    I am so grateful I found Lou at Strong Mums! She is so incredibly knowledgeable in safely building strength and fitness after having a baby. Lou genuinely cares and is positive, encouraging and patient. I really appreciate her clear directions and how she gets me to target the right muscle for each exercise (even though I'm totally uncoordinated!). I can't recommend Lou enough and wish I'd found her sooner!

    My physio recommended Lou at strong mums 6 weeks after I had my baby. Gosh am I grateful for the recommendation. I’ve been training with Lou for a couple of months now and can already feel the improvement in strength and overall recovery from pregnancy. Lou is qualified in post natal training, so it’s reassuring to know that you’re training in a really smart way and rebuilding your body to minimize injury and future issues. Lou keeps all her training sessions different and interesting and fun. Plus she is just a lovely person who clearly genuinely cares about her clients. She’s very accommodating, supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend.

    I started Strong Mums roughly 2 months ago when my third child was about 7 weeks old. Lou is very good at what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable in how to safely strengthen postpartum bodies. She is very understanding when it comes to young children as well - she will often hold or rock my baby so I can keep working, even though she has her own young children there too. She also helps keep an eye on all the children who attend while constantly instructing on proper technique and explaining the benefits of each exercise. Really enjoying being a Strong Mum, thanks Lou!

    Strong Mums is absolutely fantastic. Lou is an amazing trainer who knows how to care for and strengthen postpartum bodies. Not only is her knowledge base great but the classes are totally kid friendly. I am having to do many exercises whilst wearing my 7 month old and she tailors the workout to accommodate for both of our needs (and she even sometimes wears my baby for me). As my daughter changes, as do my workouts. After having my 2nd baby my pelvic floor was extremely weak. I have since been discharged from pelvic floor physio and am getting stronger every day. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!

    Absolutely love Lou her expertise in knowledge caring and personal training is beyond expectations I highly recommend Lou for one on one training and group fitness out in the sunshine rain hail or shine she gets you moving and feeling great about yourself and helps with body image love

    I joined Strong Mums 3 years post baby and during the covid lockdown. Having tried other exercise groups designed for mums, I can hand-on-my-heart say Louise stands miles ahead from the rest. Her online classes were fantastic, offering different levels for everyone and she very naturally kept the sessions fun and interesting. Louise's attention to each individual, her intuition and genuine care is amazing...I feel so lucky to have met her and the beautiful community she's created.

    I came to Lou four months postpartum, looking for a safe way back into strength training and connection with other new mums. I found a wonderful human being in Lou, and a fantastic community of women. Highly recommend Strong Mums for postpartum training and support.

    After my first child I was tired most of the times doing mommy things so It took me 4 years to plan another baby. Then After I had my 2nd baby I found out about Strong mums on Facebook. Therefore started my training with Lou, I would say The best thing I ever did to my body was joining Strong mums. The outdoor training by the trainer who has the right knowledge is the best thing anyone could do to themselves after giving birth. I feel so energetic & happy which not only helps my body but my mind too. Healthy mind healthy body means healthy happy life.

    I love Strong Mums Fitness Classes. My kids and I look forward to going every week. I always leave feeling a thousand times better after fitting in a thorough workout and having connected with other mums. Even though the weights have literally been on my shoulders, I feel like a weight has lifted after having got a great dose of fresh air, exercise and a decent adult conversation! My kids have a blast playing in the park and making new friends also. Lou keeps the sessions interesting by changing the routines each week. I can’t recommend Lou highly enough... she is extremely supportive, knowledgeable and professional and I wish we were able to take part more often!
