Probably the nicest greeting we have had in any hotel so a big thank you to the manageress of this Premier Inn. We booked in after an afternoon of gardening at our daughters home and as a treat had a bottle of wine in our possession. She offered to get us decent wine glasses and met us at our room with an ice bucket and said glasses. She went the extra mile and made it look so easy. Turned a stay into a lovely event. Thank you.

We love this Premier Inn, it’s situated right on the beach it is brand-new only opened about two years ago. Like all Premier Inns the standards is quite basic but comfortable. The thing about premier ins is you know what you’re going to get you know it’s going to be clean and everything that you need to have an overnight stay. They have a beefeater right there on the premises. What they don’t have his electric vehicle charging points, they told me several years ago they are going to fit them to all the Premier Inns. I guess they will eventually Covid is probably been the reason They have not invested. I paid about Β£107 for the night the good thing about this was I was able to cancel free of charge up until 1 pm on the same day, so if plans change or the weather worsens, just pay a little extra and cancel At the last minute if necessary

Great place to stay in Great Yarmouth, we had fantastic view from our window and very good service. Hotel is located in walking distance to almost every where and they provide free carpark while staying in hotel. Definitely would stay again and I will recommend to everyone who is looking for good service and reasonable price.

Had a very pleasant stay here recently in May 2023 with my friend and my twins. Service from all staff was excellent. Tim in the restaurant at breakfast service was amazing, really friendly chap who went over and above to help us and smiles at everyone. Keep up the good work Tim, we need more people like you in the food industry!

Great location for the week. Beach close and Pleasure beach closer. Breakfast and dinner very good, staff attentive and friendly and always helpful. If you didn't fancy walking the length of the seafront the bus stops across the the road. Could do with so.e drawers in the room as to live out of suitcase for the week.

Stay was fine apart from room keys constantly malfunction so had to keep going back to reception to get keys reset every time returned to room. No real explanation given by any member of staff other than would look into it. No refill on coffee tea in room. Beefeater good service but food only ideal if you love steak. No real salad options...and Cobb salad was very small with all chopped ...for a tenner not adequate

Had a lovely 4 night break here. Perfect seafront location with free parking on site, and some more across the road if car park was full. Situated at the end of the prom next to the pleasure beach so close enough to all amenities but away from any noise. Usual high clean standard of Premier Inn rooms and the staff were helpful when needed. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets in the lobby to top up during your stay. Has an on site Beefeater for breakfast and additional meals if needed. The only reason, I knocked this down a star was that the windows don't open which is sadly becoming a thing with the more modern Premier Inn buildings. Not important to most people but I like to have a window open at night.

Really enjoyed staying here. It is located at the south end of the promenade at the end of the pleasure Beach amusement complex. Check-in was very good, reception, lady polite, and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The restaurant was excellent and the food and service were great. The place is Ideally located right on the prom. They have a very large free car park at the south side of the hotel parallel to the beach. You don't need to use the pay and display at the front of the hotel, plus there is ample on-road free parking. While we were there, we visited the large apparent statue of Brittania, which is a 10-minute walk. Great Yarmouth town is a pleasant place with loads of good shops and packed with history. Enjoyed it a lot.

Its a nice enough hotel the only grumble I've got it that the fire exit signs/smoke alarms are too low from the ceiling I have to walk along the sides of the hallway just to avoid them but that is because I'm so tall. The view across the sand dunes looking out to the sea is good especially on a clear day. The location isn't bad its about a 5 minute walk to the pleasure beach a 10 -15 minute walk to Wellington pier all the arcades along the sea front are all within walking distance if you don't mind a good walk.

Great hotel, clean tidy and fabulous sea view. The only thing that let it down was the evening beefeater meal. I would stress though this wasn't the staffs fault and the service was exemplary.

Great location right on the beach, room was very clean with plenty of tea and coffee on hand, the bed was really comfy and relaxing. Bathroom very clean that came with fresh white towels. The views are fantastic, we had a seaview room and would stay there again.

The perfect place to stay when visiting the circus as we did. The room had a relaxing sea view. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty, plentiful and good value. We would definitely use this hotel again.

It was such a great night sleep. We had to book a night here last minute as the hotel that we originally booked was not clean. The staff member on reception was so friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed, clean, comfortable and at a good price for a last-minute booking! Car parking included with CCTV was also reassuring for our stay.

The most amazing 5 night stay here for a little break away by the sea. Premier inn cleaning standards are always so amazing, premier plus rooms are definitely worth the upgrade and the sea view is just so lovely to wake up to in the morning. Staff were so accommodating and friendly, designated smoking area by the sea, great unlimited breakfast in the morning. Had a few issues on the last night due to a power cut in Great Yarmouth which led to no food and water available, but I was refunded the last night stay for that which is under the good night guarantee. Will definitely come back here to get away from reality 😊

My husband and I decided to have a night away decided we would try great Yarmouth as we haven't been there for ages. The hotel is beautiful and having the beefeater in the same building is great as my husband is disabled. He had to use his mobility scooter as we were on the third floor which didn't bother us. We had a Seaview which was lovely just a pity the windows don't open would of been nice to listen to the waves through the night. We did have a bad experience from breakfast but I emailed the company and they have rectified the problem. So thank you for listening to what I had to say. But definitely 5 star hotel.

