Wife and I went to Arizona for a family emergency and found this hotel. Prices were reasonable so we gave it a shot. From the moment we walked in to the time we left the staff were amazing. All staff from the front desk to the housekeeping service was wonderful. The beds are so comfortable and rooms are pretty spacious. Definitely ranks up there as one of the best Hotels for us. We will definitely come back and only stay at this hotel. Great job to all the staff there. We will see you again soon.

I hate writing this but something, many things have got to change. The management was great. I got my room and it reeked hideously of dirty athletes feet. The odor was unbearable. I ran across the street to Home Depot and purchased one can of Febreeze and used most of the contents on the disgusting carpet. There was no difference. I called the front desk and told them how unsanitary it was. I feared fungi contamination. They moved me. But, I realized that their cleaning service is terrible no matter where they put me. The linen smelled of rancid human body oils. And the bathroom had an overwhelming odor of urine that extended throughout the room. I stayed mostly at my brother’s nearby.. There was lots of dirt in the corners, baseboards of the entire room and mounds of dirt between furniture. The microwave had smudged food fingerprints on the door and control center. The office chair was also disgustingly stained. Who lives like this? The cleaning, if there was any, was the most inferior cleaning i have ever seen in hospitality or anywhere. I wouldn’t let my hands or feet touch anything. The cost exceeded the quality at the quality inn.

If I could give it negative stars I def would. Our truck brokedown so we had to find a place to stay in an emergency or else we would have gone elsewhere! This place is filthy!! As in the room probably never gets serviced. The entryway floors were practically black with grime. The bathroom smelled like urine and the room carpet was disgusting. I had to shower and placed a towel on the floor to avoid getting water everywhere and the towel ended up black!! Please if you can avoid this place. It's cheap but basic cleanliness is severely lacking.

Air conditioner made way too much obnoxious noise, even on the low fan setting. Everything else was good. I liked being able to pull right up to the door to my room. The McDonald's next door is open 24 hours a day, which made the security situation in this hotel's parking lot seem okay. It's also very well-lit. Beds were very comfortable and the location right off I-10 was great. Nightly rate was high for what this hotel is. I paid the same for a much nicer hotel in nearby Surprise 6 days prior.

Pricey but pet friendly with lovely staff and beautiful lush courtyard and pool area. Very comfortable bed and quiet room, considering how close it is to the highway. Free breakfast (Continental) with waffle makers and decent coffee. I always choose Quality Inn because I know it will always be more than acceptable and live up to its name.

Booked this hotel on the west side to get a head start driving to Palm Springs. Although the 1st room we got wasn't the best, Eric (?) at the front desk happily moved us to a terrific room when we requested one later that night. He was terrific and our new room was great!!!! Thank you so much!!!

The two young men up front were very courteous and friendly. One was training the other and he was patient and kind with the new employee. I've in my room I realized I had no way to open my pineapple juice so I went to front desk and we got very creative and got my juice open. Will def be staying there again Jayda and the manager Jess are both super sweet and helpful!! I highly recommend quality inn to anyone needing a nice yet adorable room!

Dev and another young man at the first desk made me feel welcomed the minute I walked in. Dev was very patient and helpful to me while I set up my choice account. We decided to switch rooms and the room we were switching to wasn't ready but Dev made sure we were settled in our new room within 15 minutes. I love the service here at the Quality Inn and I highly recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you Dev for your amazing, professional customer service!! You have the qualities of a successful CEO and I can picture you being just that in the near future. 🙂

Miss Valerie in the breakfast room over the weekend is the sweetest most caring woman I’ve met in a while. Made me feel like my mama was getting me ready for the day. Coffee is good and breakfast was good. Again thank you miss Valerie for making my day better with your smiles!!

The rooms are ok. Management has a huge problem with letting anyone have a late check-out. After paying for 5 days you would like to think that customer service would be top notch. I sure was wrong. Management is rude and unprofessional to say that least. One of them went as far as going outside of the lobby to try and instigate a fight with guests. Also, found roaches in the bathroom along with a good amount of soap scum in the shower and sink. Definitely, needs new management. The price for this motel is ridiculously too high for what you get. There was drug activity all over the place. We will never stay here again.

You need to stop. It's a great location and place for the value. 💰 . The Black Bear Dinner , 10% off great food preparation and ready every time i come in for Breakfast Lunch or Dinner.

After checking in, we went to our room and started to unload our stuff. After washing our hands we realized the sink was stopped up. Tissues were empty too. Upon further inspection, as I pulled back the covers on my bed both the comforter and the sheets were dirty. I went to the front desk and told the clerk what I had found showing her the pictures I had taken. I requested new sheets and a comforter. She responded with, I do not have a key to the linen closet. I said, you don’t have a key to the linen closet? She stated, no. That she would have to move us to a different room in which she did. After seeing the bed was OK we thought everything was good. Then we noticed there was a big white stain running down the side of the bedskirt near the head of the bed! After driving 1200 miles I was too tired to go back to the desk, I knew I would have to change rooms again! I told the new clerk the next morning about what had happened the night before, showed her the nasty linen pictures and asked if a credit had been issued to my account. A whopping just under $6.00 credit! I requested a room comp credit ( since I had been given not one but too dirty rooms!) then asked to speak to the manager on duty. I was told she was doing house keeping because they were short staffed. The clerk assured me she would let the manager know the issues at hand. Off to the breakfast they offered to only find, coffee mate and no coffee, waffles with no butter or syrup and no one overseeing the room.

