Room was not as pictured on website!! Bathroom ceiling was falling in and mold on it. Under the stairs outside they had a mattress laying there!! Guess it's for the homeless. Complained to the person at the desk, he said they didn't have another room available.Had we not just driven over 1000 miles we would have left. Slept, got out quick in the morning!! Wyndham should be ashamed, thought their standards were higher than this!!

If you want your $ taken even tho you see it come out of you account; and don't mind being ripped off; and if you love to call you bank everyday for a reverse and takes 5-6 biz days then this is the perfect place 4 you. If you aren't a truck driver then definitely avoid these thieves unless you wanna break down. Never ever rely on this place If you are wise. Stay away. They lock you out of your room too.

If I could give it no stars, I would. It doesn't deserve a single star. This hotel is horrible. Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated. I made my reservation based on their name and a photo of the room, which is a fake or an old photo. We checked in late after driving 750 miles, or we would have left and found another place to stay. I could go on and on, but will list the worst. The photos speak for themselves.🙄 1)The room door locks didn't even work. 2)The bathroom door was completely broken and didn't shut, besides the rotted wood. 3)The toilet wasn't attached properly to the floor or wall, so it moved when you stood up. 4)The heater and vents were covered in sludge, so we didn't dare heat the room for fear of mold. 5)There were sticky drink rings on the nightstand. 6)The lamp shade was torn and full of holes. 7)The sheets were dingy and stained. 8)The refrigerator was dented and rusty with a freezer full of ice and snow. 9)Don't believe there is a coffee maker like the website implies because there isn't. 10)The ironing board cover is so filthy that someone ironed on the floor where they left iron marks. 11) The window was filthy, inside & out. I complained and gave a list and was told the manager would contact me. I haven't heard from anyone after 2 days.

As with most motels, they are out date and you can tell they are older and have some work that needs done, so if you are expecting something beautifully decorated and fully maintained this is not for you, if you want a clean room, friendly staff, a Comfortable bed with great pillows 😉 this is place to stay. I will say that it is a no frills place but if you are trying to find a place to stay I would recommend it. Again please remember that is is not a new motel nor one that is trying to keep a 5 star appearance in the inside but it is well maintained.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very courteous and friendly and always interested in helping you with any questions that you may have during your stay. Very knowledgeable about the area and had plenty of brochures about local points of interest and some within a reasonable amount of drive time of points of interest to visit.

This hotel demands a $100 deposit that is not listed anywhere on the website or at the hotel and if you don't have it there are no refunds on your room. When I checked in Sunday night I was awoken at 932 am to the sound of jackhammering as described in the accompanying video. When I called the customer service number for corporate they hung up on me when they realized I booked with a third party so I went to the front desk to ask to be moved to another room or a refund, she smirked and said sorry nothing I can do about it, they are remodeling and this happens every Monday so nothing we can do about it. Would have been nice of them to tell me that the night before. It went on for four hours straight. There is also black mold in the bathroom and the free breakfast consists of orange juice, cereal, coffee and raisin bran and the room smells like urine. I do not recommend this hotel to others.

The room was filthy, so I decided to clean it myself. Housekeeping came to the door and asked if I needed anything. 15 minutes later, I am told I am to check out by 11 am today because I broke one of their rules. When I asked them what tule I broke, they said I'm not supposed to clean the ro even though there was 1/4 inch soap scum and mold all over the tub and shower wall; the tables, night stands, and light fixtures had so much dust that was penetrated with cigarette smoke that it is orange. I have never been told to leave anywhere for cleaning! This is insane! Maybe corporate will take care of this ridiculousness. I will never come back. Now even cleaning is a crime.

You get what you pay for, which for me was two adjoining rooms for $160 total. Not bad until you're in them. From the time you check in you're given 14 minutes to check out your rooms and if you change your mind get a refund. I thought that was just a weird policy for their $100 incidental fee, but I became nervous when I realized later that my two rooms had broken doorknobs, ripped carpet, cracked sink and weird stuff on one of the bathroom floors. I wanted to save money, now I wish I had spent a bit more for better. Supposed to be a hot breakfast to look forward to, but if it's the same quality as these rooms I may just skip it which is saying a lot for a guy with 7 mouths to feed. Update..added pics.. found out toilet seat was broken..no shampoo, body wash was filled with water..if shower isn't working try pulling the faucet away from the wall. It's wild but it works, had to explain that to our neighbor too.. all towels were stained.. read the reviews before you sign the line, trust me I've learned my lesson.