Situated away from the main tourist area. With long stretch of sandy beach and we were lucky to have a lovely sea front view. Nice and quiet during our visit. Large car park with free parking for restaurant/ hotel visitors. Generally very nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, a leak from air conditioning started on the last day of our stay. It was summer time and I blamed the frequent use because the window is securely closed.

We opted for a premier plus room because it was a very good weekend deal. The room is very well maintained apart from the TV which did not work very well with the remote and Wi-fi being temperamental dropping in and out. The room was clean and warm with a seaview with beautiful sunrise in the morning. The walk along the corridor gave us views over the port area of Yarmouth giving you a different perspective of the old Gasworks and Nelson monument. There is a pub attached to this hotel if you want to dine in with free parking. The reception staff are very friendly making this a very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff . We had a problem with the kettle, then the key, and the team could not have been more helpful. Somthing that could've been annoying was sorted in no time. The staff couldn't do enough to help

Rooms are nice and clean, though service is sub-par with below average desire for assistance, personnel mostly absent from reception, unclear rules & conditions. Beware of check-in/check-out times to avoid finding your belongings in storage spaces around the hotel...

Good size lovely clean comfortable rooms. Great breakfast with a really good choice to pick from. Cooked items were freshly made to order. Very friendly welcome and service from the staff. A lovely filling breakfast. Can't wait to return and try the evening menu. Would have been nice to have a sea view from our room.

Booked a mini break at this Premier Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place is clean and quiet. Our room was seafront facing with great views. Easy access to sandy beach and walking distance to Pleasure beach amusement park and beyond. We booked breakfast and evening meal at the adjoining Beefeater. Definitely value for money with continental and cooked breakfast to order. Plenty of choice for evening meals. There is a small Morrisons seven minutes away. Ample parking on site with cameras however make sure you register your car at reception. For EV car users there is NO EV charging point at this Premier Inn which is really inconvenient. Tesco Extra NR31 0DW is the nearest which has fast charging facilities. All in all highly recommend this place for wonderful views and lots of walking.

We loved it here. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Great location. We were lucky to have a view of the beach from our window. Food was good, as was the service. Would recommend to friends.

Had a lovely stay at great Yarmouth premier inn. Very comfortable and clean room, slept really well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, lady went out of her way by coming to room to help us figure out tv. Loved that it was right on the beach, could literally walk straight onto the beach from the hotel, fantastic sea views too, even though we were on a side room. Excellent!!!

Stayed at the Premier Inn Great Yarmouth seafront for our 40th wedding anniversary. Cannot fault the staff they were first rate. The room was spacious with a decent size bathroom , only minus point was we didn't have a sea view. Food in the Beefeater restaurant was excellent, large breakfast which kept us going until the evening meal . The carpark was at the side of the hotel, but easy to access, I thought that they would have had a few more blue badge spaces though, four isn't really enough for a large hotel. Otherwise a good place to stay in Great Yarmouth.

Just stayed here for three nights with my daughter and 10 year old grandson , had an amazing time the family room was ample size clean and tidy nice fresh linen and towels , could do with some drawers though , hotel is situated right on the beach just a quick walk across the dunes beach beautiful and sandy , pleasure beach right next to the hotel which was the bees knees for the grandson , the beefeater attached was brilliant the food was really good and the breakfasts were buffet style with plenty choice , small free car park for hotel guests only , all the staff were amazing always helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble . We are already talking about our next visit . Thank you Yarmouth premier inn you were fabulous. :)

I don't normally do reviews but I had to for this Premier inn. It was the best Premier inn I have ever stayed in, the staff were that good they even made my kids feel welcome instead of just ignoring them like most other hotels. Rooms were spotless, also the restaurants food and staff were amazing. Will definitely be back.

What a FANTASTIC Premier Inn. The staff are all so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble and you can't beat the location. The Beefeater that is attached is equally Welcoming and all the staff are fantastic. The service is also amazing again nothing is too much trouble. So if you are looking for somewhere to stay when you are going to Great Yarmouth you can't beat this Premier Inn

We came for a repeat visit in the summer holidays. Theres plenty to do in season and it's just quiet enough away from the busy seafront attractions. We love that the children can play straight on the beach! A good nights sleep too thanks to the air con in this hot weather, Just what we needed!

Fantastic night away at this hotel. We had a family room and an accessible room. The rooms were clean and functional. The staff in the hotel and the Beefeater were friendly and helpful at all times. We would definitely return later in the year!
