    I have trained individually with Kirk for 7 years now, and I have always found his approach to be one of inclusion, fun and totally tailored on the individual. Kirk has a knack for knowing when his clients need to lean in to their fitness regime, or to modify the fitness regime to focus on client self-care- and adjusts accordingly. I have also joined Kirk's group fitness sessions and am really enjoying the shared support ethos that envelopes these sessions! I cannot recommend Kirk and his authentic approach to holistic fitness enough!! 🙂

    Kirk is an incredible coach and has built a beautiful community of people to train! My husband and I moved away from the coast and miss the group and individual training sessions a lot!! Highly recommended 🥊

    Kirk is a fun loving trainer who provides great workouts both to do at home and in one-on-one sessions. He actually listens and understands when you're having bad days and adjusts the workouts to suit you. I've had a great time training with Kirk and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone wanting to get a more active and healthier lifestyle!

    Training with Kirk has made such a difference. I have increased my fitness, improved my health and gained confidence. There is no such thing as inability with Kirk regardless of health or injury limitations as Kirk is flexible in his approach. His group training is fun and inclusive. I have developed some beautiful friends through his groups. There is no judgement or ego, just support and a lot of fun. I highly recommend Motions of Movement.
