This was by far my worst experience. The chilli cheese double was very tiny and when I called the manager to check all she could say is that this the way the patty looks 10 by 2 whatever that even means. I mean in the Era that we are living, I cannot believe that the cost of the burger and the way it looks is acceptable, where people take their kids to have an enjoyable meal that is affordable and worthwhile however is was nothing close to worthwhile. I will never ever take my daughter there again and what is even more dissatisfying to me is that you would need to pay about R100 or more to get a decent meal and know that it will be filling. How can you be fooling people from their hard earned money and think it's okay to offer people this to eat. When times are tough McDonald's makes it even more harder to get a good meal at a good cost. Horrible experience ever I tell you

Hi Mc Donald’s Today I bought food at n1 city Mc Donald’s, firstly I bought through the drive thru I ordered and after paying I was asked to park my vehicle and the food will be brought to me with no explanation, about 20 mins later a staff member came with my order, I checked my order and one of my big Mac burgers was not in there, after ordering through the drive thru I was forced to go into the store and let them know my order is incomplete, when the girl at collect, told her manager I was side eyed but the manager and no apology was given or nothing infact she looked at me upset as if im the one who did something wrong. When I arrived at home I saw the chips wasn’t even half full and it was a medium meal the chips was so disgusting, not sure if they ran out of chips and had an alternative option but it wasn’t the regular long crispy chips it was very small and oily as if it was fisheries chips. It was unappetising (see picture and video below) The Big Macs that I ordered for the kids was so dry and the bun was almost burnt it was dark brown. (See picture below) The jalapeño burgers we got was so soggy and wet, not sure if it’s because of the tomato or the sauce because it just looked unappealing and we refused to eat it because a soggy and wet bun is nauseating. (See picture below) For R480 I am really disappointed in my meal and the service I received, I am a regular Mc Donald’s customer as my kids love Mc Donald’s so I know what to expect and this was not it. Please let me know what the way forward is or how to fix this because this is really unacceptable. Thanks Kind Regards

So McDonald's N1 city serves their mcflurry in such a way without informing customers that they do not have the correct packaging. When asking about the packaging the person at the windows response turned and was utterly rude . 😒

Michelle' is a stunning, thoughtful and very good hostess for the N1 City Mc Donald's she interact and check on guests all the time even wished a guest well with his exam today... Gold Stars and a huge promotion is on the cards for her.. Take care Misha 🌼

My Goto meet-up spot for business meetings in the northern suburbs. Great, clean, neat, quiet atmosphere for a lunch meeting, or to catch up on some work; and the food & service are great, too!

Let me premise this by saying I do not eat McDonald's but people in my life do, so I won't know how their food taste. I went there with my child for the play area as that's the focal point for me, the other bits and bobs is as per what she wants. To me it was dirty, dusty with old bubblegum stuck against an otherwise very unsafe looking contraption posing as a "jungle gym". Granted this might just be something to keep kids busy while there, however, knowing it's kids and prone to dirt, please be "op-it", be "lekker".

Always a pleasure coming here. Food is always good and never any issues with orders. Service is fast and quaity here havemt decreased over the years.