I booked a "non-refundable non-cancelable" stay online from April 1st through the 4th. The staff was nice enough at the beginning, however once we got the key to our rooms we were horrified. The room was absolutely disgusting and even standing in the room made me feel like I needed to take a shower. I think the only thing the cleaning services bothered actually cleaned in the room were the sheets. The couch, chair, bed skirt, wall, and even the dresser were covered in stains that could only have been left from the previous occupants having a wild night of love making on every surface in the place. THERE WAS EVEN A FINGERNAIL STUCK TO THE WALL BEHIND THE COUCH. It was absolutely disgusting and there was no way I was going to stay in that room. I immediately went back to the front desk and told them how filthy the room was and they told me "We're all booked so we can come up with you to the room and get it cleaned as best we can". There was no way they could get me comfortable enough with 20 minutes on cleaning to ever set foot in that room again. You would need a professional deep cleaning service to come in and sanitize that room to make it serviceable again. I told them there was no way I'd be comfortable staying so they said they could refund me 2 of the 3 of my nights due to the non-cancelable of my reservation, which is absolutely ridiculous. If you can't keep your rooms at a basic level of cleanliness and decency where your rooms are basically inhabitable I should not be expected to pay ANY money. Will never again stay at this place or even think about booking any time in the future.

Clean room and easy to get to off the freeway. Nice staff that checked us in. Bed could have been more comfortable, but it may be just us. Had a noisy neighbor that was talking on his phone outside between 245 and 345 am. We asked him to stop and he moved down some but could still hear him some. Finally got fed up and tried calling Front desk but no answer. Could not get back to sleep.

I booked this stay with point, and this property showed me how little they care about their best customers. I requested a non-smoking “suite.” It smells of stale cigarette smoke. The couch is stained and torn. The carpet looks like it’s been here since the Reagan administration. There was tissue in the toilet. The door had obviously been kicked in and (poorly) repaired. The fridge has no shelves. What do you call this room, morons? The Domestic Abusers’ Suite?

Older hotel, but they work hard to keep it clean and comfortable. Convenient right off I-10 with a black Bear diner in the parking lot. We felt safe here. If you have a disability, book a first floor room

The service we got was horrible. The lady was not nice. Not sure if we just got a bad room or what but it was gross. The window was cracked and just taped together. Someone tried to come in our room in the middle of the night. The bathroom was disgusting. Every corner was black and pink in the bathroom and shower. Toliet was not clean. I would not recommend.

Nice, clean and well located Motel with a secure truck parking! Rooms are a bit overprice, but if you are a trucker will find always room and a neat spot for your Rig. Customer service has improve after 3 years visiting the place. Raquel on the Front Desk, Rocks! Good job, keep nice and helpful!

Didn’t realize it was so close to the I10 freeway, but noise was not a problem. Room was clean, but showing signs of age with some fraying carpet and dull walls. Both check-in and check -out were very pleasant.

excellent hotel October 1 to October 3, 2023, room 203 is huge with living room. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable. All household appliances work like clockwork. There are two TVs in the room. Breakfast included military eggs, yogurt and ingredients for porridge. But if breakfast doesn’t suit you, then there are many coffee shops nearby where you can have a delicious breakfast and lunch. The location is great. In addition, there is a large parking lot for large cars and parking for cars. I advice

I have stayed here 3 times each experience was better than the last I only did 4 stars because the breakfast is not good and they don't serve enough items. Also the hostest is sweet but she is too aggressive and to insistent early in the morning lol. I love her politeness but she doesn't read people very well.

As someone who does not use directions on their phone it was difficult to find. I did not see a sign on the main road. I felt that breakfast was a little lack luster. The front desk was amazing. Very friendly woman. Very attentive to my need

Originally we went to their sister hotel, no ice and no pool and the initial appearance of the lobby looked dated and depressing. If we wanted to use a pool and ice machine, we can go next door. We did. At Quality Inn, the lobby people were very accommodating and got us a room on the 1st floor and in a pet friendly room (Spouse handicapped). We were happy and decided to stay an extra day. We’ll be back.

