I went on time and I had to wait for 30min before the keratin treatment began. My hair wash washed and I had to sit for 30 min in wet hair without drying (because the only stylist present there was attending other drop ins despite i had an appointment made 5 days before). After the treatment was over, I was to pay in cash as the machine was faulty. The keratin didn't last at all. It was gone in just a month. I followed all the instructions given moreover I have done keratin before so I knew how to maintain my hair. It was an expensive disaster. Never going back there again. Please don't waste your money. I just remembered to write a review while I am looking for another salon to fix my hair. Very unprofessional Salon.

Had a haircut here a few years ago and was satisfied. Imagine my surprise when I arrive at my appointment but still can't get a haircut because there are already people waiting. Was offered to rebook to another day, but that doesn't help. I had booked this time because that was when I could.

Dear owner, this is not really a review, since I have not been to the salon. But thought you might want to know the reason? I was planning to book, but looked in here first. And it wasn't the bad reviews that put me off, but the childishly immature and unprofessional way you treated them. You kind of don't dare to put your head in the hands of someone who apparently can never feel any personal responsibility when something goes wrong. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks that way, but there's also the risk that you've lost more customers than necessary because of it. So with this I just wanted to give you a tip in good faith and I'll happily unpublish it if you ask me to. Preferably nice.

The place was closed due to fire incident, they did well by leaving a telephone number voicemail for their customers but they never call back as advised by them.

Got a haircut at the hairdresser who works there. Came in with long hair almost to the bottom. And the hairdresser would cut my hair up with layers and curtain bangs. She cut off more than 10 cm of my hair which we absolutely did not agree on. Contacted the owner with proof of how long my hair was before and how my hair turned out after the visit to her hairdresser and received a bad treatment without understanding. She also canceled my visit on book directly so I could not rate the visit via book directly, luckily there is Google. Do NOT recommend this salon at all. Save your money! :)

I had booked for chemical peeling, the woman who did the treatment on me was called Pia, so sickly talented and knowledgeable!! also got tips from her on how I can take care of my skin in a better way, highly recommend the place!!😍😍
