The worst service ever! Staff needs some Customer service training. I went in this morning and the girl that helped looked like she was upset. I asked for a Tuna 6 in. The first thing she is that they were out of Tuna. Two Customer came in asking for the same sub. Again the employee stated we are out of Tuna. Customer stated wow you guys are always out of Tuna as they were walking away the employee stated if you want to Tuna go buy some. She then proceeded to make sub and everything she asked me what I wanted she would say it with an attitude. This by far the worst. If she is not happy there she should go work somewhere else. No matter where you go you should always provide the best customer service. I would never go there again.

Every time I come to this Subway, they are out of something. This time pepper Jack cheese and black pepper, plus whatever the gentleman in front of me asked for, they didn’t have. I’m assuming poor management as this is a constant issue. The young man prepared a good sub and was very helpful. But you expect things on their menu to be there. If this was a one time issue , I’d understand. But it’s happened every time I’ve been in over the last 2 years. May need to go to another Subway.

I ordered curbside since my kids were in the car. I ordered and the website said 20 minutes until they were ready. I arrived in 10 and was waiting for the website to say they were making my order. I waited 20 minutes (now 10 minutes after they were supposed to be ready). The website still said “order received” and not that they were making it. I went inside to see why they weren’t making the sandwiches yet since there was no other customers ordering food. They just pointed me to the delivery service food pick up rack. Still the website just said “order received.” So now I have soggy, cold sandwiches that cost me over $20. Thanks for nothing. Lazy staff. Never going here again.

Go to any other subway but this one. The pictures I posted, the wrapper was COVERED in buffalo sauce as well as other veggies and the toasted off cheese , the sandwich bread on the inside, whoever made itliterally poured half a bottle of buffalo sauce on it 😂 🤦 causing the bread to be very soggy and everything to fall apart as soon as I picked it up. They didn’t slice the red onions right either as a lot of the peel was found in mine and another sandwich that was ordered by me. This was a pickup order.

Honestly, this subway has lots of propaganda, this is the best Subway ever! The food is always nice and hot, and the employees move fast and I don't really have to wait. The bread is fluffy and perfect every time!

Got to the store and there was one person behind the counter with several customers waiting to order. This was around noon time. Felt bad for the young lady being slammed with no help. The sandwich could have been better and the service could have been quicker if there was more help. It is bad when all you have is 1 hour for lunch and the drive time back and forth is 30 minutes and waiting for service was 20 minutes. Doesn't leave too much time to eat

Super friendly staff, great sandwiches, and of course those cookies!!! That's a trifecta for the win!