Amazing staff, Rachelle the late night clerk is amazing, went from dealing with a not so pleasant client, didn’t let it affect her, and was extremely friendly and professional with me the next second. What an amazing employee! Only issue was the ceiling fan had a bad bearing and sounded like a machine gun. Overall a pleasant stay. Great job Rachelle

Okay this is an older hotel but they have done a great job on the remodel / update. The room was so nice and bright. The bathroom was definitely a place they payed special attention and spent money. Super nice lighted mirror and nice modern tile floor and shower surround. The bed could have been a little better and the towels. But I am not really complaining just an observation. I highly recommend this location and I will be staying here again. Thanks for the good night's rest.

So We stayed here for about three days. I have to say my favorite desk clerks were the day time ones especially this beautiful girl and I wish I got her name but she's there in the day and BEYOND helpful. The woman doing breakfast was also a pleasure, very funny and very interactive. Huge pool and honestly perfect for little kids as a very big shallow end was present. Definitely very nice and clean on the inside. Not a big lobby but again the staff was amazing

This place was okay. I’ve had to switch rooms a few different times that day. It was stains on the sheets, shower curtain, cover, floor with bugs on the floor as well, and a bandaid on the wall. Then I guess I was taking too long, but the lady at the front desk kept calling the room to see if we switched. The pool and hot tub were dirty. However, when I requested for it to be cleaned the guy told me their vacuum won’t reach the parts that’s dirty. No, I won’t ever stay here again!!!!

  • 5/5 Adrienne S. 1 year ago on Google
Dev was great at check out. We had pleasant employees for our entire stay. Our room was clean and efficient. We stayed on the lower level next to the tub. It didn’t bother us, but if you are trying to go to bed early keep that in mind. The hotel was close to Goodyear Stadium. We would stay here again.

I am just traveling through and want a clean and quiet room. It also has an outdoor pool and a fitness room. Not overcrowded, and breakfast too. And right next to the I-10 freeway, but you’d never know. Well done.

This is a utterly disgusting establishment. I booked a stay for the beginning of March and after a death in my family I attempted to cancel my stay because I was unable to attend. I was instructed to call my bank to get my money because they didn’t handle those things . After my bank contacted them they tried to state that it was a no show and that means that I was robbed of 645 dollars. This hotel is trash and it should be shut down i understand policy however just the previous week I booked a room with this chain and canceled to go to another hotel and my money was refunded. This makes absolutely no sense😡 Giving it even one star is being way to generous.

The price was right. The hotel was centrally located for us. The beds were very, very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully! I froze my poor mother. Luckily, she had an extra blanket in the car. I would stay here again!

  • 4/5 Michael B. 11 months ago on Google
Everything was good. The room was cozy and the was just right. I wish they had more breakfast selection, like scramble eggs, sausage and bacon. The hot tub wasn't hot and wasn't working, no pool towels at the pool site. I like the 10% discount when you eat at black bear diner.

Upon arrival, we noticed the pool was out of order with green algae all in it. It was 114 degrees out and we were there for a High School baseball tournament which we had planned to have fun and enjoy the pool in between events. As we settled in the room, we noticed the bathroom toilet would not flush. Contacted the front desk and they said there was no one available to fix it, didn't even have a plunger to let us borrow and try to fix ourselves. We had to request to change rooms, they did not even offer. Their response was that they had no other rooms available, until they found one in a newly renovated part of the hotel for us. We had to change rooms with no luggage dolly provided, all by hand and foot with no help. They did not care about any inconvenience on our part. Moved rooms with all luggage in 114 degree weather with no help. Once in new room, the AC was not on so the room was 120+ degrees inside, we cranked up the AC for hours and the room would not cool off. We had to take cold showers with only cold water just to avoid heat exhaustion along with keeping wet cold towels on our heads. Finally we called the front desk and asked for an early checkout which was supposed to be for 3 nights because the stay was so awful. We had to find accommodations at another hotel, which was difficult as everything was booked. The Quality Inn did not show any remorse or apologies for our horrible stay. This Hotel should be shut down and the staff should be completely replaced with new better customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The pool was nice, but Jacuzzi broken. There were bugs in the room. Pillow smelled like throw up. Broken clocks. I was moved to a different room each night. They charged my credit card twice. Walked bare foot and my feet were so dirty!!! I'm sure they dont mop the floors at all.

  • 5/5 Judy W. 1 year ago on Google
Service was perfect and they helped me find my luggage when the airline couldn't. Sounds are both her investment as a woman traveling alone I felt perfectly safe. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. They have waffles too great breakfast.

Upon my arrival unfortunately the room was not ready. I checked in after 3 pm I’m not upset the room not being ready because i understand places are short staffed. I’m upset the way Ms. Vargas handled the situation being extremely rude and giving me a nasty attitude. I booked through a third party and i had to call them to ask if they could do anything about it. 5 mins late a room is ready. My second concern was finding a pipe in my towels. I contacted Ms. Vargas again to see if they can clean the room again Nope nothing didn’t even remove the pipe from the room or try to move me. I asked for house king throughout the 6 nights i stayed. Nothing. I even went to the front office multiple times and nothing. Unfortunately i had to extend my stay for one more night. The gentle man was kind enough to offer a new clean room for me and baby.