One star is generous. The room was musty, and bathroom had mold. The floors were dirty. The paint on the bathroom wall looked like something had been splattered all of it. Checkin took forever— pen and paper would have been faster. And to top it all off, while the staff was not rude, they had terrible customer service skills. I would have rather gone camping.

We are a Property Management Company and due to water damage at one of our rental properties, we had to put a tenant up for a few nights. We opted to put our tenant along with her newborn and her other young child in the Baymont by Wyndham located at 100 Northcreek Blvd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072 Upon entering the hotel room, the tenant stated, "after arrival, there were cockroaches in the room, dirty socks under the bed, and what looked to be unsanitary stains all throughout the room. I stayed 5 minutes and left." We reached out to the hotel directly and spoke with the manager Mike and explained this to him. Mike was short with our staff and stated that he saw nothing wrong and said that he refused to refund our money for that night. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service that the manager Mike provided. Additionally, I was embarrassed that we put our trust in this Baymont by Wyndham hotel chain and they let us and our client down.

Spent an hour just to check in. The computer stopped working! The key card machine will not set up the cards. People were out of their rooms all night shouting, running, talking loudly! Their breakfast juice machine was broken. We needed to be let into the rooms by the owners until the machine began working again! We ended up leaving at 3:30 am.

Great location beautiful area but our room was gross!! The carpet stained my socks. Plus we had a 4ft wet spot infront the window

  • 1/5 Cassie P. 9 months ago on Google
While trying to book with front desk, they had computer problems. After 40 minute check in process I was unable to access room (key card did not work)!! Tried calling front desk for over an hour, was waiting out front for any service…. Front doors were locked nobody answers when I knocked. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel..because someone weird was outside harassing me and I felt very unsafe. I will be seeking immediate chargeback!!! Almost two hours and no check in or service is very unacceptable.

Terrible stay started out without a big deal. the remote was not working, so i had to go get a new one 2 times After the people upstairs started showering and all the water started to leak through the roof, also, it is not pleasant feeling to have 2 strangers walk in your room at 1 in the morning and after getting a phone call from the front desk saying that im in the wrong room To end this, my family and I went downstairs for breakfast, and when we finished around 9, there were people cleaning out our room saying that the time was up.

Our first room had rips in the carpet. Lamp shades and bed linen had multiple burn holes. Burns on the tub, sprinkler system rusted, incomplete paint job. But the icing on the cake was finding out we slept on someone else's sheets. WHO LEFT A CRACKPIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BED. I simply wanted a refund and the possibility of getting another room elsewhere. The owner never showed his face. We were told that NONE of the staff had the ability to give a refund. The owner continued giving us different times he'll be at the hotel and never showed nor have us a refund . Currently going through corporate to get this issue handled. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING

Rooms were not clean, stains on sofa, carpet white stains, smelled of smoke. Phone and Tv wouldnt work. People were hanging out around the property. Just felt unsafe. The people who worked there were nice. I would never stay here again.

Room 203 was nasty and had rust all over the lights. A non smoking room smelled like a bar. Sheets had staines on them, the other guests were outside all the time and in front of my door screaming, parting, or fighting. This has been the worst hotel experience ever.

This place is not what other bad reviews state. Maybe they were more fancy expecting a wine and dine yet my husband and I travel for work and this place had NO BUGS and no crackheads... the room is clean the staff goes above and beyond. Our only complant is the coffee is weak. Yet clean air ducks no mold no bugs great stay. Recommend 100 percent. Definitely up to Wyndem standards.

  • 1/5 Melissa F. 5 months ago on Google
This place was beyond nasty. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotted off. The mirror on the door was gross. The bathroom tub and floor are horrible. The toilet was running over. I asked for a plunger and receive no help. Roaches were coming out of the light sockets. I could not stay there and they would not refund my money. I will not ever stay at any hotels controlled by this company again.

The people who work here are absolutely amazing. They made this place feel like home. I didn't like Tennessee much but they made it worth the trip and made me enjoy Tennessee so much more than I could have ever imagined. Absolute angels thank God for these people!! Love to all of you!<3

Comfortable beds, needs some painting and cleaning, and the property in general was in poor condition, needs alot of attention and cleaning. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work.

  • 1/5 Aileen R. 2 years ago on Google
Very dated. Needs serious renovations. Mattresses old and hard. Towels small, rough. Dispensers in shower either empty or broken. Ice machine on 3rd floor non-operational. Elevator makes jumps and noises. Pool green. Carpet dirty and worn. Definiteley not worth the price!

All desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was able to get some extra towels, wash cloths, and soap easily. The room had an acceptable smell, like a hotel. Not musty or cigarette smell. Towels and sheets were clean, clean sink, clean toilet/shower room. EXCELLENT water pressure. The pool, from a distance, was clean, but it had a film on the top and several bugs. Breakfast consisted of toast, waffles, corn flakes or Raisin Bran, ham/cheese pocket, mini cinnamon rolls, juice, coffee, tea. (I think that was all.) Overall, worth the stay. Passing through and stayed for 1 night.

Room musty smelling, needed a thorough cleaning. Windows needed cleaned. Our bed was like sleeping on box springs. Covid breakfast 😔 Water bottle, bruised apple, granola bar. One morning awoke to 4 cop cars, an ambulance and a fire truck!

Spent one night here and was charged $298. Why was the price jacked up. I came to Nashville for a family medical emergency and felt like I got screwed. Yes the rooms were outdated and it appeared that maybe it had some flooding damage by the warping of the bathroom door and rusted outside of refrigerator. Room smelled musty or like an old cigar for a non smoking room. Breakfast was ok. Have had much better. For a frontline worker who has stayed in hotels across the country including other baymont properties, this was a disappointment. The only good thing I can say is that the room appeared clean. 😖

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Breakfast every morning was great. I stayed 4 days in the summer and will be returning this fall. It is conveniently located. And relatively quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of downtown. The only complaint I have is the carpet smelled musty. They offered carpet fresh and I sprayed lysol along with turning on the air-conditioning . That seemed to help.

The night attendant was very rude, and aggressive. We had an issue with the sheets being dirty and no soap. She told my husband and I that we were liars about the sheets being dirty, even though I had pictures, very argumentative, even though she was approached in a civil manner. As we were packing to leave the room. (Did NOT stay there after that treatment) I am a travel nurse, and I stay in plenty hotels. First thing I do upon entering a room is, flip the sheets back to check for stains or bedbugs! She told me that if I flipped the sheets back that she couldn't move me to another room. Never heard of such nonsense. As we were packing up to leave, for whatever reason, she keyed herself into our room, when she noticed that we were still in there, she ran off. This was the most horrible excuse of customer service and unprofessionalism, I've ever encountered in my life! This situation could have went left, very quickly, ESPECIALLY, when she keyed herself into our room. I will be contacting cooperate.

Gonna state the obvious first, it's dated but not like a blast from the past dated. Lol Friendly staff. Solid breakfast. And I enjoyed the fact I had the mini fridge and microwave. Will come back next time I'm in Nashville. Great price and incredible value for the price.

  • 3/5 Dean C. 2 years ago on Google
The rooms were clean but in need of renovation. Literally everything metal was rusted. The door of the refrigerator was bubbled up with rust behind the paint. Lamps, light bars, shower curtain rod, you name it.

  • 2/5 Heidi D. 1 year ago on Google
The room was not well cleaned and we had to ask for a vacuum and honestly should have asked for clean sheets. The carpets felt sticky so I kept my shoes on. The mini fridge was not cold enough to store food safely. They had a microwave. I didn't turn on the TV. Breakfast was stale cereal, toast, and/or pancakes. Nothing about it is hot or continental. No fruit or eggs and the juice machine wasn't working. They only had bagged green tea. The pool was locked. Overall, someone bought a really bad hotel and is trying to make it a little better. The staff was nice and professional. It is close to a gas station, grocery store, and plenty of fast food places. Right off the highway. I'm just annoyed at the price for the experience. I would pay $80 at most to stay here. Anything above that is too much. But it's comfortable enough for a night. It's adequate. But it was not to the quality of places I usually stay in Nashville for $150 and I am not putting it on my list of places to recommend there either. But if it is this or something far worse, this is fine. Just don't expect things to work or be exceptionally clean. It's a 2 star hotel at most. And they don't say this anywhere, but if you are budget conscious, there is a $50 deposit when you book in. You'll get it back later.

This is truly a top star hotel. No, it's not the Hilton, but it should be rated right up there with them. The rooms are super clean. The beds are comfortable. The shower is truly hot and high pressure water. The breakfast room is clean and the breakfast is good. Cereal and milk for the kids. Waffles, beverages and hot food for the adults. I'm 100% impressed. Just booked the hotel for 2 more dates. And will make sure I stay here when I'm in town. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work.

