Great improvement! I recently ordered delivery from this Thai restaurant, and I must say, the new delivery man is absolutely lovely! The food arrived promptly and with a smile. It's great to see that they've improved their delivery service as well. Highly recommend trying their delicious dishes right at your doorstep. You won't be disappointed 👍

I placed my order at 5:24PM directly on your website, the order was accepted at 5:30PM and it was delivered at 8:40PM. More than 3 hours later. When we called to find out where our order was at 7:58PM, we were told it would be here soon. The delivery driver was at Blue Haven and we are in Hamlyn Terrace. This is the second time in two weeks that this has happened. Except last week no one answered the phones and my email went unanswered. This isn't good enough. Do you only have one delivery driver now? The delivery driver was extremely apologetic so I assume he's copped a lot of abuse tonight. Customer service has gone downhill which is a shame because the food is usually great. Except now it's cold when delivered. Once could have been a bad night being short staffed but twice? I won't be ordering from you again.
