clean linens and comfortable beds. Could use a little detailed cleaning. Only con I could see was you can have traffic from the bypass so of you're a light sleeper ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. Super friendly staff!

I give this place five stars. We stopped over here both on the way to Florida and on the way back from Florida. Both times were stellar encounters. The staff is friendly, the rooms are fine, and the breakfast was fine as well. What motivates me to write this review is the young lady that worked the desk on Sunday night, October 3. She was very friendly and just had a wonderful attitude. This type of artitude is very rare to see in the customer service world. Sadly, I don't remember what her name was, but Country Inn, please commend this employee for a stellar customer service experience. This is how you retain a loyal customer base.
