Today
I
bought
food
at
n1
city
Mc
Donald’s,
firstly
I
bought
through
the
drive
thru
I
ordered
and
after
paying
I
was
asked
to
park
my
vehicle
and
the
food
will
be
brought
to
me
with
no
explanation,
about
20
mins
later
a
staff
member
came
with
my
order,
I
checked
my
order
and
one
of
my
big
Mac
burgers
was
not
in
there,
after
ordering
through
the
drive
thru
I
was
forced
to
go
into
the
store
and
let
them
know
my
order
is
incomplete,
when
the
girl
at
collect,
told
her
manager
I
was
side
eyed
but
the
manager
and
no
apology
was
given
or
nothing
infact
she
looked
at
me
upset
as
if
im
the
one
who
did
something
wrong.
When
I
arrived
at
home
I
saw
the
chips
wasn’t
even
half
full
and
it
was
a
medium
meal
the
chips
was
so
disgusting,
not
sure
if
they
ran
out
of
chips
and
had
an
alternative
option
but
it
wasn’t
the
regular
long
crispy
chips
it
was
very
small
and
oily
as
if
it
was
fisheries
chips.
It
was
unappetising
(see

and
video
below)
The
Big
Macs
that
I
ordered
for
the
kids
was
so
dry
and
the
bun
was
almost
burnt
it
was
dark
brown.

The
jalapeño
burgers
we
got
was
so
soggy
and
wet,
not
sure
if
it’s
because
of
the
tomato
or
the
sauce
because
it
just
looked
unappealing
and
we
refused
to
eat
it
because
a
soggy
and
wet
bun
is
nauseating.

For
R480
I
am
really
disappointed
in
my
meal
and
the
service
I
received,
I
am
a
regular
Mc
Donald’s
customer
as
my
kids
love
Mc
Donald’s
so
I
know
what
to
expect
and
this
was
not
it.
Please
let
me
know
what
the
way
forward
is
or
how
to
fix
this
because
this
is
really
unacceptable.