Where do I even begin? At first sight, this looks like a decent motel, nothing special or top notch but decent. Then we noticed the carpet was absolutely filthy. It turned our feet black as we walked around. Holes in lamp shades, lip stick smudges on towels. No soap in the dispensers, the remote control needed batteries replaced. It felt like our room was never maintained. The only thing that felt clean was the bed but the state of the room made me double check for bedbugs. The worse part was the shady people hanging around the pool smoking and drinking while watching my daughter swim. It made us feel very uncomfortable and we left quickly. On our way out we passed a conversation about a drug deal, and I am not exaggerating. This is not a family friendly hotel by any means. The only plus was the front desk lady was nice. We haven’t even tried their breakfast but at this point I think we are just going to leave and pick up something somewhere else.

  • 1/5 Ricky C. 1 year ago on Google
The bedding had a burn mark in it (went out to get my own bedding cause couldn’t get front desk to answer) the carpet had many ripped places, hair in the bathroom (tub) not mine! Paint peeling off doors! This room should not have been rented should have been taken offline until it is repaired! Also the front desk person, I saw walking around outside and then go to a car with a gentleman!

  • 1/5 Robbie B. 1 year ago on Google
This is not a KID FRIENDLY place at all. We came down for a family event and vacation. The rooms are not cleaned properly the ac vents are very disgusting filler with dust like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Was not please with service at all the gentleman in the front is beyond rude the service was so poor. The food is not all that I honestly don't know if that's why my husband brother and daughter got sick they were the only ones who ate the waffles that you make yourself but I don't think they change the batter or clean the station. They have no fresh fruit whatsoever. I have never dealt with any issues anywhere else we have visited. Had an issue about the kids they did not address us and we were very disappointed in how they handled the situation at all. This is more of an elderly home I guess I wouldn't let my mom or dog rent a room there. We ended up leaving and going to motel 6 and they may not have a few of amenities they had but I didn't care we had way more better service there.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable with clean linen, but bathroom door, door frames, mirror on door and wall light switches were visibly filthy, had to clean it and spray disinfectant. Microwave didn't work and shouldn't be used very old and a lot of rust with inside surface chipped away if used it will spark.

Extremely comfortable, large rooms with a huge quality bed! Room contains many convenient features like private coffee maker and a hair dryer! The location is perfect! The Baymont is surrounded by an excess of restaurants, fast food, convenient stores and even a full grocery store - all of which are in easy walking distance. Pet friendly too! I'll be back.

  • 4/5 Linda L. 1 year ago on Google
Nice quiet hotel. Good sized rooms and a huge comfortable bed. Many conveniences already in your room. Free breakfast bar 7 days a week. Location is key! So many restaurants, fast food, quickie marts and a full grocery all within easy walking distance!

  • 1/5 travis j. 1 year ago on Google
Absolutely disgusting. There was hair still in the bed, air conditioner was shut off and the room smelled musty. The bathtub was not cleaned, your feet stuck to the floor. Absolutely hands-down the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. Went to the front desk immediately and demanded a refund. Extremely rude, showed them pictures of everything in the hotel room and they told me nothing was wrong. You could obviously tell the room had not been cleaned in quite some time. 100% recommend not staying here.

  • 1/5 Greg M. 1 year ago on Google
Dirty, no filthy better describes the room. This place makes Motel 6 look like a 5 star hotel. Do yourself a favor and don't book a room here. If you are broke with no options, sleep outside. I guarantee outside on the ground is cleaner than this place. I was praying I didn't get bed bugs or worse. Freaking HORRIBLE!!

11-16-22 Did Not Stay! First off I am a wyndham platinum reward member. I have never be so offended upon trying to check in. I reserved with points by having so many stays with the rewards program like I have done before. Upon check in I was requested for a security deposit. I have never been requested to do this before either with points or paying since I became a member. Then the reason for the deposit IN CASE DRUGS WAS DONE IN THE ROOM! Is that the customers staying here? How likely are they platinum members!? From the time I walked up to the door I have never been so insulted and poor customer service given at a hotel. To top it off was customer service from wyndham that night was of no help. If you want to be treated rudely and disrespected at a hotel then here you go! Another hotel in the area was highly accommodating. With great customer service! Same price range...

Front desk was very rude. We ask for clean towels and sheets the third day of our stay and was told that we couldn’t have clean ones. They do not clean the rooms daily. Roaches crawling on the walls and one got in our pizza box while eating. This place is absolutely disgusting. Dirty sticky floors that haven’t been vacuumed. We did contact the health department.
